Great service, the technician was great and super knowledgeable.

It was overall a bad experience. Liberty Home Guard puts a bid out there and of course this contractor took the bid. First of all they have to learn how to answer the phone properly and professionally. It took 5 days and four calls to actually find out if they were coming. They gave me a time frame they would arrive in. It was a 4 hour time frame. Customers sometimes have to go through hoops to make sure they have the time to be at the home for their would be contractors to show up. They were still late. I'm tired of these contractors also complaining about how far they have to drive. Oh I'm from way down here or way up there. You took the bid for the contract so step Up, be professional, show up on time and put a smile on your face. The job the insurance Company quoted me from these contractors was $1,500. That's after you pay an $80 service fee to just show up late. I had an local electrician do the job for $180. Also the tech that showed up kept question me about the validity of when the outlet went out. I felt like I was being interrogated. So I'm going to rate this visit from Tri -State Mechanical with 1 Star, even though they deserve zero.

Hey had a problem with A/C not maintaining coolness. Lonnie with Tri State came out very next day. Lonnie was very respectful, and informative on what was going on step by step.

So far, I don’t have any issues with this company. They were very polite answered my questions tried to give me some advice. I appreciate it, but I haven’t really used them yet so I will give a review later.

Lamar was great and very informative on what he did to fix the issue and how to prevent future problems. Extremely helpful and happy he was my tech.
