Everything sounded great, sales person good but at the end, once papers were signed we still have an electric bill which is NOW higher than before the solar even though we were told numerous times we WOULD NOT have an electric bill using their solar. So now we have a solar panel bill AND a higher electric bill. Got a new a/c unit but I’m convinced that it’s the bottom of the line unit which actually uses more electric. Very disappointed and wish we could get rid of them

Dealing with Valley Voltage and particularly with Preston, was quick and easy. We are a busy family and don't have time to micromanage but we didn't need to. So happy with their efficient and thorough service!! I will definitely refer them to my friends and family.

I am waiting for the installation of some more solar panels. If the job goes as well as the new AC installation they set up then I will be very pleased

Great service and really easy company to work with. Brandon V. did a great job presenting our options and the value of investing in solar. Operation team was very communicative and helpful when needed.

Since I moved from Oregon to the land of abundant sunshine, solar makes sense. Zachary Casey was very knowledgeable with the entire process and the technical aspects of the system components. I did however change from the original financing arrangement to paying cash for the solar array. The details of the arranged financing would have negated the benefits of state and federal tax credits with an adjustment to monthly payments a couple of years down the road. Essentially giving the federal and state intensives to the finance company. I'd highly recommend alternative financing or paying cash for your project.
As far as the system itself, totally state of the art. An app that is installed on your smart phone allows you to get real time reports of your electricity production. Allowing you to schedule your high electrical demand activities to maximum production times. Like running the electric laundry dryer or an electric cooking range. The app allows you to generate production reports that are emailed to you in a .csv format to import into Excel, if you're into that kind of thing.
In the first month of only two weeks of solar production, my first months bill was $35. Mind you, this is in the winter with short days and the sun being closer to the horizon. During the summer, with the sun being overhead and longer days, my 5.4Kwh system should produce enough energy to power the air conditioning system during the hottest part of the day here in Tucson. I thought I'd never say this but, I'm looking forward to next months bill to have a better feeling of the actual gained benefit comparison.
I held off on getting a battery storage component at this time due to information I've read about developing storage technology and market trends to lower pricing. Beginning in 2026, I'll start shopping for a unit to completely be self reliant on my electrical energy needs.

This company is a scam. They were very convincing with their sales pitch. Claims about our APS bill going down and that mixed with the loan payment would still be less than we currently were paying to APS. Unfortunately, it was all lies! Our first APS bill having Valley Voltage Solar was almost double our normal bill and now we have a loan payment on top of it. We tried to resolve the issue with many phone calls over many months getting the run around speaking with Nick, Sara, Carlos and finally Preston who claimed he is the owner who was the worst of all with no customer service or willingness to make right of this mess. He said the only reason he was told to call us is to tell us there’s nothing they will do. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If you look them up on the Registrar of contractors they currently have an open claim against them and we will be filing one as well.

Keileb Williams you are amazing from the very first time we met you, your have paid close attention to all details with our construction project of new roof installation; new a/c unit, new solar panels, and you always made sure all aspects of the job were completed and taken care of Thank you Keileb! You always kept us informed and you were very fair; and honest to unexpected issues that came up. Your high quality work and your superb excellent service gave us the results we expected!

We had a great experience with Preston and Brad. We had solar installed and had 2 AC units included. Things went quickly and a small mistake was caught and remedied early before it was an issue. They delivered on everything that was promised! Looking forward to seeing the difference in our electric bill.

Do not trust this company. We were told our system would generate 80% of our energy. It is currently generating 35% average. When they come out they tell you your system is working fine. I am currently paying $350 a month to save $90. Total con artist.

I was a little hesitant at first regarding solar. I did a lot of research and finally decided on Valley Voltage. Zach was amazing at explaining the process so that even a little old lady like me could understand it. I am very impressed and pleased with my choice to go with Valley Voltage and look forward to many years of keeping cool 😎 in the valley for less money 💰.

I do not recommend more Lies than I can stand. I ready to call the attorney general's office on this company they don't return calls. Still have 3 foot hole In my yard. Had to pick up after the roofing job. The solar was all lies. An we still have not been paid out sign up bonus of $1000 dollars. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Based on their work yes very well done job. Tony has been great and has made this right. I appreciate one who can walk and talk it out. Solar worker (Carlos) amazing and even came and painted everything before my HOA came knocking. Thank you Tony you are the best appreciate you sir!

I would highly recommend to use a different company We signed a contract with these guys for solar on our house. Everything sounded good looked good. They installed the solar on our house come to find out. They did not obtain the permits from the county before putting the solar panels on our roof. Now we cannot get our solar panels inspected and get them turned on. They reported to the finance company that the job was completed and they got paid .The finance company is looking for money from us, but we do not have an operational solar system, now it’s looking like we’re gonna have to get a lawyer and spend some more of a harder money that we could use raising our family Lotta shady people out here these days. Be careful.
