We are not interested in doing business with Delta again due to our recent experience. I am shocked Home Depot refers their customers to this company. Use them at your own risk. Based on these reviews it either goes great or terribly wrong.

    This is what we experienced:

12/8-Home Depot employee put my information in the system after my in store inquiry. Later Delta called to schedule in home estimate.
12/11-We received a quote to install 2 toilets and 3 faucets $1,975. Told to be sure to pick 12 inch rough in toilets as that's what we currently had. I ordered all the supplies via Home Depot delivery.
12/12-Install day. Everything seemed to go fine except the downstairs toilet flange was bad. Flange repair started. Flange repair an additional $3,150.
    12/13-Flange repair finished
12/14-MIL noticed a puddle of water on the floor. The faucet on the right sink had been slowly leaking since installation because it wasn't tightened enough. My husband tightened it until it stopped dripping. Left vanity warped at the bottom where water sat.
12/19-12/21st- I had the tile floor repaired by a flooring expert.
12/23- Delta plumber that showed up to install the toilet now that the floor was repaired said 12 inch rough in toilet didn't fit. There must have been an error on the flange repair because we now need a 10 inch rough in toilet. Said someone would call me regarding a partial refund for the error.
-I shopped and ordered a 10 inch rough in toilet on the 23rd.
    12/29- Toilet arrived
12/30- Delta plumber showed up. I showed him where the toilet was and the bathroom it goes in & he said let me get you a quote. I let him know we've already paid & getting the toilet installed was finishing the job started on 12/12. He left to make a call and came back to tell me he was sent to the wrong job. He reassured me someone would still come today to put our toilet in and left. Nobody showed after hours had passed. I called the line and Preston reassured me someone would still come and we were still on the list. Nobody showed.
12/31-Called throughout the day. Again Preston said someone would show but this was a no show for the 2nd day in a row.
    1/1-Holiday - Didn't even try this day.
1/2-The guy who did our flange repair called me directly and said he would come by to install the 10 inch rough in toilet. He thankfully showed up and we finally had a toilet downstairs after 3 full weeks. He also said he texted someone called Albert to call me regarding the partial refund for the errors on this job. Never heard from him to this day (its 1/12 today).

    What is frustrating to us:
    1. This job could have been done before the Holidays on 12/23 if the flange repair was done right the toilet would have fit. Instead we went through the entire Holiday Season with no toilet in our main downstairs living area.
    2. After all this time and $5,125 later I didn't get the Kohler toilet I wanted downstairs because I had to switch to a 10 inch rough in toilet due to their error with the flange repair and Kohler doesn't make 10 inch rough in toilets.
    3. Warped vanity bottom in my guest bathroom upstairs.
    4. Nobody ever called me about the partial refund.
    5. We went into Home Depot for this job and Delta is their installer. This job wasn't handled as a Home Depot job. I found that out when I contacted them for help when things went sideways with our job. There was nothing on file past the initial inquiry I made in the store, therefore no protection on their end. I only used their installer for the added protection. I could have used the plumber I typically use and have never had issues with.

We had a great experience using Delta. It was so easy to schedule, and they came out so quick to replace our water heater. They were very reasonably priced as well.

Avoid if you have a choice! Canceled on us 2 hours before the agreed upon time the first day, then the next day showed up 2 and a half hours late messing up plans for the day and evening. Tech was obviously ill and it was pretty apparent he used the toilet and left a mess in the bowl we had to clean. Told us to rate him 5 stars or not to rate him at all on the survey…. Definitely a story to tell for a long time.

Called to and asked for the $33 drain cleaning special that is advertised on their website. Honestly I do not recall the technician even trying to clear the obstruction from the pipes. They sent a camera in the drain and advised the pipes were not configured correctly and that was the issue. Fast forward to a bill of approx $4200.00. They cut through my shower floor and house foundation. Fun fact we have post tension and the tech they sent to do this work came out and said. “You have post tension? You have to tell me!” Needless to say thank goodness he stopped jack hammering when he hit the coating. This caused the job to stop until I had a company they recommended come in to scan my floor and mark where the rods were. After this they returned to continue the job. They were able to cut the pipe they indicated was a problem after going through my house foundation. They then scoped the pipes with their camera and found the obstruction. They were not able to dislodge this ball that somehow was in the pipe. The solution offered was to cut through more of my bathroom floor and remove vanities. The tune of this estimate to do the job “right” was over 13k. Told them I had to thin on it. That night we called another plumbing company. Who came out the next morning and dislodged the ball! This did not cost me 13k. It was under $200! I had Delta come back to complete the work started as we had a contract. Which part of this contract states they will test the pipes. The plumber did not. When I asked about this I was told there was no need. Umm yeah there is because if the pipes leak after I find a company to fix my shower floor it would have to dug out again. Moral of this very long review is never feel you don’t have a choice and get a second opinion/estimate.

