Nothing against these guys but they sub out to Manny's Appliance Repair who are absolute crooks.

Couldn't fix either machine. First one had part backed ordered over a month. Company made me believe they had an office in Phoenix around the corner from my house and found out they aren't even in the state. Totally ripped me off for $110

I needed washer repair near me and this company was able to come out the same day. The technician was friendly and professional, and the price was very reasonable.

Horrible. Repair man named Kirk came out on a Monday and said he could repair my dryer for $340.00. The $60 fee would make the total $400.00. I said ok. They said they’d return on Tuesday. Then they said they’d be out Wednesday. Then I could not reach anyone or leave a message. Friday I was told they would get a hold of Kirk. Then Saturday I could not leave message or get a call back. On Saturday I received a text from Kirk saying it would be ok if I got someone else. I said no because I had paid him $60 with credit card. I wanted him to finish what he started. I told him I was going to dispute the $60 because I don’t believe he had any intention on fixing the dryer. And now I have law enforcement and American Express looking into 23 fraudulent charges made with my credit card. What a scam.

Great customer service and expertise. The repairman fixed our dishwasher and even gave tips on how to maintain it. Outstanding experience with this appliance repair service.

Interesting set of circumstances - Initially my review was 1 star and "This company is unprofessional AND didn't fix the problem. I called them a week ago to come back on a warranty call and no call back. Their BBB rating is 1 star. Guess that should have clued me in!" It took me posting this review on Google to get them to respond and they sent the technician out. He reviewed his work - did not find an additional reason for a leak. It is just a matter of time to see if he has repaired the issue. Still not convinced that I will ever use them again. But once I posted a bad review they were all over getting my issue fixed. For this I commend them and change my review to 3 stars.

Willing to change my review if the company actually follows through. Called for an appointment. Super nice, they said they would make sure to have an appointment today. “Held my appointment” with a credit card. Followed by a number of phone calls, two times being hung up on only for them to change my appointment to Monday. So far...they suck

Overall, I highly recommend this appliance repair service. The professionalism, punctuality, expertise, and exceptional customer service are qualities that set them apart. I will definitely turn to them for any future appliance repairs. Thank you for a job well done!!!!!!!!!!

Exceptional service! The repairman arrived on time, diagnosed the problem with my oven, and fixed it within no time. Courteous and professional throughout the service. I would definitely recommend this appliance repair company.

The young man that took my call was so nice. He set me up with a repair appt for my washer the very next day. The washer was so old that the technician was honest and recommended replacement. I appreciate his honesty and will call these guys again.

Worse experience ever just called to have an idea of how much they’ll charge and they clicked right away. Did not even called back to apologize. I called back and no one answered..!!!! Horrible

They had the parts I ordered. Price was reasonable. Customer service was professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this business.

Horrible!! Tech didn't show up for the appointment!! No courtesy call!! The number listed online goes to a lady who all she does is give you phone numbers to people who are gone for the day!!?? I lost a whole day waiting and now I have to call somebody else. Service needed is for my fridge. Unfortunately I can't give a zero rating. Terrible way of doing business. Good luck if you're calling these people for service.

It gets worse today a day later a woman called me and accused me of not being at home and not answering my phone she said that's the info I got from my tech she even had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to reschedule...REALLY!!!???
