Paul and his team were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and extremely professional...I wish all contractors operated this way. Thankfully there's still people out there who are experts at what they do and also care about helping people more than they care about taking their money. This was an experience I'll share with everyone I know and I can't reccomend them enough. Thank you Paul for being involved with your company and running it the way you do!

Adam and the crew came and got everything dried up and Paul was wonderful to work with totally remodeling the whole kitchen.

I had a hot water tank leak that went through and around the pedestal and into the walls. Kevin and his team were very professional (on time, polite, informative, and cleaned everything up when they were done). I was told upfront what they were going to do, why each thing needed to be done, and how long their services would be needed. Their calculations were spot on and they also helped me with my house insurance.claim. I"m disabled and wheelchair bound; they made sure all their fans were placed effectively, yet did not hinder my ability to get around in the hallways. They moved some on of belongings for me that were getting wet and that I wasn't able to move myself. When they were finished, you could not tell they had ever been there (meaning they left my home "as it was" prior to the water mess). I highly recommend SERVPRO and would definitely use them again.

I recently had an unfortunate situation during the off-season when my refrigerator quit, and the food inside spoiled. After getting the refrigerator removed, I called Kevin at Servpro of North Central Mesa for help. His team promptly arrived, cleaned up the kitchen, and deployed some machines to tackle the odor. In just 48 hours, they completely removed the smell and restored my house to its original state. I’m incredibly happy to have my home back, and I can't thank Kevin and his staff enough for their terrific work. I highly recommend them to my friends and anyone in need of restoration services.

I originally contacted Servpro just for smoke damage and it turned out they do a lot more than you would think. we ended up removing all the flooring and disposal of the furniture. Sealing and painting the walls in the entire house. Even down to cleaning the ductwork they took care of everything in a timely fashion and a reasonable price. They also offer ozone cleaning but by the time everything was done we didn't even need to do it. I'm very happy with Servpro and would recommend them to anyone looking for a restoration contractor

We have two cats which they were mindful of and made sure they were safe while they did their job. Mike Edgar and his team (Cisco and Shawn) were extremely helpful to my husband and I! We recently had a dishwasher leak beneath our kitchen cabinets. This team resolved the issue and put our minds at ease regarding contamination of any surrounding areas. They were prompt and professional. I would highly recommend them...They will be our first call for any cleanup or restoration needs!

Probably the most night and day experience ive ever had. The remidiation went quick but the restoration was a literal nightmare. One of the worst companies ever. Too many issues with restoration to even begin to discuss.

I recently had a dishwasher leak that saturated some of my cabinetry. Working with ServPro was a great experience from start to finish. This was a very stressful and unexpected situation. The entire ServPro team, including project manager Robert Hyatt, was incredibly prompt, reliable, professional, honest, thorough, communicative and very patient with explaining every detail to me throughout the multi-step process. This really helped reduce my stress and frustration in dealing with this mess. And they made sure my kitchen ended up not just as good as new, but better. With the heaving rains recently we learned that when our AC unit was installed last year, the didn't seal it correctly and got a leak into the house that caused damage and mold.
Josh and Liz have were timely in communication and work, they have gone above and beyond to held us coordinate the repair, the roof work and even the insurance.
The individuals that game out took great care as well.

I can’t begin to describe how awful it was working with Servpro N Tempe. After a small garage fire they were at our house immediately. They must listen to the police scanners. We signed up and had fans running the same day.

After that we had excuse after excuse why cleanup and restoration couldn’t begin. First they blamed insurance for not approving, but when I called they said nobody called them.

Three times they cancelled same day from showing up to begin work. I stayed home from work to meet them each time.

For a month nothing got done until the third cancellation I told them to come pick up their equipment and get out. They managed to do that then next day.

A month my family waited for help and got nothing. Now they’re sending a bill but won’t itemize what it’s for. Why am I getting a vague bill now?

If these guys are short staffed they won’t tell you but they’ll make sure you sign an agreement right away. Terrible service from this outfit.

Bob Hyatt and team ran through my reconstruction project hitting all timelines without laxing on the quality of their workmanship.

Carlos and Santiago did a great job removing all the wet and damaged material after a water leak under our park model. They were very good at determining the extent of the problem. We knew were in good hands and felt confident the job that the job was being done correctly. They were easy to talk to and explained things to us patiently. The promptness in beginning the job was much appreciated and we felt like our concerns were addressed. I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future but I sincerely hope that day will not come again !

The cleanup crew out of North Tempe headed by Zack was very professional, timely, and communicative throughout the process. They had to travel 90 minutes each way to provide service and were great at reaching out with an eta and honoring that commitment. The crew treated my possessions with care while moving and rearranging them, which was reassuring. There was attention to detail, which was evident by the precise enclosures they created in each room to protect uncontaminated objects and space, and the way they neatly stacked removed-materials. Special mentions to Zack for his leadership and customer service. Everything you could ask for as a customer in an inherently unpleasant process.

Had a project done at the Embassy Suites in Downtown Phoenix. Jody worked with us the entire way and was amazing. He was very informative on the work that was being done and kept us in the loop of everything. 5/5 definitely would recommend.
