I'm so glad I contacted Definitive Air. The first AC company I contacted wanted to charge twice as much to replace the blower motor in our heat pump. Mike responded to my email quickly with a quote for the work I needed, and I saved hundreds of dollars. Next time I have an AC problem, I'll be going to Definitive Air first.

We've been using Definitive Air for the last couple years for preventive maintenance. Whenever there's a problem, one call is made and they are right out here to take care of it. They were recommended to us by family members. And when they're out here working, we're treated like family members. Highly recommend them for any ac service!

Our AC went out last night woke up this morning to good ole warm AZ. I called Mike and left a message at 6AM. He called back in like 5 minutes. Amazing. He came out and fixed the AC within and hour had us up and running. Our AC is back up and running for the hot summer. Thanks Mike again great job. 120F today.

Called in the morning. Arrived 30 minutes later worked on my AC went above and beyond to find out if the part was still in warranty. Called later to find out how it was working came back to make it a comfortable temperature until we can get the part. I am so thankful for the honesty and service I received. Would definitely recommend if needing AC/Heating work done. I will continue to use this company for any work I need done. So impressed and grateful for honest and good people running companies.

Absolutely great! Was able to get service within a few hours of calling. Got a 30 minute time frame instead of 6 hour window of other companies. Fixed my issue quickly. Other company quoted a two thousand dollar repair, Definitive said that was unnecessary and a waste of parts and money, and fixed the problem for pennies compared to the other.

Mike helped me with selecting a new a/c unit that would meet my cooling needs last year, and he was very professional, punctual, and efficient. The install went smoothly, and Mike presented me with the information I needed regarding the warranty. Fast forward a year later on the hottest day of the year (so far!) in AZ - one of my capacitors went bad in the heat (my unit sits on a flat roof) and Mike was quick to make it out to my house in the time frame stated, and fixed the issue within minutes. Tried the big name AC vendors in the valley, including the ones that actually installed the units in my new house. Each was more terrible than the next. $1k plus bills, and issues persisted. Warranty work never done correctly. Each and every AC company with an ad on the radio, tv, or online was garbage. All of them. Found definitive air on Nextdoor from a neighbor recommendation. Called on a whim. 5 years later and the father and now son team work on my personal home, rentals, extended family, and friend’s homes.

My new house has a warranty with Chas Roberts. It, unsurprisingly, broke a few weeks ago. I avoided the headache of the upcharging and mis-diagnosis and just called definitive air. They were done in 20 minutes for a more than fair price.

I have not once been told a bad thing about their service after recommending them to someone. Not once. And I’ve recommend them a lot.
