Did not show up for two appointments, would not use again. Reported this to Whirlpool Corporate. Gave 1 star, because there was no option for no star.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Techs are not trained. They only fix the quick easy fixes... anything difficult they will have trouble with. Go to a bigger service company. Owner is unprofessional and will not make things right when they make a mistake.

We had a service tech come over to do a warranty repair on our microwave. He was very polite and respectful of our home. Excellent service.

Jake is an asset plus for Dino's. He is courteous, kind and does things right the first time. Great service person!

I'm out $200, had Dino's come out to my house 3 different times and my dishwasher still does not work. Not good customer service and would not recommend them at all!

This company is a joke. They are one of the top major appliance companies choice of referral but I recommend they chose someone else. They are USELESS and instead of quality customer service skills and problem solving skills, their only resolution is to hangup on people. It's unbelievable. SAVE YOUR TIME AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!

I called requesting a service call for my leaking dishwasher. The owner, Dino, gave me low cost DIY suggestion to try before paying for service call. His suggestion worked!

Hate it! Go to a more reputable company. They are used by Lowe's for extended warranty repairs.. it took them 7 days before they came out. We had to call them (Dino's) almost every day to ask them if they could come earlier..

How do you go 7 days without a washer???..

They came out twice for the same issue.. same bad part.. how about that??......

Dino's has been out to our house many times to help us with our appliances over the past 5 years and have been THE BEST! Courteous and knowledgeable- we got some of the parts covered by the brand due to multiple issues after they advised us to call. Highly recommended.

After several failed attempts at getting my dishwasher fixed steven Romo showed up like a superhero. Not only was he prompt, on time, professional, charismatic, and thoughtful but he had the job done in less than 20 minutes and that INCLUDES a trip to wherever to get a replacement motor. They need to give this man a raise!!!!!

We had a fantastic experience with Dino's Appliance Factory Service and their technician, Adam. They were communicative, professional and Adam went above and beyond in humoring our child's questions: he could have given a simple brush off answer, but he did not, he actively engaged with her and helped cultivate her curiosity for how things work. We will definitely use this company and will recommend them to our friends.

Lived in Arcadia area and called Dino to fix my Jenn-Air oven. I have used them several years ago and they were ok, but after this past incident, I will never call them again. Absolutely horrible customer service. After taking off work and waiting for 3 hours for a service call, the service man looked at the unit and said he cant service my unit because it was a built-in oven (which I specifically told them over the phone when making the appointment in the first place). He did not apologize and after I told him that this was not acceptable and I will not be using their company again, he used profanity, called me names and walked out of the house. Absolutely the worst repair company I have experience in a long time. I called Jenn-Air and requested another service company who was able to fix it without a problem. DO NOT USE THEM.

Terrible! I just moved into a new house and had everything scheduled on one day so that I didn't have to take any more days off, luckily my sisters boyfriend had the day off and stayed at the house while I went to work. I had Cox communications AND century link out there. The doors and gates were all open. My sisters bf was in the house but working with cox and century link to show them around. Apparantly the tech for Dino's service came by, felt it was "UNSAFE" to walk into the open doors and gates and left. The customer service rep stated he couldn't come back, that we had to reschedule. I need my stove today! It's amazing how he felt it was "unsafe" to walk into an open door with Century link and Cox trucks right outside as well. C'mon now. I called Lowe's to request a different company to work with. Ridiculous. Now I have to take off next thursday, and wait a week for my stove to be repaired. I'd rather wait than work with Dino's.

Terrible customer service!!! Was referred through Maytag. Washer broke on Friday, March 18th. First appt was scheduled for Wed, March 23. I work from home and missed phone call from repairman so I was skipped.
Then why make appointments? Why don't you text? Called repairman and was told to call in to reschedule. Called into office and was told Monday, March 28th. Called into office to verify Monday and was told it is not until tomorrow, Tuesday, March 29th. I was told that I either wait to tomorrow or find another repair service! Wow!

Dino's had helped me tremendously with a previous repair. To my dismay, my new fridge was having issues -- I was 1 week past the year warranty -- so I found myself needing them again. When I called and explained my situation, they suggested I call Kitchen Aid to see what they can do. Not only did Kitchen Aid cover the parts and labor, but the repair by Dino's was quick and thorough. Thank you!

