I'm allowing two stars for the quick response and good communication from the scheduler. But, I feel I was ripped-off. I had a water leak under my park model home. It was only a few feet from the crawl space entry. The guy they sent took a look and said it was a bad elbow on a pipe that was capped off. He said he could cut it to remove the elbow joint and re-cap it. Then he said it would cost $265!
I asked him why it was so much and what the hourly rate was. He said it wasn't an hourly rate - just what the job costs because he has to go into the crawl space and work in the dirt. He said "You don't want to go under there and do that, so this what you'll have to pay me to do it."
Twenty minutes later I heard him closing off the crawl space entry point. I went outside and found him standing, out of sight behind his truck, talking on his cell phone. He said he would give me a break and "only" charge $205 for the work. He was here for less than 30 minutes!

Jimmy Joe came as a referral by a business associate. The communication leading up to the service was solid, the job was done very well and will use again. It is a pleasure to deal with professional and responsible people. Solid.

We had a slab leak. Tony came out, looked things over, and gave us a fair estimate for the repair. There were hidden complications and the repair turned out to be much more difficult than expected. Jimmy Joe came over with a 2nd truck and together they worked out a solution. At the end of a very long and difficult job, our leak was fixed and Tony refused to leave until he had cleaned up every last speck of dirt. We're so glad we chose Jimmy Joe's. It's like the motto on his trucks says: "The best place to take your leak."

Office Staff was friendly and responsive, plumber was on time and completed the needed work in a very timely fashion, plus he was knowledgeable and picked up after himself. A very positive experience, my first time using this company I will definitely be back when issues arise and will refer them to friends and family alike!

Tony was the most efficient, knowledgeable plumber. He explained so well and fixed our water leak so quickly. Explained the reasonable cost up front. I would recommend this company and Tony with a five star.

Jimmy Joe installed my water heater two years ago so I called him when my sink was leaking and I was out of town. He sent someone the next day and it was fixed. The office kept me informed and it was easy and professional. I will call him again.

This is the second time I’ve used Jimmy Joe’s Plumbing and I will use them again! Very quick, I called after hours and got a call back that night. He came out and fixed the leak the next day. He thoroughly troubleshooted the problem. He fixed the leak, answered questions, and even went above and beyond to test the hardness of my water for me (inside and out). Great, great service!!

If you want an excellent plumber, honest, friendly, and very reasonably priced, then I highly recommend Jimmy Joe. I mainly called him to fix a bad leak under the bathroom sink. There was also a broken water pipe in the garage that entered the wall and I didn't know what it was. I showed him and he said it was a pipe that went to the refrigerator. He fixed that pipe and didn't even charge me for it. Again, I highly recommend Jimmy Joe. He's the best.

Awesome service! They coordinated with my tenant to setup a service time. They arrived on time and properly fixed the issue the first time. Even went above and beyond to wear booties and clean the shower head and drain while they were there. All for a reasonable price! Both me and my tenant are extremely pleased with the service and will absolutely use again!

Best plumbing service I have ever hired. Very skilled, reasonble prices. If you are a landlord, they do a great job of coordinating with your tenant and keeping the landlord informed. Efficient e-mail invoicing and payment system. They also work on reverse osmosis systems and do a better job than companies solely dedicated to R/O systems. Be a good customer and have photos and/or detailed info of the problem and you can set everything up by text.

The plumber, Tony, who completed the faucet installations (one kitchen, one bathroom) was very nice and did a good job. When I discovered one of the bathroom faucet handles was loose, he came back and tightened it up within a week of the install. Good, professional people who do a good job; I would recommend them to anyone requiring a good plumber.

Jimmy Joe is AWESOME. He assisted my elderly mother when her water heater broke late at night. Him and his staff came out the night we called, fixed it and also made my mother feel comfortable during the process. Top Notch organization and excellent people. Thank you!

Tony was awesome. He explained all the problem with the 40is year old valves and all the weird plumbing that had been done over the years. I gave them a call, and Jimmy Joe arrived very quickly. Got to the drain clearing, and finished up quickly. He checked in, and out with us, and explained what the issue was that caused the drains not drain quick enough. Will definitely use the next time we need some plumbing work done.

Jimmy Joe's plumbing have completed many different plumbing jobs for us over the past few years. Everything from installing 2 x new water heaters, all new toilets, replacing shut off valves to unclogging the main sewer line. They have anyway been professional and courteous, plus they do the job right the first time for a fair price.
