Matrix plumbing is always ready to help. In an emergency situation Saturday, Jason jumped at the challenge and had tech Rick/Rich here and my problem fixed in under 3 hours. I highly recommend this professional and caring company.

The gas company told me that my igniter on my water heater was not functioning properly so I called Matrix as my water heater is just over a year old installed by matrix. I asked about the warranty and the dispatcher said that once the tech checked it out they could tell me if it was covered or not. There was no mention of a $75 trip charge at the time I scheduled. Yet when the tech showed up and spent two seconds looking at it I was charge $75 for nothing. Although I watched the gas company spend 20 minutes trying to light it they said nothing was wrong yeah I was charged.

Had a issue with our washing machine pipe the weekend we moved into our new house. Matric came out on a Sunday w/in a couple hours. Price was fair for a weekend service call. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service! After being quoted by a big name brand (rhymes with farker and puns ) for thousands of dollars for repair, or an entire HVAC replacement, I wanted a second quote. Matrix tech was on time, friendly, and told me there was no way the unit needed to be replaced, and the repair was not ‘extensive.’ I’m grateful for Matrix and I’ll be using them from now on!

Just had Kevin come repair our leaking water heater- what a nice guy! Explained things to me in simple terms and gave me lots of suggestions for how to improve our set up. All around a total pleasure! Hard to find good service like his!! Thank you Kevin!!

Matrix came out and re piped all the water lines in the entire house in an 8 hour work day. They were prompt kind and professional. Everyone who came out was polite and they did a great job overall! Put everything back where it was and made sure to clean up. I’m very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

Had a leaking water heater and valve that was getting worse. I called on a Sunday night and Steven came over at 830 from east mesa. Got to work fast and explained the process easily. Kept me informed through job and told me what to look out for after he left.

This company does not have gratitude for any person, there employees treat people as if you are lucky to have them come out. the lady on the phone said I am lucky they had a cancellation today, so we can fit you in. The man who came out said unit needs to be replaced although I am booked out for a week I can not fix your ac unit. as if its 5 pm I'm going home, your ac is out with 110 degree temperture. we have to work a quote and come back. the tech said he is the best at the company and no one works as fast as him, we probably can not come back as a favor to me for a week or so to fix my ac. if I am lucky. Well he should be grateful and the women on the phone with his company to have customers. and be grateful for the phone call from us.
To even ask for their service to start with. Matrix I guess I should have been so grateful your lady on the phone and technician even blessed me with your time to come out to my home or even answer the phone to come out here. You people should be thankful for customers and be thankful for anyone calling your business. tech you should be grateful to even have work. So many people don't have that . Point is these people are not grateful at all for your business, that was my experience. There are companies out there who need your business and trully appreciate it and be good to you, this company does not. and does not even do the job. Tech left ac not working. Find a aC company who has a heart for people. all people .this company does not care about anyone. The truth is I am a person of God.
I have money, I just have a home in the city for work. So they think I am a person of middle income by the house, and treated me that way. You should be treated always of respect and quality always regardless of the value of your home and stand up for that. I am for God and Love. A company should not treat you unkind or different due to what and where you live any different a company of proper values will treat you with love and good and take care of you based on their company values. This company has no moral values I experienced.

Went with Matrix off of a referral when our ac went out. They had a technician out the next day, and at the beginning of the stated time frame (which almost never happens!). He identified the issue (leak) and located the leak within 5-10 minutes of arrival and had the hole patched up and the ac up and running in about an hour all said and done. So Thankful they were able to come out and save us!

We have been using Matrix for the last 10 years and I have to say they are a great company. This is a family owned business and when you call you deal with someone in the family. We are also a small family owned business so we know the importance of supporting small business. I have multiple properties and when I call them they come right away. Their pricing is very fair. They have made my life much easier managing my investment properties.

These guys are great! Came right away. Gerardo was awesome. He showed and explained everything he was doing to me. Very mactulious and cleaned everything even though I told him he didn't have to. I Highly recommend this company.

They replaced my AC unit in the middle of the summer. They made time to come out and provide expert advice on the best equipment that we could afford without up-selling us on equipment that we did not need. A very honest company, and their work speaks for itself, I would highly recommend them to any business or home owner

I am writing on behalf of a friend who was forced to use Matrix through their Property Management Company. They came out in June for a service call and her house has been 82-85 degrees, depending on the outside temp since then. Matrix has been out six times since then and will be back on Monday for the 7th time. The reason I am writing this review is because my husband has been doing AC for most of his life and owned his own business but had to quit because of cancer. My friend wanted to run a few things by him to see if it was accurate. He gave her a list of questions to ask the tech when he came out and they refused to give her the answers. This company does not care about you or your family. Please use anyone else. My husband is mortified by this level of customer service. Matrix can expect a phone call from the ROC and maybe even a visit from Gary Harper. When my friend told them she was contacting the ROC, they told her to go ahead. I noticed that they are not members of the BBB, probably because they know they cannot get a respectable rating. I see a lot of negative comments on this site and word of mouth is everything. Matrix, I hope this review brings you nothing but grief and customers who move on to a real AC Company. Look up the name, we had a respectable business and very happy customers backed by a A++ BBB Rating.

Expressing my sincere gratitude to the All-Star team at Matrix Plumbing & Mechanical. My air conditioning system recently failed (during the summer here in Scottsdale, AZ). Matrix was quick to get me scheduled, arrived on time, and most importantly, accurately diagnosed my system's failures. I have had to deal with a lot of back and forth with my property management company and lack of competence and communication on their end(progress residential) were the only thing they did right was sending out matrix plumbing to do an emergency repair. This was the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. They were very knowledgeable and and friendly. They explained what was going on and everything that would need to be done. They worked with my family through the process of the repairs in my home. I highly recommend them to any one needing work done with their plumbing, and I plan to recommend them to all I know.

These lovely humans were sent out by our landlord to fix our hot water heater, and once they showed up, were so sweet and professional. As I went to leave for work, one of them informed me of my flat tire and offered to use his air compressor to blow it up for me! After a couple minutes I was on the road to work while they worked with my partner to get us all fixed up.
Recommend! They are lovely, friendly people and really want to do the job right.

We have been doing business with Matrix for over 3 years now. We are very pleased with their services. They are very responsive, always answer the phone even on the weekends. Emergencies are handled promptly. They staff enough plumbers where there is never a wait on an emergency call, which is very helpful as we have tenants in our properties and we need to appease them quickly. It is also super helpful that we receive very few recalls, almost none on the many work orders we send them. Over all a very reliable and customer friendly company that I can highly recommend.

Hello this is the first time I ever used you guys for work but my air went out inside my house and I was without air condition for almost 2 days anyway your representative came out there to my house in Maricopa and he checked on a unit outside he reinstalled a new thermostat and he changed out the fuse out up in the attic and he still had a couple more places to go but he was truly knowledgeable, professional friendly and courteous and I just wanted to thank him and thank you guys again for really helping me out of this jam.

I would never want these drivers in my neighborhood. Employee in #43 proceeded to cut us off on the I-10. He then was going 85+ mph to fly around and cut off another driver. As soon as we were able to pass, he jumped right in behind to tailgate hard. Then went to fly by as my passenger got his picture as he's laughing, and then flipping us off. Embarrassing!

Excellent service from Coby. Repaired leak in water main and installed a pressure control valve at 4 pm on a Friday afternoon. Estimate was well under half of what a competitor (who advertises on billboards around Phx) quoted. Will certainly have them fix any plumbing or HVAC issues in the future. Thanks!
