Update 06-28-2021
Almost a year now and Solar has not offset my APS bill as it was promised. Now I have two bills, Solar and APS, and paying same or more at times as i did before. Tax credit is not as it was stated in the initial process, its way less. I cant get an explanation from of why I'm still overpaying or how Solar is suppose to offset my APS bill.

Sonny helped with the inspection of the solar panels/system of a home we were buying, and provided us a good amount of detailed information. We had a few questions after that initial inspection, and he's always been quick to get back with us. When we add solar panels, we'll be contacting Sonny first.

For the record, I was an Engineering and Maintenance Manager in the steel Industry for over 30 years. I understand the complexities and orchestration of projects and appreciate a well run project.

This review is actually a double review because it was through a referral from a cousin who had their panels installed through Sonny Rock (Arizona Wholesale) and Joey Bayslinger (Titan) that prompted me to call them. However, I did contact and meet other companies to get a better understanding of systems, costs, options, etc. and Sonny did one hell of a job convincing me to purchase the panel systems outright. Quite frankly when he brought it up I was already convinced leasing was to be my direction and shot him down before allowing myself to listen. After doing my due diligence I was in total agreement and proceeded with Arizona Wholesale Solar. The entire process was done professionally. With the exception of County and APS Bureaucracy taking their time to provide approvals there were no glitches, no issues, no damage, no callbacks and the system started smoothly and efficiently. Since the system was only started last week to this writing, time will tell whether the payback will work out, but based on my cousins experience, that should not be a problem. As to whether I would / will recommend the Sonny / Joey team to others? Absolutely!

Overall I had a satisfying experience with Arizona Wholesale Solar. Sonny explained us the benefits in detail and helped evaluate energy bill beforehand. Titan Solar was the installer and they were able to complete the project well before the average time frame of 4-6 weeks. The communication throughout was thorough and clear. It has been a couple of months since we went solar and I recommend this company if you are considering it.

My solar system was just activated and could not be happier! From when I first reached out to Sonny to finish it has been an easy, stress-free experience. Sonny Rock was quick to answer any and all questions I had about the solar process including system size as well as financing. He kept me informed of each milestone we reached during the process so I never felt like I was in the dark. His installation partner, Titan Solar came exactly when scheduled and installed my panels within a day, city inspector passed it with no questions. Sonny provided a solar system assessment report that aided in making a purchasing decision where the solar panels were owned. Also provided professional services to remove and reinstall the panels to accommodate a replacement of the roof underlayment. Highly recommend for great service, communications and fair pricing.

Jason Hasting was our solar consultant. Jason knocked on our door and was relatively brief and informative. We let him inside and listened to the information he was presenting. Jason was very professional and I never felt like we were being forced to watch a sales pitch. He spoke of only the facts and politely let us know what our options are. Jason wanted to make sure that we understood everything he also let us know that if at anytime during the presentation we didn't feel comfortable moving forward that he was only there to give us the proposal and explain how everything worked and the ball is in our court. We did go with a custom designed solar system and the process was simple. I appreciated how Jason never tried to use any slimy sales tricks. We trusted him and he delivered. Sonny kept us informed throughout the entire process letting us know what was going on every step of the way. The entire process was seamless. If your looking at this review give these guys a shot they will do what they say and you wont regret it.

Sonny at Arizona Wholesale Solar is awesome. He is a no pressure salesman that gives you the best information you need for your solar needs. He asks all the right questions to determine what you need. He makes suggestions for extra things you might need. We got three other estimates for our system and the most panels any other company wanted to put on was 25. Sonny came in with much more that would give us the best outcome. He keeps you well informed throughout the entire process and gets back to you in a short while if you have any questions along the way. This was one of the easiest decisions and process I have ever done for my home! It was a seemless process from beginning to end.
