Very odd. First scheduled an appointment, then 14 minutes later I got a text saying appointment was canceled. When I called back, I was told they had no technician for my area (downtown Phoenix) then the lady on the phone tried to schedule a "cheaper" option where a technician would call over the phone and tell me how to fix it?
