Mike and Carol Ford of Difinitive Air are great people. They only charge for what is broken and will not try to upsell you or convince you that you need a new system like those "ohter guys" do. They also don't chage a trip charge. I can and do reccomend them to others all the time.

My AC was leaking through my ceiling so I needed it fixed ASAP. I called Mike and he was out here within 15 minutes. An hour later he had the problem resolved. That is what I call good service!

Today we walked in to our business to find our A/C unit was out. We had an A/C issue this same time last year, and after our experience with the company we used previously (left old parts & trash on the roof, dawdled & charged us 3x what it should have cost to replace a blower motor), we were looking for someone with good reviews that was close to our location. We are a family owned and operated business, so we prefer to hire businesses that are family owned as well whenever possible.

Carol was extremely polite on the phone. The technicians were here in under an hour; the business we called previous to them quoted us a wait time of over 4 hours. They had the unit working in less than an hour, and it cost us less than $200. Overall the experience was great, and we will be calling them with any other problems we have in the future.

Service is always excellent, but this time it went above and beyond. When our AC stopped blowing cool air on a hot Sunday afternoon, we fully expected to suffer through the night. We called just to get on the schedule for a weekday, but he was nice enough to come out that evening to work on our AC and get it running again! Problem solved in just a few hours.
