Dillon, Troy, and Jordan did an amazing job on the water mitigation part of my condo. They were so communicative throughout the whole experience! I have never dealt with water damage before, but this experience taught me so much and these guys made me feel safe and reassured. The work looks very clean and professional. Jordan especially went out of his way to text me updates daily about the drying process and next steps. I hope the construction part of the job will be just as efficient and helpful. I definitely recommend GEM Environmental Services Inc. I had flooding in my apartment, Karla who scheduled my appointment was very sweet and both the men who came to fix my flooding problems were professional, provided a lot of detailed information and were very kind, which I needed after dealing with this very stressful situation. One of the guys even fixed my front door handle that was not working properly, which I greatly appreciated! It wasn’t what he came to do but he noticed it wasn’t working so he fixed it without me even asking. Super sweet!

GEM Environmental was incredible to work with throughout our rental home’s mold remediation. They were extremely thorough and helpful in explaining things throughout the process, always punctual, and extremely compassionate throughout the entire process. Karla, Grant, and Dallin care about the work that they do and care about you and your wellbeing and it shows in their work! Highly recommend family owned businesses always, but this one especially!

I would 100% recommend this company to anyone. They actually came after I had hired another company for the same service (cleaning out air vents and checking for mold). The other company did nothing but try to upsell me, then didn’t even do the job they were there to do.

Dalen came through with amazing communication, understanding, set expectations that were kept, was amazingly thorough, and very kind. He truly went above and beyond.

Small example: I have never had a service call to say they were sorry they may be running 30 minutes behind schedule. Usually people just show up when they want. That meant a lot to me. I also completely trusted them with my home while I ran errands and they were very respectful and clean. The house smells amazing after their treatment.

This company did an AMAZING job on our AC filter duct. It was extremely dirty, caked with dust and grime. They did a flawless job on it and the air quality in our apartment was noticeably improved the second we walked inside. The Customer service was also fantastic. They kept in contact with us leading up to the job and answered every question. I will definitely use this company again without hesitation. Thanks!

Dallen and his partner were doing an adjacent unit and I asked for them to clean our carpet on the main level due to a little pet accident that happened some time ago. We had renters totally destroy our home with three dogs that we were not aware of. They let the animals relieve themselves in our tile AZ room and the smell was so bad that the tile had to be removed and the walls partially torn out. EHS handled the entire process and our house is completely smell free.

My property manager called out EHS after a slow leak caused mold to grow under my kitchen skin. The team walked me through every step of the process and was incredibly professional!!! Would definitely recommend the EHS Team!

Shout out the EHS team! My team had a water line break that was impacting units at multiple levels late on a Friday afternoon. I contacted Abby and within 30 minutes Austin and his crew were onsite. A detailed assessment and mitigation plan was provided and executed immediately. Daily updates from Abby made it easy to game plan and get us back on track in a timely matter. Certainly recommend the EHS team.

EHS is very prompt and professional company. We have used them a quite a few times, they get to the site quickly, set up very nice equipment and always have cleaned up after themselves. We will continue to use them on our multi family construction sites.
