I had a leaking water heater and Luke was sent out to inspect the issue. I had to shut the water off going to the house, but Luke helped us by capping off the water heater, so we had water while we wait for warranty approval. Luke was so professional and knowledgeable. He genuinely cared about our water predicament. He made sure that there were no leaks and that my son and I had water to the house before he left. Luke's professionalism and geniune caring attitude has made me a big fan of J and L plumbing!

Luke at J&L plumbing was amazing. He has been out to our house several times now. He is not only knowledgeable but pleasant, kind and friendly. He does the work and leaves the area clean. I will continue to use this company and Luke. You should do the same!

J&L Plumbing is the BEST! The initial meeting with Chris was tremendous; he was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything that needed to be fixed. When the work was done shortly thereafter by Dan, it was top knotch! He did everything over the course of three days (we had a lot of things fixed) in a prompt and professional manner. He was very clean and solved our problems entirely. Dan, also, was very perceptive and caught a few issues that would have been serious problems down the road if we had not fixed them now.

We had a critical sink issue just two days before Thanksgiving, and JL Plumbing truly saved the day!
We were panicking about hosting a large dinner with a non-functional sink, but the plumber arrived promptly and was incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish. They diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it efficiently. The work was done perfectly, and they left the area clean.
We are so grateful for their fast and efficient service. If you need a plumber, especially in a pinch, we highly recommend JL Plumbing!

Appointment set for Tuesday Jan 13/26 between 8:am & 12 noon with the dispatcher. By 1:00 pm I started contacting the dispatcher to find out where the plumber was. I had to call 4 times. This was a home warranty claim so by 3:30 pm I was going to transfer the call to a more reliable company. When on hold the plumber called and would be there in the next 30 minutes. Very frustrating. The plumber arrived to provide a report to the home warranty company. The following day Jan 14 the company called with a list of $810 of extra costs even though the Rheem water tank was still under warranty for free replacement.
In speaking to the warranty company I requested the claim be sent to another plumbing company.
The new company came down the same day and sent a claim to the warranty company. Excellent service with the cost being almost $200 less.

Paul was fantastic, very knowledgeable and honest in his work. He was able to tell me what was wrong and lay out what my options were and the reasons for each one. He replaced the water heater and such for me and everything works great. He even took the time to catch a small crack in a separate pipe for me. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending to a friend

I have been trying to patiently work with this business for the past year to get them to honor an AC installation quote. While the initial discussions all went exceedingly well and they completed a portion of the job (and collected half the payment), I have not been able to get anyone to respond to my phone calls, texts, or emails to finish the job. And I have been forced to consider another option after an infinite wait. Very unprofessional.

Terrible! Installed new unit at my house 2 years ago. Never did the "maintenance " and wanted to charge $185 to come and look at their work. Alot of good companies out there. This is not one of them.

Great professional HVAC repair. Kai was able to quickly diagnose the problem and explain what needed to be replaced. He got the A/C working again in under an hour and it's blowing stronger than ever.

Absolute best AC company i have ever hired. i had two different companies come out and tell me the whole unit needed to be replaced! and it only took them 10 minutes to tell me that. When link Mechanical sent there guys out, they took the time to check the entire system and found a few issues that were able to be repaired and i didn't have to replace the whole unit. This just saved me over 7 thousand dollars. The tech's told me their honest professional opinion and took the time to explain everything to me. They were extremely polite and respectful . There was no upselling at all, they told me what i needed and what i didn't.
This company does the right thing which is hard to find these days.

Andy and his team saved me from a very hot summer. They worked with me on the installation of our AC and long story short the we are able to install and haul my off my old ac within a couple of days from scheduling! Amazing company would highly recommend to anyone within Arizona!

Contracted by my home warranty company, Liberty Home Guard, to replace a motor in my HVAC. Job took 2 1/2 months to complete, but the delays were ALL caused by Liberty.

Eddie the owner reached out to me regarding my concerns and helped make things right i appreciate the honesty and quick response time from this company !

The technician, Vince, stayed quite awhile to ensure that everything was in working order. I also appreciated information he shared about A/Cs in general.

I think had Mike he was nice explained what was wrong and demonstrated how to use the new thermostat once installed
