Valley Voltage replaced our roof and added an additional 10 solar panels to our existing 17 panels. We’re producing twice as many kWhs as before and only added 10 panels. They had both projects done in about 2 weeks and did a nice job. They even got us reimbursed $12,000 for our ac unit that we replaced one year earlier because of some government subsidy. We didn’t know anything about it and wouldn’t have known if our salesman didn’t mention it. Very happy with the entire experience.

My roof has several "difficult" angels and pitches. Had the whole roof replaced, including several repairs to the roof.
Also had 16 solar panels installed.
Everything was done correctly and at the time agreed upon.
I can confidently say this as I have myself many years of experience in the building industry.

Even when there was a minor misunderstanding on the run of the wiring, which wasn't their fault, they immediately addressed this, and redid the part in question. No discussion, no extra charge!

Also the associate company that replaced the AC unit did a wonderful job.
Even as they had to reroute some of the ductwork and wiring.

Brad & his people did a great job putting a new roof and additional solar panels on our roof. The job was started & completed just as we were promised in spite of record heat. Communication was great throughout. We highly recommend Valley Voltage for all your roofing & solar needs…

I had a really good experience with Valley Voltage and definitely recommend them to others looking for their solar panels to be done. They were very clear about the benefits and cost with everything without being too pushy. Those installing the panels were great and had no issues with anything. I replaced my AC unit as well with the company they work with and that went great too.

Brad and his team installed 8 panels on my roof as part of my DIY solar install. They did a great job. Also really appreciated the follow-up months after the initial job was completed. They came out and corrected an issue at no charge.

I love my new roof and happy they finally got the solar panels up. Just waiting for APS to come and inspect everything to get the solar actually turned on. If you’re thinking about going solar, use this company! They are so knowledgeable and helpful. Not to mention the community they have at their fingertips to help with any and all needs. Shout out to Carlos and the rest of the team! Jake was also extremely helpful. Sarah is always willing to chat about any questions I have had and I can’t rave about them enough!

I had a wonderful visit with Preston. I worked up a heck of an estimate for more panels, battery and a new ac unit. the total price for all that was just right . I signed all the paperwork that night and totally forgot my first loan I have for all my existing solar system. And had the cancel my installation. I could not take on anymore payment. I appreciate the time and effort that prestonon had for me,.

These guys are awesome!! They are extremely professional and very easy to work with. They’re also easy to contact when we have questions and they’re extremely knowledgeable about what they do. They care a lot about what we want and need for our house. They were able to get us a FREE a/c unit with our solar panels. The installation process was great. Everything works well. I absolutely recommend hiring these guys.

Valley voyage did a great job installing 2 new HVAC systems. and the placed solar panels on the roof. Everyone from Preston, and Sarah to the 2 crews were wonderful to work with and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them

I worked with Brandon on some roofing and insulation paired with a solar system at my new home. He was very helpful and honest and took the time to ensure I felt comfortable with the design and the entire process. We’ve seen savings month over month as we get used to the app and the new technology. Valley Voltage’s entire team from sales, to office to installers have all been very helpful and kind.

Solar was installed earlier this year. It was saving us money, but now it is not. For the past couple months, our battery hasn’t been holding a charge and we’re using more off grid power than our solar panels. We have left several messages, emails and texts for over a month and no call, text or email back. Horrible customer service!

As you can see the text says “Sarah from Valley Voltage”… and yes, I have called the office line and left messages. No response.

Did a great job adding solar panels and a roof replacement in a timely manner. Very professional with a win win solution for them and my household. Definitely would recommend if you want to go solar in the near future and are tired of increasing rates from the power company.

I have found this roofing company to be very untrustworthy, they have claimed to not work with a fraudulent lead generation company that lies to say u can get a “FREE” roof or AC unit. But I have estimates that say different. This company is partnered with Valley Voltage / Valley Voltage Marketing that lies to customers to obtain their personal information to then bundle Solar with roofing and AC. But only charges customer $60,000 to $100,000 over normal costs when they generate the loan. Most customers who read the fine line know to cancel immediately.

Valley Voltage was a pleasure to work with. I got my roof replaced and added solar panels. The all new all black roof looks amazing! My solar panels have already saved me over $200 a month and were just activated mid month! I am very pleased with my decision working with this company!
