I could literally cry with happiness which is why I felt compelled to write this review! Ryan with J&L plumbing is my actual hero. I had a leak near my water heater pipes and was without water for 3 days. I had many people tell me x, y, and z and felt like I was getting totally taken advantage of. Ryan showed up and I could tell he cared so deeply from the start. He even left for a quick period of time so he could get the right part and fix the issue the right way instead of leave me with a half ass repair which is what landed me here in the first place (from someone else).

In this day and age, you get burned so many times and lose trust in everyone and everything but I am SO grateful to Ryan for coming out to help me. It is scary when you are dealing with water damage. Thank you for everything. I would recommend Ryan without hesitation to all my friends and family.

Last week, Luke replaced my garbage disposal, two stoppers and fixed my shower. He did a great job, and in my mind represented his company extremely well. It’s great to see younger individuals that were taught politeness, hard work and professionalism.

Daniel was absolutely amazing. Super sufficient. Quick and flawless with the work he did to fix a bolt for my water heater. A+ service that I would recommend to anyone !!! So grateful that my home warranty service referred me to them. Definitely a team that I would recommend highly. Also VERY quick response time and service in comparison to plumbing services that I have used in the past !!! Highly recommend!

Cody plumber came out Friday for leaking garbage disposal it was under warranty from Choice Home Warranty. It was approved for replacement but they had a 1/2 HP and ours was 3/4 HP. No issues at all when they came back out today Monday. Ruben was plumber who installed new garbage disposal work was done quick and professional.

Ryan was great! He was able to repair my hot water heater with in a half hours time. Usually my home warranty company tends to send out repair people that take there time and are not very good, but J & L plumbing and air is a rare exception.

Ryan did such a fantastic job helping us out when our water heater went kaput. He was very thorough, even walking us through the steps of handling the remediation part. He was friendly and communicative. Would definitely use J&L again and request Ryan :)

Mason and J & L Plumbing were absolutely fantastic! Mason was efficient, quick, and flawless in repairing my bathroom sinks. The service was truly exceptional, and the response time was much faster than other plumbing companies I’ve used in the past. We use Old Republic home warranty and have had J&L out several times for various replacements and repairs. Really good customer support, communication and timing. Tate has been our technician several times, cannot say enough good things about him! Absolutely recommend!

JNL plumbing and air was assigned to me by my home warranty. Paul was the technician who repaired my shower nozzle. He introduced himself and proceeded to evaluate my dripping showerhead. Within minutes, he found the culprit. He explained everything to me and also showed it to me. I would call J & L plumbing and air and request Paul anytime I need any further service. Paul did a great job!

Very satisfied with J&L plumbing. Their front office person is Cheryl & it was such a pleasure working with her she was kind & helpful. Ron was my technician & he truly went above & beyond for my plumbing issues.i can’t thank him enough. Such an amazing company & really care for their customers.

I had Cody for many tasks at my home. I had him to install/ fix water heater, install water heater pressure valve, install water softener, install water filter, and fix the front house hose and piping. I am very satisfied with his service. He is very professional and knowledgeable all the time. He knows his job very well. He is very honest and helpful. I definitely recommend him.

Ruben was excellent from the first interaction. We had a backflow issue. He was through and explained everything to my husband. We really appreciated his honesty and explaination through this process. Would recommmend Ruben and J & L plumbing to anyone! Thank you!

Had work done, area covered back up, area started showing signs of a leak underneath. Called them back out, broken irrigation piece within a foot of dig up(no leak or break before they did their work).. technician says too far from dig up, wasn’t him.. WITHIN A FOOT! And also broke 2 brick pairs and said nothing about it.
Totally ghosted me since, no paperwork or anything. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!

The plumber came to the house at 8:00 am on a Friday morning made us pay the service fee for the warranty company up front. Shut off the water from the hot water water tank and the home completely. Told the disable lady at the home that the hot water tank needed to be replace. The tank has 2020 on in for the year but was not install in the home until 2022. It has been giving us issues so we called the warranty company so that the item could be replaced The plumber went outside never came back in when we reached out to them Friday and Saturday still no one came back out to shut the water back on. No way to shower wash dishes flush toitets no nothing. Choice home warrantydid not do any thing neither and they providedthis third level company that seems to only want to steal people money and not do the job that they came out to do. I will be reporting this to the attorney generals office as well as better business bureau and to whom ever else I need to reach out to regarding this fraud.

I am very disappointed with J&L Plumbing.
To make a long story short, our water heater was no longer providing us with hot water, just warm water. We processed a home warranty claim and J&L sent a guy out to us to check up on the water heater.

We made sure to insert into our notes with our home warranty that the water was still warm but not hot.

During the work, the tech touched two hot wires together on the heating element and caused a short which tripped our breaker. He then sent a replacement order with our home warranty company.

The following morning I got in the shower only to be welcomed by ICE COLD WATER.
I called our home warranty company and J&L only to also receive the cold shoulder from them as well, despite us having at least warm water prior to service. The worst part about it is that J&L lied and said that they had no notation of the water being warm before.
Even if the water was not hot, it was at least tolerable.

I will be inserting a complaint with the BBB and the ROC about these guys, as this situation was avoidable and unacceptable.

We had a fantastic experience with J&L plumbing! Dan A was extremely knowledgeable. He identified our plumbing issue quickly and explained it clearly to us. Most importantly, he solved the issue that same day! We had 2 other companies come before that misdiagnosed the issue and did not solve it. We will definitely be using them again and recommending them to others!

J&L was sent by our home warranty and the service was the best we've received! Cody, our service man was friendly, professional, and careful to not leave a mess behind. We really appreciated that Cody was dog-friendly as well!! I highly recommend J&L Plumbing!

Easy to work. We were able to get a tech out next day. Daniel was super nice and very knowledgeable. He connected our water back up so we could at least take a shower and do cold water laundry loads. While they had to go through our home warranty company, J & L was able to get a new hot water heater installed the following day. Daniel came back out and installed it quickly. He even tidied up the dusty ledge the tank sits on. Would call them again for future plumbing and air needs.

Paul, salvaged our garbage disposal when I was most certainly sure it would have to be replaced! It still looks new! Anyway he gave some great preventive maintenance tips to maintain the disposal and I’ve noticed the difference already! Many thanks Paul, I was very impressed with your handywork!

J&L Plumbing & Air provided service for our broken hot water heater and Daniel the plumber was fantastic! From diagnosing the problem, to the installation of the new unit, to removing and hauling away the old unit, Daniel was knowledgeable, professional, and answered all of our questions and concerns, and he was super friendly! Cheryl of the office staff was also so awesome, offered such friendly and professional service getting us on the schedule so quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others! Paul was amazing! It's not everyday that you get a Tom Hanks look alike to upgrade your home! He insured everything was put together beautifully and took a lot of extra care and ensuring the system was running perfectly. I really appreciate his attention to detail!
