I had a 2nd repair scheduled for the same Ice maker issue on a newly purchased Frigidaire Refrigerator within a two month period!, When the tech showed up, I greeted with a smile and a good morning and he did not even say hello or what his name was? I didn't know what to think, I showed him to the kitchen, he tested the water & Ice and told me that I needed to get the water pressure fixed first? I then tried to explain that this was working fine upto a week ago. Since this was a recurring issue, I explained that if this happens every 2-3 months, I wanted a new refrigerator because I felt this was a lemon!....if that's being difficult, does that give him the right to leave? for being told he wasn't going to do anything anyone would feel the same way after waiting for their 4 hour window to show up..., When I asked him to open the unit up to see if the part they replaced failed....his mind was made up. he simply said he wasn't going to help me because I was frustrated??? this is NOT how a professional service company should act. I would NOT use this company for your service issues! Now I need to wait another Week!!!!

They will take your $59 and tell you anything to get out of actually doing any service. I called them for work on a refrigerator and they took the service fee ahead of time..When tech arrive , he told me to call Fridgedaire to check my warranty because he didn't want to violate it. I told him it was out of warranty but he insisted and left...(what?) When I tried to get them back to actually do service the tech told me to call another company because he was too busy. They are just grabbing $59 fees all day long... beware!

My fridge was making loud noises and they figured it out right away. The repair didn’t take long. The technician was polite and professional. It’s quiet now and works great.

I appreciated how easy it was to get an appointment, even on short notice. They repaired my noisy washing machine and it’s now running quietly again. The technician was courteous and respectful of my time. Definitely a company you can trust.

I've had my Lynx Sedona for several years and was embarrassed by how dirty it had gotten. Clean Grills AZ in Phoenix came out and completely transformed it. The technician was professional, thorough, and clearly knew high-end grills inside and out. Every burner, grate, and interior surface was spotless when he was done it looked brand new. If you have a premium grill in the Phoenix or Scottsdale area and want it properly maintained, these are your guys. Highly recommend!

Very poor customer and technical service. The technicians lack the experience. In addition, they do not show up at the scheduled time. It is waste of time and money to hire them. Do not recommend them!!

Cancelled appointment 15 minutes before appointment window opened. Tried to reschedule, but they never answered the phone.

So their customer service is really bad they call at 8:00 am to tell you what time they will be there for the same day will not make appointments for when you are home and the the kid on the phone is rude and they have not even tried to repair my issue yet oh and this is the second try they were suppose to be at my house on Friday but never showed no call and no sorry we missed you tag not off to a good start at all
