Installed a new dishwasher! Great team to work with.

Fast and professional. Joe was great. Other companies wanted weeks to get out and give us an estimate, plus time to order and install parts, Mr Appliance came out the next day and had us up and rubbing in no time.

So…beware of this company. Very unprofessional and they do the absolute minimum. They didn’t fix my issue and so I called to ask for some assistance and/or a refund and they said “sorry, we don’t do refunds.” I said, you didn’t do the one thing I asked you guys to do but you are still charging me $129? He said “yes”. Lol these guys are a joke…that’s $129 I will never get back. Be careful with your $129.

Got the machine fixed. Didn't try dryer yet. He's been here before, very thorough! No complaints. I'd like to call and just set up a time as I work and squeezed in doctor appointment with repair vs. dirt clothes for work.

Joe arrived early and fixed the problem efficiently. He gave me a full explanation of the problem and how he fixed it. He was very pleasant. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance.

This company is beyond amazing, they are very very professional, and the techs do an amazing job. I would highly recommend this company for your appliance needs or for any service they provide. They succeeded where every other company failed. Choose these guys and gals, you won't be disappointed.

Mr. Appliance is top notch! Joe is the tech that was dispatched to our home for a failed refrigerator. The home shield last fall wasted our time for 3 months and they could not fix it correctly. The refrigerator finally failed for the 4th time. The home shield co. sent Mr Appliance this time and we were taken care of. Joe did some testing and had to return the next day with some dye to detect leaks. Joe pronounced it dead and not repairable. We made a deal to the home shield company, we were offered brand new unit for a like replacement or actual cash value. We took the cash for our 15 year old unit we got $1650.00. Mr Appliance helped get it filed for revue quickly, we only had to wait 3 days to make the decision and we took the cash. Our new unit is on the way!!
I would recommend Mr Appliance to handle all my appliance needs and you should too.

I was very impressed with the service offered by Mr. Appliance from the ease in scheduling, and the process of notification throughout the service call I was very impressed with Zachary who serviced our Bosch dishwasher, very nice and professional. He came and analyzed the problem and the next working day came out and had it up and running. I definitely will keep their contact information for future appliance service needs.

I had my washer go out and contacted George at Mr. Appliance Midtown, after initial visit it was determined that my machine needed a new motherboard. I paid for all the repair and waited for the part to arrive. I was later informed that the part from Mr. Appliance distributor was no longer available. George worked with me and allowed me to source the part from elsewhere and installed the part and ensured my washer was back up and running. Zac the tech was amazing and respectful of my house and the whole experience was truly A+++++ BIG Thank You!!!!

Very inconvenient to have my dishwasher give out, it’s not even that old and is a high end unit by Fisher Paykel… welcome to modern manufacturing UGH!
I found Mr. Appliance Phoenix Midtown based upon a referral from the manufacturer. Mr. Appliance’s website is very professional, I was able to schedule online. The Service Tech Joe Apodaca showed up on time, was very clean, and he isolated the problem quickly and presented an efficient and fair solution. This was a painless, professional, and positive experience and I highly recommend them to others!

Joseph was awesome! Called before arriving to let me know he was on his way. We discussed the issue, he explained what he was going to do, then explained what he found. We discussed repair options & costs. A+ from start to finish!

Joe Apodaca is a phenomenal technician. Save his business card because it's always nice to call back the same technician. He has excellent customer service, he definitely solved my problem, did it quickly and didn't try to up sale me on anything.

I’m very happy with the service. The communication was great from both the office and the technician. They arrived right when they said they were going to and completed the work for what I felt was a reasonable prize.

George was great. They did come an hour past the time frame they had said, but things happen. He was kind, took his time, but was still efficient in finding out what was wrong with my dishwasher. He also took the additional step to explain everything and to give me tips in how to run it now that the problem was identified. The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because I wish the communication about the scheduling was better. It would have been great if they had informed me that they would be late. Regardless, I would recommend and use them again!

Mr. Appliance, Joe the technician, did a great job. Order the parts that was needed, as soon as the parts came in got the call and came out to replace, straight to the point no run around, just honest work.
