Home warranty assigned me IKMAR. Jesus was tied up all morning with a homeowner and a flooding issue so could not make it during the initial appointment window, but somehow managed to come out to my home in the later part of the afternoon and fix my WH. Jesus was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Samual and Reyes from Ikmar Plumbing LLC showed up and were the most professional Tradesmen I have ever meet. The two gentlemen showed up conducted business in an exemplary fashion. They treated me and my home with the upmost respect. Award these men and if I should have any other Plumbing issues I will reach to them by name, directly.

Jesus did a great job of replacing our disposal within 10 minutes! He even took a look at a couple of other things which wasn’t listed on the repair job and did those for free. I would highly recommend this company and Jesus for any plumbing services in the future.

Can't even get scheduling right.

Our water shut off was broken and it was causing the house to not have any water pressure. Original appointment was scheduled for more than 2 weeks from the day that I called for service (Feb 14 first open appointment). I was not happy to not have any water pressure for more than 2 weeks. Got a call that same day letting me know that they had an opening earlier (Feb 8th) between 11am and 3pm. I accepted. Got a call on Feb 7, advising me that they had an earlier opening between 8am to 12pm on Feb 8th. Then 30 mins later I get a call saying that that appointment was no longer available (Feb 8th 8am to 12pm). I asked what happened to my original appointment time (Feb 8th 11am to 3pm) and was told that it was also no longer available and that the earliest appointment was for Feb 11th. I was no even told why. This will put me more than 2 weeks with no water pressure in my home. They apparently can not schedule to meet customer needs. I would not recommend this company if they can't even get scheduling right.

UPDATE: First off I will say that I still give 5 stars to Rahuel. My rating of him hasn’t changed. We are on the third week of still waiting on the company to get the parts to repair our shower and sinks. I have had to call every other day because nobody ever calls me as they always say they will. I’ve never worked with such an unprofessional company. If you tell your customers you will call them you should call them! I am being told that the parts should be here this week but let’s see. As of now I would never recommend or use this company again. I’m hoping they come through and complete the job well so that I can change my review but as of now I am beyond disappointed as I’ve been left with a leaking shower for weeks .

Rahuel was our technician and he was absolutely the best!!! Not only was he on time but he was early which I loved! He was so thorough and listened carefully to the multiple issues we were having. Took his time to repair everything, leaving no mess at all. He then took time to walk me through each repair to ensure that I was happy with it. He explained a couple of pieces had to be approved and how rescheduling would work. I’m hoping he’s the one to come out again. What a skillful, professional and kind guy! Absolutely recommend him!! Thank you!!!

This company is running a scam. Beware.
I had them come out for hot water heater via AHS. They told me I had to pay $820 to bring hot water to code and AHS would ship in hot water heater.
My house is new. I challenged them and then they said $820 was liability. What? Have AHD pay it. I have been without hot water since June 14.
When I ask at 345pm on Monday to speak to a manager they said they went home.
This company is scam. BEWARE.

Showed up and stayed for 5 minutes didn’t fix anything, then your tech Adrian says they will be back the following day between 1pm and 6pm. Your tech was a no call no show.

The Jesus brothers at Ikmar Plumbing were great! They were on time, professional, courteous, & knowledgeable. I will request Ikmar Plumbing from my Home Warranty company for any plumbing issues in the future. I highly recommend them!

Jesus the owner of this company was sent out to my home by my home warranty company to address a problem with lack of hot water in my shower. He determined that the problem was not with my water heater, but with a faulty mixing valve. He told us that he would order the part and be back out to fix it. We called to follow up on this and spoke to a very unprofessional secretary, who informed us that Jesus had not notated this on his report to the home warranty company, so we would need to file a second claim and pay another service fee to have them come complete the work all because Jesus didn’t write up a proper report. The secretary told us that there was nothing that they could do about it and seemed completely unbothered and didn’t care. As a small business owner if I treated my clients this way, I’d be out of business. I guess this company doesn’t care about their integrity or their customers. This all could’ve easily been fixed by Jesus correcting his report and including all of the necessary information. Now I have to dispute the charge with my home warranty company and go through the hassle of having another company come out. Maybe I could chalk this up to just an unprofessional individual managing their phones or maybe this is just how they do business overall as a company. I’ve only had one interaction so it’s hard to tell but it doesn’t reflect well. I do not recommend this company and would caution others to reconsider doing business with them based off of my own experience. I’ve used many other companies sent out by my home warranty provider and never had a problem before. It seems as though Imar plumbing likes an easy paycheck in the form of referrals from home warranty companies, but they don’t actually care to do the work that they were paid to do. Upon checking with my home warranty company I was told that there is no reason why I should need to file a second claim, and that if the information had been included in the report that they would be covering the repair under the original claim. Maybe Ikmar is doing this intentionally to make more money. The owner seems like a nice guy, and I would not have taken him for somebody that conducts business this way. But unfortunately, their secretary has made it quite clear that the company won’t be doing anything rectify this. So my recommendation to those reading this review is not to use this company and if they are assigned to you from your home warranty company request a different company.

My BBB ONE STAR RATED, HOME WARRANTY CO., CINCH, AND THEIR BBB ONE STAR SERVICE PROVIDER, IKMAR Plumbing have both made my life, a living h*LL for over a MONTH.