My brand new Whirlpool washer started acting up in the last couple of weeks (it would get stuck on the rinse cycle). They sent out Steven Romo from Dino's to take a look at it. First, he showed up 20 minutes before the window he set this morning (fine, okay, whatever, but I had just gotten out of the shower, and wasn't expecting him for a while).

He tinkered with my machine for a while, and then called me over to chat. He started to tell me that my machine was getting unbalanced load codes, okay. He then instructed me that I cannot do small loads, to which I let him know, that I do substantial loads as I tend to procrastinate doing my laundry. He said I needed to wash more than a couple of towels at a time, when he said this I pointed to an actual basket of towels waiting to be washed that was piled high! He then told me that I quote "needed to stop interrupting" and to let him finish talking because he was trying to give me information and that "this is his job" and he knows what he's talking about. I'm sorry, but he doesn't come hang out when I do my laundry, and I would find knowing how I actually use the washer to be pertinent information when figuring out what's wrong. I found his comment to be unnecessary and aggressive, and it turned a normal conversation into a really uncomfortable one sided lecture.

But it continues to get better! He then starts to tell me that it "appears" the washer and dryer are on the same circuit as other things in the house. Again, I explain to him, they in fact are not, they are on their own separate breaker, I had just spent a small fortune rewiring my 1930's house, and that the electrician has them on their own circuits. To which Steven says in a condescending manner, that I am wrong, and that they are on the same circuit because they are plugged into the same outlet (mind you the dryer is gas). Didn't know he was an electrician! He also tells me that the washer could have interference from routers or other appliances. My router is on the other side of the house, and again, the washer and dryer are on separate breakers and separate circuits from each other. I even called my electrician to confirm after the tech left.

He then continued to tell me that I was wrong, my electrician was wrong (mind you, my electrician is the owner and founder of one of the largest electric repair and installation companies in the Valley) and I told him okay, I guess I would just have to let Whirlpool send him out again when it continued. He then more or less threatened that they would have to charge me if he came back out, and that I'm wrong and just using the washer incorrectly, and that I need to rewire my (already correct) outlet. Also worth noting my electrician thinks claims like this about the wiring are B.S. but he anticipated it and did put them on separate breakers and circuits from one another at the get go.

His tone the entire time was condescending, and I got the vibe it's because of my sex (female) and age (25). I was not once confrontational, and was only ever trying to explain how I do in fact use the washer, and how the electricity is in fact wired.

My father (attorney) followed up with Whirlpool, and when he relayed what the tech told me to the woman at Whirlpool, she was surprised at the claims. She said it was the first time she had ever heard a tech say the problem was too small of loads, and that the outlet was the issue. She says all she had on her side from the tech was that the security system was interfering with the washer. HE NEVER EVEN MENTIONED THE SECURITY SYSTEM TO ME. He basically didn't listen to anything I told him, accused me of not letting him speak, and then LIED to Whirlpool. The woman at Whirlpool stated they'd be filing their own complaint about this, and they scheduled me a return visit from a different company.

I found the tech to be threatening, condescending, unprofessional, and above all, he was 100% wrong about everything.

DO NOT USE. Very rude. I scheduled a time through Maytage for a service warranty. They called the morning of and canceled the time as they said they can't service my freezer as it was in the garage and he canceled the 10 yr warranty. They get to decide to void my warranty. And they never came out. There was nothing in my manual that states you can't put it in the garage. The owner was extremely rude and hostile on the phone and was talking over me. Avoid Maytage and this company with at all cost

Dino is unethical, rude, and slow as molasses! Expect a 30 day process with backwards policies that are outdated. Their people skills are imaginary you will walk away feeling like you got ripped off by someone who had better things to do than help you repair your appliances!

Awful customer service! If I could post negative stars, I would. After spending an hour and a half on the phone with Whirlpool to set up an appointment, I get a technician that was hostile at best. After checking the machine, he informs me that a)he cleared a couple of error codes, but that b) nothing was actually wrong. When I tried to ask questions, because I am not a repair technician, I was responded to with clear irritation and thinly veiled threat that if we called again and "nothing is wrong again", we would be charged. I literally could not believe the way I was treated by this technician. His investigation of the problem was minimal at best and his attitude was terrible. If you call Whirlpool, ask for anyone but this company.

Dinos has been out three times to service my refrigerator under warranty. They’ve been great all three times. Scott is friendly, gets the repair completed each time, and communication has been great.
