He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding my water heater and did a great job installing and setting the unit on a water pan protector with an attached pvc to help prevent future water leaks. I was connected with Desert Rain Plumbing through my home warranty service. They were able to fix my shower with a new valve and shower handle with brand name parts and restore hot water to my shower. They were quick and efficient. Also very nice. Matt did the work and he was great. Hopefully I won’t need them anytime soon but I would absolutely work with Desert Rain on any plumbing issue or concern I have in the future. Thank you!

If I was able to select 10 Stars I would!!!!!! Jesus was our Technician who came out and looked at our broken Water Heater, He was very professional and Provided Excellent service. Jesus was very knowledgeable about any questions I had.

STAY AWAY! Called Desert Rain Plumbing to fix a kitchen sink that wasn’t draining properly. Technician came out around noon, worked on it for about 30 minutes, said it was fixed and left. 6pm same day I used the kitchen sink for the first time since the technician worked on it and the sink started to back up again. Called Desert Rain the next morning and told them I wanted them to come back out since the issue still isn’t resolved, the sink still isn’t draining properly. They were extremely dismissive, acting as if I had somehow clogged up the sink again in less than 24 hours, and informed me that they would have to charge me again if they came out. Doesn’t seem right that you pay twice to fix one issue. Would not recommend using Desert Rain, unless you like paying for them to not fix your sink.

Matt showed up early, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it immediately, effectively, and correctly. He is the best plumber I've ever met and I highly recommend calling him for your plumbing needs!! Thank you, Matt!!!

I only write reviews when it is WORTH it. I got my water heater replaced by a tech Matt, and he advised me that he initially requested a smaller water heater due to the space where the water heater is located. Come to find out, that he NEVER requested a smaller unit. He provided his company with an estimate of the costs as well as the measurements. When it came time to install the water, BEFORE he installed the water heater, he admitted that the base, was too big and I would be unable to close the closet door. He then said that if he didn’t have it there, that it wouldn’t be up to code. (Water heater has already been removed at this point). He installs the water heater, and as he knew BEFORE the installation, it didn’t fit. I still paid for the job, as a paying customer !

Unfortunately, they will not take accountability or their tech for the WRONG doing. I reached out to the tech, no response. I’ve reached out to the office several times, useless and pointless. I paid almost 600$ for it to be installed, and it NOT be right! You all are wrong.

PAY FOR A JOB THAT IS COMPLETE AND CORRECT ! Learn from my mistake!!

I am all about integrity, I did everything on my end. But unfortunately this company did not. Which is why I would not recommend them!

I contacted them about options to see what was affordable for me to replace my my hot water heater that wasn’t covered by my First Premier home warranty. Tyrell with Desert Rain was patient and kind explaining my options. The got me on the schedule 2 days later. The technician was on time, efficient and polite. I highly recommend them for straight shooting honest , dependable service!!

Desert Rain was assigned to us through our home warranty for a water heater issue that Penguin Air could not fix. It was a simple draining of our water heater which Penguin Air was trying to charge us $1000 to switch out our manufactured warranty covered water heater. Desert Rain came out, did the flush and said our water heater was fine. No problem since.
Then we called them directly for an emergency home clog. Tyrell was so helpful and patient with us. He worked with us and did not take advantage of our situation. His techs (Mike and Chris) came Friday the day before Valentine’s Day (Mike came in on his day off because he remembered us) and stayed with us for three hours walking us through our problem after learning it was HUGE problem. A cracked pipe leading to the street. And even then, Tyrell did not try to inflate the costs like other businesses do. He really did save us. It was an epic Friday the 13th. Our cat had an emergency vet visit the day before that was $2000 and our dog had his first vet specialist visit for his liver disease, so we are ever grateful for Desert Rain especially as first time home owners.

The installers were here today they were in and out an hour did a great job did a perfect job looked really great I'll give him a five star or 10 star rating it looks really good no leaks I'm very satisfied with the job I recommend this company to anybody thank you

This place is HORRIFIC. They sent a techinician out to my home and caused water damage and instead of rectifying the solution I have to chase them for a solution. If you get assigned this company from your home warranty, do yourself a favor and RUN. Avoid them at all cost. They are beyond unprofessional.

Did not provide the service and closed the home shield warranty request. Provided misleading info as though request resolved. Did not address multiple phone call requests for assistance.

It was a pleasure having Martin and his partner Jesus complete my leak that turned into an all day long job in the heat. They were Very knowledgeable and friendly explained everything they were doing and completed the job wonderfully they cleaned up the area after they finished. Would highly recommend them very satisfied.
