Sonny he's a great guy, he explains throughly, with his great personality. He is fast, but so very helpfull, responding to texts quickly. There is no reason to get annoyed with Sonny. My Husband & I really like that he knew his business without attitude, lol.

Arizona Wholesale Solar was a terrific company to work with. Ever step of the project was completed in time and was keep well informed on what to expect next. Easiest project I have ever been involved with, went super smooth. I would recommend this company to any and everyone that is thinking of installing Solar on their homes.

I was initially intimidated by the solar process as the market is vast. I was referred to Sonny from my realtor and the process couldn’t have been smoother. He coached every step of the way and coordinated everything between the installers and my electric company. The roughest part of the process is the waiting, but that’s due to the electric companies as they aren’t in any hurry to lose customers. The timeline Sonny gave me from start to finish was exactly as he said and I know that if I need anything in the future he will be responsive and helpful.

**JANUARY 2021 UPDATE**

I have yet to receive the savings or benefits having lived with this solar system for about 9 months. My electric bills in the summer months were $40-$100 cheaper than before, which is nowhere near the “your bill should eventually average about $15 a month” that was promised when this solar system was sold to me.

I do not believe I have enough solar panels to handle the electrical load of my home. The solar system shutdown the AC unit at my home multiple times in the summer months when the temperature was 110+ out. Each time I would have to call a number, have them look at the power being consumed by my home and have the limit raised so the solar system doesn’t cut it off. This effectively killed any savings I could get from the solar system as I am now on a new “solar friendly” plan with SRP that jacks the price up when the solar panels SHOULD be generating enough power. It was especially frustrating to have my AC would turn off during the night, which happened at least 4 times between July and August.

Sonny also specifically mentioned when he was at my home and sold the system that if the power were to ever go out and the sun was shining that the system would keep working. This is entirely not the case and when I mentioned this to Titan Solar they said I would need an external battery at minimum to achieve this. This was never offered/mentioned in AZ Wholesale Solar’s pitch (I would’ve entertained the idea if it were). I have asked Sonny about this in email multiple times and he has conveniently glossed over the question each time.

I would be more happy with this system if I had adequate solar panels to properly supply my home of the electricity it needs and if I were receiving the benefits of solar that are commonly known. Right now, I’m paying for the solar loan on top of my electric which is subsantially more than when I just had electric. While I feel good about helping the environment, I wish benefits to this solar system were also financial.

SunRun Solar rep Sonny was wonderful, explained to us they were the greatest , and always kept in touch with us of the different steps in installing, setup and APS coming. Had the best incentive. Thanks again Sonny, highly recommended!👍🏻

I moved here from Iowa in 2002 and after going through 4 remodels on 4 different houses my wife and I have lived in, with 4 different contractors, we were convinced we just can't find a dependable contractor out here without paying outrageous prices. We wanted to look into solar panels, but we were hesitant because of these prior experiences. Then came a guy who is so into solar his name is actually Sonny! Sonny Rock is the owner of Arizona Wholesale Solar, and this guy has integrity and dependability in spades. We have only dealt directly with him, which is nice. We haven't noted a single instance where he has not followed through on exactly what he says. Whether it's callbacks, estimates, timelines, dealing with APS, prices, etc., he's always on it, and he hasn't once exaggerated the benefits/payback, like others have done. I've never gotten his voicemail when I call him, which is SO rare these days. He's also dealt with APS AND our roofing concerns, which a few other solar companies told us we'd have to handle ourselves. If you don't have solar panels in Arizona....call or text him....like right now seriously you can thank me later :)

We started off using the NextDoor app, to stay in touch with neighborhoods in my living area, and I noticed one of the posts had information about current Solar being installed, by who, and is it working for you? type questions...but as I kept scrolling down and reading, I came across a post by Aaron Michaels, who lives in the area and acts as an adviser.

We have been living in our home now for 21 years, and through all of them, tried to get Solar 3 separate times. Each bid always came with a down payment from us that we couldn't afford, so never purchased and dreams of going GREEN were dashed...until I read about Aaron's willingness to meet and explain everything a homeowner wants or needs, to make a financial decision, so we met.

He came totally prepared with everything we needed or asked and answered.

A few days passed with emails of information and after signing the contract, the ball got moving. Sonny J Rock from AWS contacted us and explained Aaron told him everything we needed and picked up things from here. Sonny WILL stay in contact with you, as I can attest to with my questions...all answered BTW :)

Sonny has Titan Solar do the install and I have to tell you, being in the contracting industry, Titan Solar was 100% perfect in dealing with us. Crew #12 did the install and when finished, you saw no footprint's or anything like garbage, very professional.

Sonny also helped us with the financing company, Dividend Solar Finance...we purchased because of all 3 things and now, 2 days in and looking at our monitoring app, we are producing SOLAR, meaning we finally got to go GREEN...

So, between Aaron's advisory capacity, Sonny's ownership of our project, Titan Solar for being the kind of company homeowners can look too for a top notch installation and equipment. Lastly, none of it would of been possible hadn't Dividend Solar Financial given us the super low interest rate loan, we would still be stuck with rising SRP bills, as my whole neighborhood is feeling.

As usual, I wanted to change where one of the pieces of equipment would be located, which delayed things for 10 days or so, but once everyone was on the same page, the installation moved along with Sonny keeping me abreast of all parts of this until finished.

I sell solar in Florida and was visiting my brother and his family. After explaining to them how solar works there, they wanted me to get some more information for them about how it works here in Arizona. After looking for solar companies in Mesa, I saw Arizona Wholesale Solar and figured, because they wholesale solar, that I would get some good information. In calling, I found quite quickly that the number listed on this page is a phone number for Sonny who is a sales rep that works with Titan Solar Power as a partner. Just know, if you do decide to call, who you are actually doing business with. That way you can be fully aware of what you will be offered and how business will be done. The reason why I am leaving a three-star review is because from the minute I called, he was hostile and defensive, and after leaving this review, he continued to be negative toward me and wouldn't verify outright whether what I had originally thought about who he actually worked for was true or not until I had to ask explicitly if he was affiliated with them, after which he finally said that he was and several other companies. When it comes down to it, knowing who you are working with is important, and in this case, understanding from the outset that Arizona Wholesale is one of the sales partners for Titan Solar Power and others can help you make a more informed decision.

Worked with Sonny and he was exceptional. Very honest, truthful and detailed. Never pushed or pressured us throughout. Very knowledgable and easy to work with. Also, extremely responsive throughout, either via email or text. Our experience went exactly how he said and so far, we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Sonny to anyone.

I had been looking for a solar system for my house for years. I just didn't know which way to go and kept putting it off. When I learned that Sonny was selling solar I went to him. He was very professional and explained everything to me. I looked over the paperwork and signed up the next time we met. He was able to get me the best system for the size of house I had. I wasn't oversold or undersold, it is just right! I have now had solar for years and love how my bill in the winter gets down to only 60 and in the summers stays less then 200 when it was always over 450 a month. The next house we move into I am going to Sonny to set us up.

I had a great experience with Sonny Rock. I always appreciate someone that is quick to get back to me and I have a major pet peeve about poor communication and follow up, especially when it comes to someone trying to earn business.
