Tech Cristhian Arballo Ruiz is good at what he does. He has done work for us in the past and he did not disappoint. We're glad Delta Mechanical sent this same person to us to do the work.

Paul Z did a great job! He explained everything to us and he was on time and efficient. We will call Delta again!

I needed my water heater replaced. I went to home Depot online and selected water heater replacement.
Delta mechanical was the contractor selected. Delta contacted me almost immediately and went over my issue and pricing options for replacement.
They were able to dispatch a plumber within 2 hours and my new water heater was delivered and installed quickly and efficiently.
It's never fun dealing with a water heater that goes bad and spending money to replace it, but dealing with a very good company like Delta mechanical makes it a lot less painful. -
Saul and Landon are awesome. The worked with us to get everything needed to quickly fix our plumbing issues. Highly recomended. Very Kind gentlemen, clean cut and respectful.

Horrible, terrible business. We were in dire need of a plumber and so we called Delta. Spoke to a young man that seemed bored and uninterested. Told us someone would come out between 3 and 7pm- we waited for 4 hours! No one came, no one called. I tried to get in touch with them and no one was available.
We called another company who came out right away and took care of the problem.
Funny thing is, when I complained about Delta to them they said “oh yeah… that’s Delta Plumbing for ya.”

My 50 gallon gas water heater was recently replaced by Delta Mechanical Inc.
The technician was Sveto Milanov with his assistant. They were very nice. Fast and efficient work. A job nicely done. Thanks again for great service. I would highly recommend Delta Mechanical Inc. -

[installed tankless water heater via home depot]
Eddie and Mario went above and beyond. Very professional, worked late to finish the job, explained how the system works, did additional checks like water pressure and werent happy until they knew the system was 100% operational. They were also fun to hang out with. 5 stars, would use delta again. -
Delta came out to replace my hot water heater this morning. Kenneth was the service tech and talk about top notch service! Joshua from Delta was outstanding! He did an excellent job replacing my water heater and was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the process. He took the time to explain the operations and maintenance involved with the new water heater, which gave me peace of mind. He is an asset to the company and a credit to his profession.

I had a great experience, I was quoted about $800 more from another company for the same job. My technician Sveto was knowledgeable and efficient would recommend to anyone. They are contracted through home depot at least for my service and I could not be happier.

Being totally honest, my very first experience with delta left a lot to be desired in terms of communication. Enough so, it had me looking in other places to get my project done. I only mention this because of how remarkably they made right on the situation. Daniel reached out to me, wanting to make amends, and we came to an agreement for him to make things right and get our job completed for us. We wanted to add a second shower head, and second water control valve to our shower. When Daniel reached out, he was very thoughtful, and assured me that this isn’t how they did business, and wanted the opportunity to prove that and make it right. Before the technician came out, I was given a text and a call letting me know his ETA, as well as a map to see how far away he was. Today, technician Fernando, came out at about 11AM. He spent the entire day here. Literally the entire day, leaving at about 11PM. Due to my work schedule, it is super hard to spend days at the house, and between Daniel and Fernando, they made sure we got this project done in 1 day. This project involved running new, bigger waterlines through our attic, since the small half inch lines in our slab would’ve left a lot to be desired for water pressure. Fernando was very meticulous as he was working, being sure to keep everything as clean as can be, vacuuming as he was cutting tile/drywall. He was very thorough and checked all of his work, making sure there were no leaks, and calibrated the water valve temperature selection, and ensured I was happy with the water pressure and how things turned out.
What really stood out to me, is Daniel personally stopped by to check on how things were going, and made sure things were looking good. The other thing that stood out to me was Fernando’s persistence. He got the job done, staying late just to make sure we got it done today, and it looks like a million bucks.
Moral of the story, these guys are pros. I really do think what happened in our first negative experience with delta, truly was a fluke. After my experience today, with Daniel and Fernando, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Delta again. Their professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. -
Paul Z. was a very kind technician. He was very quick and able to summarize the work as well as make suggestions for future projects. Fully recommended him and grateful for his work

Val was our service technician. He did an excellent job. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Our install was difficult, with only a small space above the water heater to make all of the connections. The completed work looked fantastic. Great job Val!

Guy went to casa grande instead of maricopa. I had to call the office and they said "gps took him the wrong way". He was very rushed and on the phone with a friend the whole time. Did not advise me what to do after the new heater was installed as my water was white, then brown then cloudy. Sidenote: you would have thought the install guy was the one who had a major issue in his house as he was very unhappy working (it felt like that anyway)

Jordan came out and was super professional, nice and did a great job! Honored the online price that was quoted with no hassling or bait and switch like other plumbers have tried. I got a card and will call him next time I need his service.

I called Home Depot’s “Need help fast?” number because I had water under my heater, assumed that meant I needed a new water heater, and needed urgent help. That number goes straight to Delta Mechanical, presented as Home Depot’s installer and “100% backed.” Delta’s own paperwork, and what all legitimate licensed contractors are required by law to do, says they will inspect the area, install the equipment, and test the unit before leaving. They did not. The wall behind the heater was soaked, they mounted an expansion tank into that wet wall (it fell out the next day), never came inside to run water or clear the lines, did not actually test anything, and left. Soon after, there was water under the new heater again.
I repeatedly called and texted Delta asking what to do. They never helped me, and the visit they finally scheduled was a no-show. I had no choice but to hire another licensed plumbing company to protect my home. They even brought another water heater in case the new one had failed, but after inspecting everything they found and repaired a leak in the wall and told me the water heater itself didn’t need to be replaced, which is what any reputable vendor would do. In total, I paid about $1,100 for the original installation with Delta/Home Depot and another $788 to the second plumber just to end up with one proper installation. Home Depot then told me my labor warranty was void because I had called someone else.
Now Home Depot and Delta are trying to spin this as “just a wall leak” instead of admitting the installer never did the required inspection or testing. Home Depot’s response was an insulting $500 offer tied to a legal agreement telling me not to talk about this or leave bad reviews, which I refused so I could warn other customers. With several hundred bad reviews (267 on Yelp alone) and BBB complaints about Delta, it is reckless and irresponsible for Home Depot to keep sending customers to this repeat offender.
