Amazing service. Each step of the process was explained to me. Jose explained my options on repairing my washer so I would get the best price on parts. Great company and they will be the company I call next time I need a service call.

Julian was great. I got updates via text of when he’d be on the way to me and when he got there was able to tell me the problem right away. And even offered to get the part needed to fix my washer machine. Overall great work and professionalism.

Jose was so professional. He repaired our Thermador ice maker with no hassles. We like to work with people who are friendly, reliable, and professional. He had to order a part and returned the next day for installation. Excellent service is hard to find. We highly recommend him.

So I’ve now used Jose’s services three times in the last month!! Microwave, washer and fridge. He goes above and beyond, arriving in the evening as he’d promised to get to me that day but got held up. Back the next day with the needed part. For both the washer and the fridge.

I normally don't review companies online but I'm taking the time today because I am 100% satisfied with the service I received from Jose at Click & Done Home Services. I can't express more how impressed I was with his honesty and professionalism. I would absolutely use them / him again. In fact their business card is taped to my refrigerator.

Jose answered our call on a Sunday evening and showed up right on time Monday morning. Jose was quick to identify and fix the problem with our refrigerator and was very polite/professional. The experience was refreshing compared to other companies in the Phoenix area and we will be using them again!

We needed our dryer fixed. I was scheduled with a different company, who couldn't come for a week. When I called Click and Done, Jose arrived within a few hours and charged me half the price. He was quick, timely, and professional. I would highly recommend!

Jose did an amazing job. My parent’s refrigerator wasn’t cooling and he was able to work them in right away and provided a time when he would be there. He called and asked if he could come early even as he was running ahead of time. He was able to get them what they needed right away and get it fixed for them. My parents couldn’t say enough good things about him and how courteous and professional he was and didn’t charge them an arm and leg (which was wonderful as they are on a fixed income). Highly recommend him and his team.

I had a great experience with Jose from Click and Done Home Services! My dryer suddenly stopped working, and they were quick to respond, super professional, and had it fixed in no time. They were very reasonably priced, and left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommend if you need appliance repairs done right!

Absolutely one of the best customer experiences this year. Team showed up on time, Sunday of all days, hyper professional, incredible attention to detail. There was a connection that wasn’t quite right, instead of doing a simple fit, Jose went to HomeDepot, picked up the right part to get the job done right. They installed a new dishwasher and microwave.

Jose is a kind man. He is prompt and courteous. I feel he is honest and fair about pricing and lets you know what is going on with the appliance and repair made.

In AZ for the week and AC went out on Thursday before holiday weekend and it’s HOT! Called and got Daniel and he was here first thing this morning and we’re now repaired and SO appreciative!! Didn’t overcharge!

Steven went from being a random hire to my go-to guy for all of my repair needs. He is consistent, highly skilled, and incredibly honest. In situations where many would overcharge, he has always found a way to save me money and get the job done correctly. Will continue to utilize this company, can't recommend them enough!
