Repairman was supposed to show up between 7-10am but didn't arrive until 12:25p. No call from him. The assistant at the office was very nice and tried her best to be helpful.

Julio was great they came late in the evening when our AC didn't work and he diagnosed the problem within minutes so grateful for this company

I was literally yelled at by Mike who claims to be the owner, over because I called multiple times and got no answer. I was just trying to make sure I was home so i don’t miss the repair schedule & technicians arrival. He answered the phone after the 3rd or 4th time I called and literally greeted me with yelling at the top of his lungs “Where do you get off calling multiple times like that!? Can’t you understand we are busy and you don’t know how to leave a voicemail?” He literally went off on me with more rude words and I was literally beside myself.. I’ve NEVER in my life have been treated & disrespected by any service company ever until this afternoon. I filed an incident claim with my rental company and emailed the incident and sent screen shots and an audio file of a portion of him yelling at me which I recorded using my friends phone. I’m beside myself! How dare you speak to customers like that. NEGATIVE Stars rating if I could I’d give them -100 stars like THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AND TREATMENT EVER.

I witnessed and phone recorded my friend deal with possibly the rudest customer service and treatment I’ve ever heard. I was like working from home my friend came to visit, he mentioned he had to be on the lookout for maintenance to call, then I noticed he was on the phone with this company and his jaw was literally dropped. Then he put it on speaker phone so me and my wife can hear the conversation taking place, not only as it as unprofessional as it could get, this person whoever had the nerve to hang up on my friend.. What kind of professional company does that? 000000000 rating just from being a bystander to this ridiculously unprofessional manner

If you’re in search of a reliable, honest company you found one! From beginning to end! They took the time to understand my complaint and sent someone out right away to address the situation! I called a few other companies, one was rude, and the other company never returned my call. I understand everyone is busy but it all starts with good customer service. We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend Tri State Mechanical!!

Eddie, Mike, and Lamar were great to work with! They could schedule an appointment with me the same day I contacted them. Lamar diagnosed the issue and explained exactly what was needed in order to fix the problem and keep it from happening in the future. They were very upfront with how I would be charged and assured me the replacement parts would be OEM Carrier, which I was looking for. They are not pushy with "sales tactics" like many larger AC companies in the valley. Lamar was able to fix in one visit what another company tried to resolve over 3-4 visits. Absolutely love this company! I got my ac from them roughly 2.5 years ago with 10 yrs maintenance my parents got the same deal and they have taken care of us since! Every worker that has been out has done everything needed and has been very personable and respectful!

Ac had a part start to have issues late at night. They answer first call at 10 pm we ended up getting it to work again. I told them not to worry about it until the next morning. After checking it out the next morning they replaced a part couple hours later the thermostat started to mess up and so they came back out immediately. They made sure everything was perfect and came with good attitudes even though it was father's day. They stayed and everything was covered under warranty. I didn't have to do anything or argue about it being covered at all. Absolutely love this business and will definitely continue using them for any ac needs.

Energized the heating system very quickly and added some more aluminum tape. I am unaware if the 34 point inspection was done.

Do NOT use. The company is sloppy and ruined my roof. Even worse, due to their work on my roof he VOIDED my roof warranty! When I brought this issue up to them, they claimed I told them they could cut my roof. Which doesn’t make sense because now I have to pay $5,000 to get my roof fixed AND with no warranty DUE to this company.

I highly recommend Tri State Mechanical. My air conditioning stopped blowing cold air, and of course it was a Friday afternoon! Upon a recommendation from my daughter, I called Eddie. He had someone at my house within a couple of hours. They cleaned the a/c unit and determined my fan was shot. The next day, Mario came with everything needed for the repair. It now works better than it ever has! I was also very happy with the cost. Very reasonable.

Dominic was amazing , even though we’re still waiting on parts I wanted to write this review because of how amazing his service is. He fully explained what was going on. On top of his amazing skill he was very respectful to my wife and kids in our home. Dominic was very polite and friendly. He had multiple issues with his equipment and he remained persistent with troubleshooting everything to make sure the job got done. I very much appreciate this, as my house was 98 degrees prior to his arrival.

Lamar, the tech was highly professional and courteous. He addressed all of my concerns, keeping me informed along every step. Would definitely recommend Tri State to everyone for all A/C and heating needs.

We’ve been having AC problems on and off all summer, finally these guys come in and actually get in the attic to check out what’s going on. The dampener was out and in a really tight spot. They got up there and fixed no complaints! They weren’t afraid to get up there and get the job done. Highly recommend them. They also didn’t take advantage of us!

Well what can I say these guys are horrible. They sent 3 guys out to come paint the house, they did their job and left a horrible mess.
1. I caught these guys stiffing their Panda Express lunch boxes and Dorito bags in my bush, mind you I caught this on my ring camera.
2 left a ton of over spray in my back fence
3. Used my garden hose and didn’t bother to put it back, left it laying across my yard
4. These guys decided to wash buckets of paint on the side of my house and leave paint in the rocks
5. They left my yard rock spread across my drive way as well.
One of workers was acting really immature, singing loudly near the window around 6 am and I also have a video of him laying out on the patio and then screaming for whatever reason. Just really obnoxious.
I had reached out to the company concerning the issues, I spoke with a man named Eddie which he was pretty professional, claims to be the owner. He told me that somebody would be out the next day first thing in the morning to take care of all of the issues that I had. I also sent him videos that I captured on my ring camera and all these pictures I’m posting here. The following day happens and he did not show up at all. I told him that I was going to be writing a bad review about it and he told me “if it makes me feel better then go ahead”. This man did not keep his word, and this is coming from the owner of the company. If you can’t trust the owners word, how can you trust a company at all? I would stay far away from this place do not waste your time or your money. Unless you like unprofessional workers and poor work quality. I really wish Google would let me add videos, then everybody would be able to see how ridiculous they are.

We had an excellent experience with Tri State Mechanical! Our AC compressor failed late at night, and they were incredibly prompt in coming out and getting us taken care of the very next day.
