Sergio V. and Jamian R. we're our mitigation team for a big leak from a closet ceiling. They set up drying fans and air scrubbers I strategic locations on both sides of closet wall and monitored daily. They excavated all the material only that was necessary to limit the amount of reconstruction that needed to be done. They were careful to cover everything and especially handling granular insulation kept it contained in the ceiling after carefully disposing of all wet materials. We were impressed with their work, cleaned up with excellent care, and careful of rooms to go through and hallway. They were personable, answered all our questions, informed us daily of the drying process and were fun to have around in our mini disaster. We're glad we went with ServPro. From Francisco to Ruben and Lexa, everyone did a nice job for us. I almost forgot to add that Sergio and Jamian cleared out my closet of clothes and shoes in storage boxes they made for me. They then stacked them in the garage. That was so helpful to me as there was a lot of stuff. UPDATE ON TH E RECONSTRUCTION 1/16/2024: Jeff and Chris did a marvelous job of reconstructing a closet for drywall, texture, paint and re-situating a tall shelving/drawer against the wall. They were pleasant gentleman to work with and took care of a few more items for brackets as I requested. My closet looks great after a severe leak ruined half of it, ceiling and wall together from a leak in the attic pipes. I'd recommend ServPro for water mitigation and reconstruction. Before/after pics below. Bob, the manager of the project helped out as well to make sure my questions were answered and ensure the additional brackets I needed were installed as requested. The finished project looks like nothing ever happened.

We experienced the worst event we have ever experienced. A house fire. The fire caused damage to the attic, but to fight the fire, the entire ceiling and everything in the attic comes down on your things. Then the water, debris, smoke smell, chemicals…the list goes on.
Servpro responded immediately and assisted with the recovery of personal things, such as photos, documents, clothing and keepsakes that could be salvaged. My first contact was Lisa. Lisa handles contents. She came in and took 360 photos, gathered up those personal items and protected them. Then she scheduled the cleaning and delivery of our close personal items and clothing that could be saved. She took extra care in protecting our things. For that we are so grateful and thankful. Lisa always answers our calls immediately and offers honest answers. She is caring and thoughtful and above all respectful, not only to us, but our property. Thank you Lisa!!! You are amazing. You are an asset and valuable staff member at Servpro.

Our project manager Bob Hyatt was absolutely amazing. I was so sceptic when he told us end of the month and was very happily surprised that he made it happen! Bob was great at communicating and a complete pleasure to work with!!!

This was my first experience with a homeowner's insurance claim for water damage to my home from a clogged pipe attached to my air conditioner unit. My insurance company sent out a representative from ServePro North Tempe to inspect the water damage throughout my home. Andrew Singh showed up for ServePro. He immediately eased my fears of the insurance claim process. He was professional, very polite and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and calmed my nerves. ServPro of Paradise Valley rescued us from a disastrous situation! My elderly mother's house flooded while I was out of town. Her plumber had her call a well-known remediation company that was truly awful, and they left my mother stranded for weeks with a torn up house in dangerous condition. Beware and be sure to do research before hiring!
I terminated the agreement, and after some research, I called ServPro of Paradise Valley. Josh came to her house and began the mitigation and reconstruction process. I honestly cannot emphasize enough how impressed I was throughout the whole process. Josh was attentive, thorough, and the work done was excellent! He personally addressed any concerns we had along the way, and made an overwhelming experience feel manageable. Most importantly, Josh is a man of integrity who treated us as though we were always his most important concern (even though I know he was incredibly busy during this time.) He truly lives up to the verse at the end of each of his emails, Colossians 3:23, which says, "Whatsoever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord."
The work is complete with beautiful updates!! I am forever grateful to have found ServPro of Paradise Valley. If you are searching for help with remediation/reconstruction, this is a company you can certainly trust. I highly recommend them and would hire them again for any similar situation!

Ian did a great job as our initial contact with ServPro. He kept us informed of progress through demolition and submission of the repair quote to the insurance company. Very good communication, prompt and easy to understand.

Had repairs done inside and outside my house. The work was done well, on time, and on budget. They even took the time, instead of just doing the repair straightaway, to make sure the root cause of the interior damage was what we thought, and it was actually something else that they then fixed. Very pleased with the quality of the work.

Xavier Duenas did an excellent job negotiating with my insurance company and fighting for me when they gave me a low bal estimate. He is highly skilled at what he dose. I could not recommend his service any higher.

Sergio and Justin came within an hour of being called for a leak in my roof. They were very respectful and courteous during the days they were here at my home. They are top notch employees and ServPro is fortunate to have such caring and personable employees. I also had other ServPro employees, Andrew & Juan, who performed additional tasks and also provided exceptional service. I would not hesitate to call ServPro in the future.

Darius did an excellent job with the restoration. Even though he was extremely busy and has many projects going on, he still put me as a priority and took the time to explain things to me. I never felt like he was rushing to get out of here. He is also very honest and told me what I needed and what I did not and I felt like he had my best interest in mind.
