Fixed the damage another company caused. Other large named company was charging $3500 for repairs Flash charged 1/2 that price. Unit is now running like new. Fast response and repaired quickly. Highly recommended.

I recently bought a house in old town and I knew the most important thing to survive living in Scottsdale is having a good AC. I’m very health-conscious, so I wanted to replace all the ducts and put an air purification system to kill mold bacteria and viruses right inside my unit.
I got several quotes, but I was very impressed with flash. Ramiro and Raymundo own the company. They are two brothers who grew up in Phoenix and have been doing business here for 30 years.I asked them if they could install an air purification system in the unit I was going to buy from them: they said they haven’t done it before but they would find out about it. I forgot to send him the name of the system I wanted, so he contacted me the next day to follow up so he could do the research.
He contacted the manufacture and learned all about the system I wanted and incorporated it into his quote; which arrived in my inbox exactly when he said it would.

Their price was very fair...and to be honest, they had earned my trust.
The other vendors who quoted on the job told me there were supply problems… They couldn’t get the unit (5 ton) for “a while”, to redo all the ducts would be very expensive, and material prices had gone up, blah blah blah. I did not get any of that from Flash AC. They listen to what I wanted, and then they gave me a quote. They said they could be out the following week and it would take them one day to do the job. Awesome!
They showed up on time, were very professional
And bent over backwards (literally) to make sure I was satisfied at the end of the day. They were neat, didn’t leave a mess, put the vents exactly where we discussed and even went out to get the internal filter necessary for the additional filtration unit I requested they put in my unit. Above and beyond.
They filled out my warranty card and sent it in for me so I would get the 10 year warranty instead of five. I would have totally forgotten to do it. Thanks Raymundo! And they have been very responsive to my questions: the ones before the sale, and most importantly, the ones after the sale.
I would never buy a heater A/C unit from anyone else as long as I am in Arizona.
No pressure sales, responsive service, and owners who value integrity.
I highly recommend this company. I couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s a big purchase. I wasn’t sure who to trust. What do I say say now that the job is done? Hire them. You won’t regret it.

Ramiro and flash AC are great! Very honest, reliable, friendly and upfront with pricing. They were very efficient and thorough with replacing my ac unit and air handler. They stuck around after the repairs to make sure everything was working fine and even showed me how to work my new thermostat. Definitely recommend these guys for any ac work you may need!

Ramiro and his brother installed my dual AC/Heating unit and the whole process seemed seamless. From obtaining a quote to getting a quick installation date and then being the professionals that they are took care to lay down a cloth in my home so as to not get the floors dirty while they worked. They took the time to ensure the AC was cooling at the proper temperatures and were very nice and considerate. I was able to get a loan and that was even a quick process. I would highly recommend Flash AC & Heating.

I dont do reviews very often. But These guys at flash are top notch. 👌 honest reliable and clean work. Fair price no up selling. Yes they are a smaller company. But one with honest values and quality work. Thank you guys for our new unit.

My sister had her AC repaired twice by this company and told me how honest they were. When my AC broke, I got their number from her. I called at 9 a.m. on a hot summer day, and by 1 p.m. they were at my house.

Ramiro quickly identified the issue but made sure to test it before confirming. He replaced the part in just five minutes, then provided the upfront price—which I found very reasonable. Unlike some companies that take advantage of urgent summer repairs and overcharge, this company was fair, honest, and efficient.
