It's difficult to find a repair person who is friendly, competent, honest, respectful of your home but we have finally find one now and as far as I'm concerned he is our repair guy for life. He came five mins after I called for services, he was done only 20 mins after arriving. He gave a price that was low and he showed us the price of the replacement parts which was great. I was looking for someone to fix my Samsung aqua jet vrt washer I will extremely likely recommend Luis and his company
I found Luis on google his reviews are top five stars I talk to him very professional person .
on Thursday we setup the appointment for diagnostic to be done on Friday .
Friday came he check it he said it was my drain pump I asked him to order the parts .
on Saturday morning he got here replaced the old with the new now my washer feels like brand new refresh again . Thank you Luis

When I got the diagnosis I was told I needed a new drainage pump. I was quoted a price, agreed to have him replace the pump. Rowen returned the next day with a pump. When he was done he told me I didn’t need a new pump because it was actually clogged. He unclogged it and saved me half the amount. He could have charged me what he originally quoted but he was honest. I found that to be amazing nowadays.

My dryer wasn't working properly, spoke to the owner about quotes and prices and they were willing to work with my budget. They arrived on time , figured out the issue right away and they fixed my dryer same day. Very professional and honest guys , highly recommend.

Hiring this company was the most hassle-free service I have experienced. Prior to calling this company I reached out to another business and they had a diagnostic fee of $89 and couldn't come out until the following Monday, that would be 4 days without laundry. I called this company and they had an availability for the next day with a much lower diagnostic fee. He called 30 minutes before arriving as he stated he would on the initial call. When he got here he was polite and got right to work. Thankfully it was just a necklace banging around on the spin cycle but he was very knowledgeable and quick. I would recommend this company to anyone and will be calling in the future for any other appliance repairs. Thank you so much!

Called for help with my dishwasher. Let me start by saying my first tech Rowan was fine. He diagnosed the issue with the solenoid and recommended the part to purchase.
I purchased and replaced the part, but my dishwasher still wasn't filling with water. Called for Rowan again, apparently he's"not available" for 3 weeks. The owner himself came out instead, never introduced himself so I don't know his name, just insisted I pay him another $85 immediately before he even put his tools down. He took the shortest of looks and diagnosed a leak, which was actually just caused by the machine leaning on the drainage cup as it was tipped upright, and it resolved as soon as he'd gone. Didn't even try and run the machine. Then said that I should have replaced the whole motor unit ($300) as the part Rowan recommended ($60) was not adequate. Then finally he told me not to waste mine or his time, and just go buy a new machine because mine is old. Uhh, if I wanted to buy a new machine I wouldn't have called you guys, twice. Then he promptly grabbed his tools and skedaddled.
Fast forward a couple of Google troubleshooting searches, and ensuring the machine was standing upright, and my dishwasher is working just fine again.
Thanks Rowan. You should start your own business. As for the owner, whoever you are, you should be ashamed for charging me $85 and basically doing nothing. You stole my money, but hopefully this review will be karma enough for you to lose it back again and then some.
