Jimmy Joe was fantastic! My landscaper pointed out a leak on the side of the house the day before I was scheduled to leave for an extended trip. Jimmy Joe was at my property the next morning to fix the problem before I took off. He also gave me some recommendations on other plumbing questions I had. Jimmy Joe's plumbing recently came to our aid to fix a problem we had that had been ongoing for sometime but we couldn't figure out where our leak was. He figured it out right away and saved us from opening up a wall unnecessarily. They are great at what they do and a great value also. When we called Jimmy Joe's Plumbing they told us they would come the next day as it was not an urgent repair. Terry from Jimmy Joe's Plumbing arrived on time and was very personable and knowledgeable. Replaced water heater with a new one and replaced cold water flex line and reconnected t&p drain pipe in an efficient manner. First time using this company and will definitely use for future needs. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Jimmy Joe’s Plumbing. Tony came out initially to give us a quote on two projects. He was on time and explained options and the process. The estimate was half the price of another estimate I received from a different company and was very reasonable. I had to wait 6 weeks for a faucet to come in, but when it did Tony came out within two days to complete both services. Every interaction with Tony was pleasant. He was on time, respectful and up front. We needed an extension piece to install the faucet which I picked up after he left and he came back shortly after I arrived home from the supply store, the same day. He even stayed after he was done to answer some questions we had on a gas line installed by someone else. I will recommend Jimmy Joe’s to any of our friends and will absolutely contact them in the future with any plumbing needs.

Joel with Jimmy Joe’s Plumbing did an excellent job installing a new water heater for us. He was courteous, knowledgeable, on time, and quick. He gave us a great price and helped us save some money by using some of our existing parts that were in good condition. This is the second time we have used Jimmy Joe’s Plumbing and with a different employee. Same great service and price! We will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.

My uncle invited these people out to BBQ and they came out and they fixed all our pipe issues and our hot tub. We fed them some asada and had a wonderful time. Tony and Jimmy Joe are great people.

I've used Jimmy Joe's in the past, but the actual owner came out those times (R/O water filter installation and remove/reinstall toilet for new tile). I'm not sure who the person they sent out this time was, but he had no clue whatsoever, or he had instructions to up sale. Didn't have parts to fix leaking faucet (it's a Delta, not like it's unusual or anything, but it is what it is). Original Crane toilet, yes it is at least 25 years old, but they haven't exactly changed designs a lot in the past 60 years or so. I had a "universal" repair kit, plumber insisted it wouldn't fit. Sorry, it fit the other two identical toilets in the house. "It will double flush", sorry, not if you install it correctly. Wound up having to call their office and order the belligerent person out of my house (yes really, that bad). It's a shame, they've done a good job in the past (including removing this exact toilet, letting a new tile floor be installed, and then placing the toilet back). They did this 3 years prior, and THEY were the ones who installed the "it's too small, they don't make that anymore" part. I'm over 60, have bad arthritis, and didn't want to be bending over replacing the parts in the toilet. I'm not going to be insulted and have an obvious up sale/lie from the "plumber" try and tell me I must replace the toilet instead of using a $20 part and an hour of labor. Very odd, Google shows me this review, but doesn't show it to anyone else. What gives?

Update, I replaced the leaking seal (flapper, etc., a $20 kit) with the one they told me doesn't fit. They just want to upsell you into buying a new toilet, and Google should be ashamed of themselves for hiding critical reviews. The owner needs to be much more careful who they hire, or what they instruct him to do, you lost a customer that had used you 4 times in the past.

Kenneth from Delta Plumbing went above and beyond on what was supposed to be a routine removal and reinstallation job associated with getting new tile put down in my guest bathroom. When he discovered that the toilet was glued down so firmly to the 70s vinyl flooring underneath the carpet being replaced, we discussed possible options and decided the only way to go was by taking the toilet apart to remove it, which he did quickly and professionally - impressive service!

I was extremely pleased with the promptness of our service man & his knowledge of the installation of our new water heater.

Hired them through home Depot for a new water heater. Overall price was more competitive than Lowe's, service was quick, efficient, and thorough!
Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend Delta for your plumbing needs. Ken Glass installed our laundry room sink. He did a great job and we are extremely happy with the work he did. He was friendly , knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Delta Mechanical for the WIN!

I called Delta and told them that we had already had plumbers out that had no equipment to detect a leak and asked him specifically if they had equipment to detect a leak inside a wall they stated yes they got to my house no equipment no way to find a leak in the wall. They thought they were going to be able to look behind a toilet or under a kitchen cabinet and find a leak. Then they told me they subcontract out to find the leak right so the actual leak place charges $800 and then Delta charges me 1200 why don't I just call the leak detectors That's what I asked him if they did.
