Called due to water running from the top of my fridge on the inside, we have an older Whirlpool. Was able to make an appointment for 2 days later. Tech, Steve, arrived on time after texting me what time he'd arrive. Figured out the problem quickly, fixed the problem in less then 30 minutes. He explained what had happened and how we can avoid the issue in the future. Couldn't be happier!

The worst experience with repair companies I've had! They came out for a service call from Whirlpool to inspect our cracked cooktop. The guy didn't even listen to our side of what happened. He saw the crack and immediately made up his mind that it was our fault. He didn't inspect the cook top at all. He was condescending and rude. I had to call Whirlpool to get a second opinion and did get it covered under the warranty. Would NOT recommend!

A repairman from Dino's came out in January 2015 (through Lowe's extended warranty plan) to look at a burner on our stove that wouldn't work on the Low or Medium Low settings. The repairman didn't even try to figure out what the problem was. He just turned the burner up to High, let it get hot, then turned it down to Low and said, "Seems to be working. It's still hot." He wouldn't listen to me that if he left it on Low for awhile it would get completely cold. He just kept reiterating that his tool indicated that it was the appropriate temperature for Low. I called Lowe's back to have someone else come check out the issue. They sent someone from A&E Factory Service. I told the repairman what the problem was, and he fixed it within 10 minutes. Turns out it was a small part that had stopped working and needed replaced.
In short, I would not recommend Dino's. Their repairman relied too much on his inaccurate tool (that failed to diagnose the issue) and didn't seem to have the know-how to fix the problem. -
I called Whirlpool for warranty repair on my microwave, and they scheduled an appointment for me with Dino's. The technician identified the problem over the phone, and came prepared with the parts needed. He arrived during the service window, was able to fix the microwave quickly, and explained to me in detail what was wrong. Probably the best service experience I have had.

IF I COULD give 0 Stars I would! Dino's is AWFUL!!
I usually try to give companies the benefit of the doubt, but Dino's takes the cake on absolute LACK of customer service. I was referred to them through Whirlpool for a Factory Service repair.
Despite not having to haggle or worry about cost, no part of my experience with Dino's was positive. Scheduling was an inflexible nightmare for my busy schedule. When they finally showed up, the repair tech STEVE, was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. He immediately told me they would have to reschedule, because it was a 2 man job. This snap judgment, leaving no consideration for my time, cause another scheduling debacle. After coordinating another meeting, they showed up again, only to say they wouldn't install the part, because it had arrived damaged.
Whirlpool shipped parts 5-6 times to myself and then Dino's directly. During this time, I discovered that Dino's had ALREADY been PAID for a job they never completed. I FINALLY had to switch to another company because Dino's REFUSED to work with me. UNBELIEVABLE!! After they had been rude, unhelpful, and condescending, they had the audacity to not even show up to complete a job for which they had been paid by Whirlpool. Where's the integrity in that?
If you're having ANY service, factory or self pay, AVOID DINO's like the plague. Even when talking to DINO himself, he was unhelpful and NOT customer focused. -
My refrigerator stopped cooling so I called the manufacturer since it's under warranty. They said they would schedule it for Dino's to come out and repair on 11/10/16 between 8am and 12. This morning, the 10th. at 7:38am Chris from Dino's called and said he would be here between 10 and12. Chris got here before 11am and in less than an hour he had replaced the defective part and working great.
I've read all of the negative reviews about Dino's and don't get it. Chris was prompt, experienced, professional and polite. Over the years I've had a lot of repairs done on appliances and this was the least stressful of any.
I would highly recommend Dino's to anyone needing appliance repairs.
I was thoroughly impressed and all I can say is GREAT JOB! -
Believe the reviews my friends. Dino’s only partially fixed my refrigerator warranty repair & refused to properly troubleshoot & fix. They are the type of business that make you feel like you have to apologize to them. Just don’t, plenty of other choices.

On November 28th, 2022, the manufacturer, Whirlpool, scheduled a diagnostic visit for free with this company set for December 5, 2022 between 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Due to prior reviews on Yelp and on Google stating their concerns with the customer service of the owner and some employees, I did not call to get a sooner appointment.
The day of the appointment I received a call from Rich, the technician, at 7:30 a.m. confirming the appointment and indicating he'll be there between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
I live in a developer-built community so it can be a difficult to navigate some of the smaller streets. I saw the van pass outside, and thought he had missed my home since it's happened a few times before with different repairpersons/technicians I've had at the house. I called and Rich answered the phone indicated there were several other calls in the same neighborhood and that he'd be by shortly. I stated take your time, no rush. He arrived at 9:05 a.m.
The entire diagnostic visit took about 15-30 minutes and I unfortunately am out a range. He gave estimates on repair. During the call I had with Whirlpool on the November 28th, 2022, I asked if they had parts in stock for the model. My model being over 10+ years old the customer service representative at Whirlpool stated they were no longer in production/discontinued. When I asked for Rich to detail what needed repairs on the "invoice" sheet, he happily obliged and provided a good amount of detail for my records.
Thank you for the service. Nothing spectacular. They got the job done and sometimes that's all you need.
Words of advice based off other reviews on various platforms. If this company is under pressure to meet the needs of the manufacturer schedulers, they need to communicate that to the manufacturer to both the benefit of their employees wellness, clientele needs, and to meet the expectations of whatever their contractual obligations are with Vanguard, PRIMECAP, BlackRock, Greenhaven Associates, and/or Whirlpool contract managers. It might save some headache to all the above. -
They called me 3 times to change appointment because of what they call double booked appointments. I’ve heard of that reguarding flights not sure how it happens with appliance repair….moving on I was at the store on the corner when he arrived I asked for 10 mins and that wasn’t responsible so he left and offered me an appointment 2 weeks later. Instead I ordered the part myself from Amazon and installed it with in 3 days total I did what it takes these clowns 30 days to complete & im a single mom! SLOW, RUDE, AND OPERATING THEIR BUSINESS AS IF IT 1920!

