Dealing with water damage is stressful enough, but Erin made the entire process so much better. He was the definition of hardworking, showing up quickly and staying focused until the job was thoroughly assessed and the Emergency Water Removal was complete.

Rocky Mountain Restoration came in when I had a plumbing leak that went from my utility room, all the way to the end of the kitchen. They brought in an air purifier and a dehumidifier and talked me into signing a contract and making an insurance claim before they gave me any estimates. I felt I had jumped the gun as I wasn't sure how much damage there actually was, so I wanted to pump the brakes and cancel the contract and my insurance claim. I was also hesitant after reading some of the BBB complaints. Kamren Hunter called me, he listened very patiently to all my concerns, he assured me that I would not be billed for anything my insurance didn't cover, and he was an extremely calming influence during what was a very stressful time. I had assumed the water damage was contained behind the kitchen sink, but the damage turned out to be much more extensive than I had first thought. Rocky Mountain removed all of my cabinets, the damaged drywall, the damaged flooring, they hung plastic so as not to get debris and dust throughout my house, and they cleaned up very well after themselves. If it weren't for Kamren, I would not have had faith in the company after I had felt I'd been pushed into signing the contract before I was comfortable. Kamren made good on all of his promises, and he was extremely patient and kind with me. He's truly an asset to Rocky Mountain, because without his assurances, I would have gone with another company. Thank you so much, Kamren. I'm very grateful to you.

Dominic and Austin were so polite, kind, and friendly. They did a great job and kept me informed every step of the way. They also did a wonderful job keeping the area clean while they worked. I’m very thankful for their efforts and time!

Darius was absolutely incredible to work with! He went above and beyond making sure everything was done right, explained the whole process in detail, and made it super easy to understand what was happening. You can tell he really cares about his work and the people he’s helping. He was professional, kind, and made sure everything was taken care of perfectly. We had a leak we were unaware of till we saw the wood flooring in the kitchen buckle up. We called our favorite plumber. He saw this was going to be a big problem and gave us Rocky Mountain Restoration. We called our insurance company and an estimator came to see how much this will cost to fix the problem. RMR came so fast and with fans and dehumidifiers. I was so appreciative that Austin came to the meeting with the estimator and answered all the questions and showed the extensive damage. Austin has always communicated with me what is happening what to expect. He has said call any time for any questions. The demolition team ripped out my cabinets and the wooden floor. I am living without a kitchen and quite frankly I dont know where anything is.
I am lucky to have Austin. He is my crew Chief and has guided me thru. The demolition folks put my granite and stove and dishwasher outside on my deck. We were expecting rain. I called Austin and he sent over Sam. Sam was wonderful he covered the items outside with plastic and he did an amazing job. MY team Austin and Sam have made this unpleasant situation bearable. I was lucky to have them with me during this situation and with me thru to the end when my home is put back together. Thank you Austin and Sam. For doing your very best.

RMR came out right away with a major leak we had in our master bathroom. Everything we have experienced with them has been absolutely fabulous. We had the pleasure of meeting multiple team members and they were all top notch. Some of them even took time to hang out with our special needs daughter which really meant a lot to us. Matt came out initially to do assessment. He was fantastic and very thorough. Jacobee was a great project manager, the other guys Markell and Darius were phenomenal.