I took a shower and realized i didn't have hot water....My hot water heater was so old (like me) it was shot. I immediately went to Home Depot to see the pricing for a new one. What I didn't expect was a home service from Delta Plumbing that would take care of everything and all in one half day. This gentleman from Delta ( Francisco Manzano Alcaraz) was just wonderful and cleaned everything up afterwards. Then explained to me how to care for it. 5 stars aren't high enough for the good service that I received.
Also, finance options were explained in detail as well as receipts for everything. Thank you , Thank you again.

Eriberto was professional, knowledgeable, and dead charming. He took the time to explain to myself and my aunt what was necessary, while giving us a safe timetable for what was not necessary.

It goes without saying that any service provider can be viewed as predatory. I have not encountered that through Delta Mechanical. As a matter of fact, the full charge was HALF the price of what the Phoenix big name providers charged, with the SAME PRODUCT AND WARRANTY!

Eriberto was a class act, took the time to be kind and educate us. I cannot recommend his customer service higher, in addition to the excellence provided by Delta Mechanical. Rudy Figueroa, was a breath of fresh air, and was so helpful over the phone.

Brass Tacks: Any Phoenix resident should seek a quote from Delta Mechanical and compare the price to the "big names" in the valley. Delta Mechanical has exceptional leadership, who honors the value of a hard earned dollar.

If you can, ask for Eriberto, he is an customer service asset to Delta Mechanical.

I contacted this company after finding their website through a Google search for “leak detection Phoenix.” The landing page clearly advertised “$88 same day leak detection,” which is the service I needed due to a sudden increase in our water bill and visible moisture in our fireplace. I used their online contact form late Tuesday evening, provided all requested information, and selected text as my preferred method of communication.

The next morning, I received a phone call instead of a text, and since I was teaching, I had to return the call later. When I reached the dispatcher, I was asked to repeat all of the information I had already submitted online. I again explained that we suspected a slab leak and needed leak detection. Although the website promoted same-day service, the earliest appointment offered was Friday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

On Friday morning around 8 a.m., the company called to say a technician could arrive early—within 30 minutes to an hour. I adjusted my plans and hurried home.

When the technician, Carlos, arrived (and to be clear, he was polite and professional), he immediately informed me that neither he nor the company could assist with my issue because they do not actually perform the type of leak detection I had described. He offered to call an outside leak detection company on my behalf, but the earliest availability was the following Monday—and I ultimately had to schedule for Tuesday.
    In summary:

    - The website’s leak detection marketing was misleading, as the company did not provide the service advertised.
    - The dispatcher did not communicate this upfront, even after I clearly described a suspected slab leak twice.
    - I waited from Wednesday to Friday for an appointment that never should have been scheduled, resulting in unnecessary delays, stress, and potential additional costs from a suspected leak.

As someone who has worked in the plumbing and HVAC industry as a business coach and trainer, I found these breakdowns in communication and accuracy to be well below industry standards.

Carlos, the technician, was professional, but the overall experience was a significant inconvenience caused entirely by inaccurate marketing and internal communication issues.

Delta Mechanical is the authorized installer for Home Depot. I checked around and the were several hundred dollars cheaper than Lowe's. I called to schedule at around 9am and they came out same day. Oleg arrived early, did a good job. Did the added work I wanted done at fair price. Rudy was very good in customer service. Highly recommend.

My kitchen sink will not Drain after my home warranty did the initial unclogging with the snake tool. So I called Delta Plumbing because they are advertising hydrojet cleaning with camera for half price from their initial price. So, I got the person Monday morning the between 8-10 (he came vlose to 10). They send the wrong person. He does not do hydrojet cleaning. They reschedule the following day(Tuesday)in the afternoon. Marcelino came first. Landon the supervisor was 1 hr late. They test the hydrojet. Its broken. They reschedule the following day (Wednesday) between 8-10am. I called the office several times and no one knew who's coming to do the job. Finally Landon showed up around 1pm. He said someone supposedly will do the job and someone will pick up the fix hydrojet. He did the job. Showed me thru the camera the clog and showed me after he cleaned it. Job is done well. PROBLEM IS THE SCHEDULING SUCKS!

The time window for showing up was Monday 8-10:00 A.M., Genaro arrived at 9:20, looked at two valves under kitchen sink that needed replaced, looked at outside hose bib that I wanted replaced, and installed a new kitchen faucet that I was providing. He also checked pressure of water to the house. Genaro provided me a written estimate that I approved. He said an installer would come to house within 1 hour. ( I of course, thought he was going to be the guy). I called Delta Plumbing Office at 11:02 (well past the hour mark) and talked with office Mgr. Albert, he said he would check immediately and get back to me when a plumber would be at my house. I waited for call back. (no call back) I called Albert at 11:35 and asked what was up? He said a plumber would be at my house within the hour no later than 12:50 with the parts to start the job. He apologized and told me the first plumber must of not been able to complete my particular job that it may have been beyond his expertise. (what?) Albert the office manager said he would stay on top of my project and call me that day to make sure everything was getting done and I was ok. Finally at 1:10 p.m. Adam arrived, I walked him through what was to be done he said he needed to get an additional part. When Adam finished, everything worked correctly and it was now 3:20 p.m. I waited for Albert's follow up phone call to see if everything was ok. (Nothing) I waited the following business day for Albert's phone call. (nothing) so I called him at 4:45 p.m., he again apologized that he had not called the prior day like he said he would but assured me he was in contact with Adam. At this point who really knows, the only thing I can observe is they have poor communications and don't rely on their time estimates. The work was completed but I expected any plumber would be able to do it.