Just want to let you know… Luis did a great job this week repairing our Whirlpool Dryer.
He came as promised, installed part professionally, explained along the way.
Would definitely call DINOS again for appliance service. -
If I could choose 0 Stars I would, the technician they sent to my Home Had no interest in repairing my washer machine, he was very Rude he said I was not covered by my warranty because my washer Mashine had Coins inside and thats what caused the drained Pump to get damaged, when I asked him why didn't you show me so I could see since I had cleaned the washer mashine verywell a few days before to get all the water out that wasn't getting drained and I didn'tsee any coins, he replied; oh whatever I'm not talking to you he turn around and left.
Since the moment he walked into my home, he was really rude and gave me a Mad look.
I called my protection plan company, and they fixed the issue immediately. I suggest that if you get Dinos Appliance asign from your protection plan, you ask to get it reassigned. -
I scheduled a repair through Maytag directly who put me into Dino's as he is an approved Maytag service person. My appointment was scheduled two weeks out. I provided my model number and serial number and informed them the knob on the washer had broken off but the washer still worked fine in the normal mode but with the knob off I could not change out of normal wash mode.
The service man punctual and polite. With in 5 minutes, he looked up my model number and serial number and let me know that the parts for this machine are no longer available so they would not be able to help me.
I paid $159 for no service. This could have been determined before they even arrived. When I spoke with Dino, he told me that the charge doesn't even cover his fuel cost, which is ironic since his location is 12 streets away from me. When I asked why they didn't tell me before they arrived about my parts not being available, he said "just because I have been in business 30 years doesn't make me an expert on washing machines". Maybe that should be his tag line for his business. I had at least expected the fee do at least be cut in half, but now I know not to rely on years of experience in business to mean it is an ethical or trustworthy operation -
A one star for Dino's Appliance is to high of a rating. I prefer to give them -0 score. Horrible service! Dino himself is rude, talks over you and just tough! take it or leave it attitude. I see customer service is a thing of the past because Dino has zero!!! Never spoke to such rude owner with total disregard to a customer. MY way or no way! Dino's came to my house to fix wall oven, arrived with one good part and the other broke. Second time arrived at my house with the replacement part and was broke. Third time I called due to my son being sick and told them not to come, the tech still showed up and said well my voice message is not working, so Dino's put us down as a not home. Third time I waited 2 hours and the tech finally called and sorry Sir but they sent your part to Scottsdale, so we need to reschedule. You can not choose the time! it our way or no way attitude. It's all on our time. Finally had a conversation with Dino regarding the concerns and had to hear over and over how he doesn't service my area! NOT MY PROBLEM! FIGURE IT OUT! RUDE RUDE RUDE! Then proceeded to tell me how he knows nothing of broken parts. If you cant cover your responsibility, then call the manufacture and address the issue. Maybe ask for a different service to handle the account.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! -
LG washer not working right. Tech came out and checked it out Solved the problem by rearranging/stabilizing the unit. then he checked how it ran and it didn't need anything else. Delighted that the problem could be taken care of without a major cost. He was very efficient, courteous and pleasant.

Technician figured out a problem with replacement parts that were constantly malfunctioning.
-
Professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to call again, if I ever have appliance issues.
-
I called them because a neighbor was using them for another service the same day my dryer went down. They called the guy sent him right over and was able to order the part we needed right away. Saving us about a weeks worth of waiting for any other repair company to come out just to tell me what was wrong with the dryer. I will recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone I know that has issues.

Joe was great. Professional and communicative.
-
Stay Away. They came out to diagnosis my oven issue. They called me to discuss. I told them to hold off on ordering any parts. They went ahead and charged my debit card for half the part order without my permission. After 2 weeks I decided to have them come out and fix, since they should have ordered my part they charged me for. We set up an apt, then they No CALL...NO SHOWED for that apt. They continued to avoid my repeated calls. I had to go to the Corporate office to demand a refund. They didn't do the right thing and refund me completely, they refunded me minus there inspection fee. Not happy at all

David Meek was very professional and explained to me what what he was doing and why as he fixed my washer. I'm very happy with him and his work, and I highly recommend him.
I got connected with him through the manufacturer's warranty repair program. -
Great communication on the arrival time of the technician. Our technician David was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. Hopefully we will not need anything repaired any time soon but if we do I will definitely use this company again and request David.
