I just recently moved to Arizona from Cali & unfortunately discovered a water leak shortly after settling in - not fun considering the stress of unpacking & just wanting to relax stress free. I called Rocky Mountain Restoration, & Daniel M. came out to help. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and made me feel at ease during a stressful situation. He quickly found the source of the leak, explained exactly what needed to be done, and took care of the repair efficiently.

I have to say, what really impressed me was how thorough and respectful he was—he kept everything clean, double-checked his work, and made sure I felt confident the issue was completely resolved. Being new to the area, it’s definitely a relief to find a company and technician I can rely on. I’ll definitely be calling Rocky Mountain Restoration again if I need any future help, and I highly recommend asking for Daniel M!

Rocky Mountain Restoration came out quickly (they found time the same day) when I had a pipe leaking in my wall. Dominic and his entire crew were quick and professional, explaining the entire process as they went. They even covered my floor with butcher paper and wore booties! When it was time for everything to be cleaned up, Austin showed up early (which I appreciated) and was professional, quick, & efficient. They worked around my schedule the whole way through as well. I hope I never have an issue like this again, but if I do, I will only use Rocky Mountain Restoration.

We have no complaints with their work, Nikolas M was super respectful and communicated with us wonderfully! Such an amazing job, i’m so happy with the service.

Overall such an amazing experience!! Justin R was so professional and knowledgeable about everything that was going on with the pipe that was leaking in my kitchen. i was so stressed about the potential damage it could’ve caused the rest of my home but his attention to detail and knowledge really helped calm me down! Amazing experience with this company. Rulon was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He felt like family being our home. He gave a great inspection and honestly told us that we did a great job drying up our leak by ourselves and that if it was his home, he would leave the blowers on a day longer and then patch up the holes. I was very pleased with Rocky Mountain during the water mitigation process. The supply line to my sink had burst and they were very fast to responding to my call. Justin R was very helpful with answering whatever questions I had as well and being very clean and professional.