Wonderful service by Vicente Fernandez. He was fast, efficient, kind, and very transparent about our issue. Thank you Vicente! We will definitely use them again!

I found out my water heater was leaking late Tuesday night. I contacted Delta Mechanical Wednesday morning and they were able to have a tech come out same day and replace my water heater. Sveto was my tech and he was patient with questions, explained what he had to do and was able to get the job done in about an hour.

The quality of work is first class, I will be using them again in the future.

I was referred to Delta through Home Depot for the installation of a new water heater. Luis C was on time, courteous, honest, explained the work that was going to be done, and later explained everything that was done. I so appreciate his hard work and the knowledge on the upkeep of the new water heater. Thank you so much!

I needed my hot water heater replaced and went through Home Depot. During the initial call, they were very quick to collect my credit card information and payment. The appointment was scheduled for two days later between 2–4 PM.
No one showed up during the window, so I called and was told the technician was on the way. Ten minutes later, I received another call saying they could no longer make it and wouldn’t be able to reschedule me until Friday.
Poor communication and unreliable service. Based on my experience — and the other reviews — I recommend going elsewhere.

They were the best plumbers that I have ever had. I had problems with another plumber and contacted Delta. They came out the next morning. The technician Paul was very professional and he did a great job. Very conscientious and caring. Everything that was being done was explained to me. In a day they repaired what I had waited weeks to get done. Thank you Delta Mechaincal

My initial experience involved being on hold for over 20 minutes. The automated message continually praised the company, even asking, "have you considered replacing to a tankless water heater?"—a decision I had already made before calling.

When I finally reached a representative and stated I wanted a tankless replacement, his immediate response was dismissive, focusing on "the problem is, the problem is." He claimed they hesitate to install tankless water heaters in Florida because they frequently fail inspection. Crucially, he didn't even ask for any details about my situation.

I live in a Townhouse community, and I even mentioned that several neighbors have successfully replaced their units with tankless ones. It appears the company was not interested in the work and didn't offer to do a survey or assessment.

While companies have the right to choose which projects they accept, they should not waste a customer's time if they are unwilling to perform the service. This interaction was frustrating, regardless of the quality of their installation work.

1st appointment cancelled by company and rescheduled for following morning. Tech showed up and was more concerned with upselling me on a much more expensive option than using a proven process that has been used successfully in homes in AZ for years. Job was completed and drain failed same day. Company had another technician show up following morning and we were informed that we could pay again for same process but that it rarely works or they would refund per their advertising. We chose to receive refund and hired a different company that performed same service successfully along with a 90 day warranty. Hopefully they honor their promise of a refund without us having to dispute the charge.

Outstanding Service from Delta Plumbing Repipe and Drains!

I’m so glad I went through Home Depot for my faucet installation. Other companies had quoted nearly triple the cost, but Home Depot connected me with Delta Plumbing Repipe and Drains, and the experience was excellent.

Our technician, Ivan N., was exceptional from start to finish. The faucet I was replacing was very old, and I anticipated a difficult job, but Ivan handled everything with skill and professionalism. He took the time to explain what he was doing as he worked, made sure everything was installed correctly, and went above and beyond to leave the setup fully functional and spotless. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it truly shows in the final result.

Even though I didn’t choose Delta Plumbing directly, I’m so glad they were assigned to my installation. I highly recommend their services, especially Ivan N., for anyone needing expert plumbing help!

If I could give them negative stars I would. Scheduled an appointment. They gave me a time between 12 and two. Received a text message at 11:30 AM saying the plumber is running late. Will be there Between three and four that is the only communication I received from them waited till four plumber never showed up kept calling him and texting him. They said the plumber still running late. He won’t be there till six 630 plumber showed up. Seems like he didn’t want to do the job said no I can’t do this. It’s not for the offering price and left big disappointment would not recommend them to anybody. Don’t go with them go with someone else

Communication was excellent as well as the work. Done very neatly and amazingly fast. 2 hours after I placed the order they were at the house installing the water heater. The only adverse thing was the job was $120 more than quoted to me. There was a charge for a drip pan that I thought was included in the quote and a charge for a confined space which was really not the case as I could have easily moved the dryer that was next to the water heater before hand if I thought that was going to result in an extra charge. Overall was a great experience and would use Delta Mechanical again.
