Such a great company…..you couldn’t ask for more! I was dreading the day that our AC would go out but was pleasantly surprised with the quality of their service and price. Thank you, Jason and Rick, for the detailed attention and service!

One of our AC units stopped working and Matrix was available immediately to come fix it. They sent Jimmy and he did such a fantastic job! We are very happy to have cold air downstairs again. He was professional, quick, and kind. Thanks for a job well done.

Never had them help but wouldn’t trust them the way their drivers drive. Almost hit us twice on the I17 getting off on bell at 16:17 on Wednesday. If your drivers can’t drive what tells me they can do plumbing? Sorry but the management should have cameras or people that can drive and not almost side swipe little cars that are in their lane and driving how you are supposed. FYI, your truck was behind us and passed on the right, also illegal.

Due to just poor timing and incompetence from property management, my AC was out for 3 days. When I got in touch with Matrix, they were SO helpful. They sent someone out the same day. The technician was delayed and still came out at like 8pm (I was already impressed that they were still sending him out so late). This dude came out, and went straight to fixing the problem. I am not joking when I say, without any information from me, he went right to the thing that wasn't working and fixed it! He was at my house for less than 15 minutes! He was so nice and helpful and competent! Impressed is an absolute understatement! If you need AC, call them! Seriously! Also, I believe the tech's name was Jimmy. That man deserves as raise!

Not even working at my house. Pulled up to my neighbors house at 8am with music so loud my windows were rattling. Had to call the company to file a complaint to make it stop. Would never use or recommend.

Huge kudos to Brian who came out and fixed our heat and AC at our rental property. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made sure both downstairs and upstairs were properly working before he left. He explained the whole process, what was wrong, and made sure no corners were cut! Thanks Brian! Will definitely be using you in the future!