Requiring MULTIPLE daily, phone calls to multiple agents at Cinch Warranty Company, where all my calls were routed to a call center IN THE PHILIPPINES, & every agent THAT ANSWERED & DIDN’T HANG UP ON ME, gave a significantly different answer to my questions EXCEPT for being told repeatedly, that I’m responsible for hashing out my problems with IKMAR Plumbing, this service provider, assigned but I don’t want. IF I WANTED THE SELF SERVICE, SERVICE PLAN, IT SHOULD BE MUCH, MUCH CHEAPER BUT I DID NOT PAY FOR NOR WAS BILLED FOR SELF SERVICE. Cinch could not tell me IKMAR Plumbing Co., license no. nor did they ever give it to me. IKMAR said they didn’t have it available, then said they weren’t sure if they could give it to me, a customer who requires a license to plumb, in my home! When I asked dispatcher, Marie if the license was in good standing with ROC, her voice cracked before saying, uhhh, well I think so ???

No one at IKMAR or Cinch Home Warranty can seem to get their collective ‘acts together’

Cinch agents claim they offer a six month warranty on parts and labor but IKMAR plumbing, their service provider refused my multiple requests to put anything in writing. Daniella, told me on multiple calls, ‘ikmar would give me 30 day warranty from them; same as cinch warranty.’ I said, no cinch says it’s 6 months warranty. Daniella placed me on hold again & returned to say, yup, we offer a 30 day warranty; the same as Cinch! I said, well that’s a problem because you work for cinch but cinch and I have a contract that says otherwise. Would you please put that in writing along with your license no, to plumb in az, & email that to me? Daniella said, ‘nope we don’t put ANYTHING IN WRITING!’

My warranty company,, Cinch was notified by me about a water leak in my bathroom & they assigned IKMAR Plumbing Co. Mario, came out to repair, over a month ago & was told I needed a Plumbers Report, A Written Report for my homeowners ins. co. It needed to contain a lic no, & length of warranty & cause of leak. -IKMAR Plumbing is still trying to amend their incorrect & incomplete plumbing report. They’ve been calling me daily, all of a sudden like it’s now urgent to them but it wasn’t urgent before FOR THEM.

Check BBB for IKMAR plumbing, check out your home warranty co., too. Read the most recent reviews, as companies can actually change for the better AND for the worse. Go with your gut when your guts are screaming out, they’re usually right; your guts, I mean. ;) Cinch home warranty stinks too, & incidentally has attempted to place as much real estate between the insured & their Philippians call center. I have been trying to coordinate a plumbing repair with Ikmar plumbing all week but they have not responded to my emails or called me back. I am still waiting for them to follow-through on a request they said they would contact me back about.

Update on January 2026, my home warranty company hired this company again to clear out a blockage. The company does not answer calls and closes promptly at 4:00 p.m. and shows up to do the work without the necessary equipment and does not promptly return calls. I would not recommend this company. Updating my review too one star. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Excellent plumbing service. They resolved the issue quickly and professionally. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, explaining each step, which gave me a lot of confidence. Incompetent. Do not make the mistake of using this company or you will be in for a world of hurt. These clowns came to my home 6 times to try and fix my water heater. SIX!!! And they informed my home warranty company that the job was completed when it clearly was not. So basically I have not had warm water for almost 2 months. I generally try to support small businesses but this company is glaringly incompetent and unreliable. Stay away - you have been warned.

Worst customer service EVER! First of all, the technician showed up 2 hours after the scheduled time frame. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Ikmar Plumbing was a fantastic choice! From the start, they were responsive and really listened to my concerns. The plumber who came out was not only skilled but also super friendly and respectful, making sure I knew what was happening at every step. They finished the job quickly and left the space cleaner than when they arrived. The pricing was clear and reasonable. it was such a positive experience, and I’d absolutely call Ikmar Plumbing again for any future needs.

The disappointment in dealing with this company and, specifically, Luis has been insurmountable. We have never experienced such poor attitude and disrespect from a company that was paid to do a service. He was rude and angry while taking out our water heater, then refused to install the new one. Instead of leaving the old water heater with the old parts, he left with the old parts so we can't reconnect the old water heater. This experience has been beyond unacceptable. I would NEVER recommend this company for ANY work, ever. They have left us without hot water for absolutely no reason.

We got stuck with these guys after our home warranty said they were going with them (they are not blameless here either), but after a month and half of getting screwed around by Ikmar Plumbing, Ferguson, and Landmark home warranty's I took a day off work for an installation of our water heater.

Only to be told after waiting an entire day that their tech cancelled and they were unable to make it work. Now I am stuck taking off a second day because they simply could not make it work. My wife has spent, at this point, nearly 5 hours trying to co-ordinate with them and after all said and done I am out two personal days and I still can't even take a reliably warm shower.

If I could, take my business elsewhere, I would.

I had to have my hot water heater replaced. They promptly noticed that I had an ongoing leak. They answered all my questions and sent me all my options for the hot water heater and leak repair. They were very responsive, polite and professional and got all the work done.

Ikmar Plumbing provided outstanding service from start to finish They responded right away and scheduled a time that worked perfectly for me. The plumber Jesus was professional, friendly, and really took the time to explain what was causing the issue and the best way to fix it. They worked quickly but carefully, making sure everything was done right, and left no mess behind. It’s rare to find a company this trustworthy I’ll definitely be using Ikmar Plumbing again and recommending them to anyone who needs a reliable plumber
