When I moved to my new home I knew I wanted to install solar to help with my electric bill. I collected 5 different proposals after trying to figure out which companies were credible. We were always kept fully updated on what would happen, WHEN it would happen, and if there were going to be any changes (we had one small reschedule and it was no big deal for us.) Sonny stayed on the ball and in touch every step of the way. The installation teams were also great. The people who came to complete work at our home were friendly and went out of their way to show me what items were installed and where they were located. That also made sure to let me know what I should expect to see happen next in the process.

Not only was Sonny able to design the system I wanted for our current and future power usage, he was able to do it at the best price, too. I have been pleased with this entire experience and would recommend working with Sonny to anyone.

Sonny was an absolute pleasure to work with. He explained everything in detail, gave us options, executed quickly and his partner Titan Solar was fabulous as well. They were polite, on time, explained everything in detail, always let me know when they arrived and when they were finished. They will promise a credit from the Government to pay part of their product and service and give you a contract with a monthly payment reduced until you get the credit after 18 moths, but the credit from IRS is divided in three years but that if you don't pay the 3rd part of the service in 18 months, you are stuck with a contract for a monthly payment with the triple amount for 25 years. This is a sales SCAM!! READ THE CONTRACT!!

The crew were very respectful & well mannered. They cleaned up the area around the home every day of any nails & debris. Highly recommend them.

I answered a social media ad and then once I was on the phone with Justin he was rude and hung up on me mid sentence. I reported this to the company via the chat feature a couple of months ago and never heard back. That’s not how you get business by having sales people contact you on a weekend first of all, then they don’t respond via the text method they reached out on, then they randomly call you when you’re working, they want your address right away which I was comfortable giving to a stranger, then once I said I already had solar (since the ad was misleading about the free AC unit), he flat out hung up on me. Before he hung up on me he said “that’s why we ask for your address to see if you already have Solar”. With my experience with them and my opinion, this is a very unethical practice with the misleading ad and how this sales person conducted their business.

Valley Voltage has a great team they were all very respectful and their communication is great! Jake did a great job helping me understand how the process works!

These guys are legitimate. Extremely professional, great customer service, and got me up and running in no time. Lots of solar companies out there trying to take your money and run, but Valley Voltage is here for you and worth every penny.
