Horrible service. They came out through my home warranty and gave me a dented water heater. They said cover it up with a magnet. Also we went out of town for the weekend and coming back we had not noticed there was a leak from the pipe. It was not a faulty water heater but that the technician did not correctly tighten it and the whole drain pan was full of water when we came back and the floor in the garage. I called to see if someone can call and at least take a look at the pipes to make sure it would not happen again and he said I was a LIAR and he did not believe me. I sent pictures as proof of what happened. I would not call this company because if you have issues after the fact they will not help you and then they stop answering the phone calls. Plus the manager hung me up when he called me a LIAR!!!

Excellent customer service. Dan replaced our disposal in a matter of minutes and tested it to ensure that it was fully functional and that there were no leaks. I want to thank “Daniul” (apologies for spelling) personally for doing such an excellent job.

Absolutely 5 stars! Ramiro was fantastic from start to finish. Joe was incredibly helpful and got a technician out to me as soon as possible, which I really appreciated. Ramiro arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and had everything up and running again in no time. He was efficient, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. It’s such a relief to have cool air again—thank you, Ramiro and Joe, for the excellent service! Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Paul. He came to replace the valve in my shower and he did an absolutely outstanding job! What truly set him apart was his professionalism and genuine care. I had guests over, and even though it was a Saturday, Paul showed up, ready to help. He was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and respectful throughout the entire process.

Had a leak in my master toilet. J & L Plumbing came right away and ontime. Tate from J & L was so polite and knowledgeable. The leak came from our toilet tank seal and carotid fastners and parts. He put new parts in and fixed it right away. Very reasonable as well. Thanks so much.

The technician Mason did a fantastic job. I have had issues with other plumbing companies before but this place actually reached out to me when the tech was on the way and then Mason resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company

This company installed a Navien Tankless Water Heater completely wrong into my granddaughter’s home. When the Navien company saw images of the install they said the warranty would not be accepted because the install was done so incorrectly. This is very problematic. They’re installing water heaters against code and incorrectly and they were unwilling to correct their mistake.

Terrible customer service - I have never had someone on the phone argue with me, like the woman answering the phone. When I gave her the information that Choice warantee gave me - she said "I don't know where your getting this information." I pulled up the mail and read it to her directly... She scoffed and still didn't believe me. I found this to one of the weirdest, most disrepectful calls I've ever had. Now after 2 days and I have approved their estimate, they have not contacted me for the apointment. 2 days.

Joe mad his team were great to work with. They replaced my AC unit and were professional from start to finish. They worked closely with the home warranty company too to ensure that issue was resolved properly and in a timely manner. Will be using them again in the future for any plumbing or hvac issues. Professional and quick to respond. My Central AC unit completely failed. They were here and got a new one installed in a timely manner.

Would not provide itemized breakdown on the quote of parts they were quoting. Didn’t give any sort of description as to make of the parts being quoted, they could have been getting from Temu and I wouldn’t have a clue. Overcharging for parts based on quotes I had also received. 5 other quotes and they were way higher. The problem I feel, I was going through a home warranty and they couldn’t markup the water heater. Couldn’t mark up labor as I’m sure it’s negotiated low. So they were inflating the non covered items to try and make up for it. On the non-covered items, they were pricing it high and clearly not adjusting for overlap of what was being covered. Poor customer service in their email replies as well.

From their email, one of the emails “The $600 cannot be broken down for part cost. That $600 is a flat rate for all of those parts to be replaced. I understand that it may seem high in cost, but that is a flat rate that includes those parts listed within the estimate.”

Cannot be broken down ? You mean will not break it down. Flat rate price for parts ? It’s not like that same stuff comes in one kit.

Needless to say, we did not use them. Went with someone else and as suspected, they were overcharging.

Paul was great! We had an emergency leak and he stayed late to assist and was very knowledgeable about everything and the process. Definitely recommend Paul and the company!!! He communicated well during the entire process so I was aware of the issue and what needed to be repaired. Thank you!

They were good when I needed the work to be done. But now that I just need proof of work completed to provide my insurance company, I can not get ahold of them. I've called about 10 times. Left at least 5 VMs sent 4 emails and nothing. I spoke to 1 person who sand they would have someone send it over but that was about a week ago and I haven't heard anything..

Unfortunately this company installed a Navien Tankless Water Heater completely wrong into the home I bought and their company's customer service regarding their error was terrible. I only found out the install was wrong because the water heater stopped working and when the Navien company received pictures of the unit they noted that the plumber used the wrong type of material and they would not honor the Navien warranty because the install was done so incorrectly. The plumbing done on the roof was also all wrong and against plumbing code so I had to hire another plumber to come fix it. I then called J&L Plumbing and Air to get their support and they would only support me if I paid an additional $90 for them to come out. I'm sad to say that I would not recommend them. They installed incorrectly and that affected the Navien water heater warranty, and they installed against plumbing code and then they weren't willing to fix their mistake.
