Extremely lazy & horrible customer service, wish the owner walked in on them & saw the POS who's representing his store front.

I buy almost all of my Plumbing supplies from them. They have lots of locations and it’s easy to get in and out fast. It would be nice if they would stock more of each item.

I have thee 35 year old outside faucets that were leaking at the stem. I was hoping to replace the packing but the whole inside down to the stem washer were corroded. Replacing the whole faucet would have required getting into the wall. I tried two other places without success. Within 60 seconds Van Marcke had replacement facets for me with inside parts that worked for the ones at my house. I was so happy!

The manager David is awesome, very friendly and very knowledgeable! Staff (Steve, Blake ECT) are all great, and always helpful. This supply house never fails to have everything we need for our Plumbing jobs.

They didn't have what I needed but explained exactly how to fix my problem. Even told me about Moen's guarantee . I was able to go home without any expense and fix my faucet. I want to thank the men for everything. Definitely would go back.

I have always received great service from all the San / Van Marcke suppliers. The only thing someone could even say about the locations is that they can run out of parts on any given day because of the business model of small footprint, many locations. They restock daily , and I am in and out quickly. These guys are great!
