Javier and Jaime were wonderful technicians. They made sure I understood the problem with my AC unit and what was necessary to fix it, then they got it done in a really short amount of time - even having to go get parts. I appreciate that they went above and beyond to make sure that our warranty on our unit was utilized to cut down on our cost. I would recommend Javier and Jaime to anyone.

Victor and Christian did an amazing job cleaning the air ducts, dryer vents and bathroom vents in our new home. They were very thorough, courteous and explained their process very clearly. Yesterday (9-16-25) my 17-year old roof air cond decided to stop cooling...warm air only! This morning (9-17-25 if you're following along...) I did what many do -- I went on "Next Door" and started looking at the different Companies. I found Supreme Comfort with a HIGH satisfaction rating so I of course called them. I was stunned to see that Jamie could come out right away -- All the way from the West Valley to Chandler. He came out and did his inspection and we discussed the situation. Jamie was VERY thorough and showed and explained with pics what was wrong and why. He was totally pro but yet very easy to deal with. I won't go into my story here but due to some unfortunate circumstances (wife, cancer, 4+years, her death, etc.)I am in a very poor financial situation right now. Jamie was able to work with me to make it so I could proceed and have good air conditioning. AND -- he actually DID the work right then and was done in about 1-1/2 hrs. I recently turned 70 so I am REALLY grateful for this great affordable resolution. BTW -- I know that there are some entities out there that will post fake positive reviews...I just want to assure you this is REAL and I am a REAL customer. Google me if you want -- you'll see there is nothing phony here...Thank You Jamie!

Went above and beyond to get me emergency cooling! 3 other companies came out and could not figure out what was wrong with my system and just told me to replace it!! It’s only 8 years old!! Scott is at the top of the list of levels of experience, and he was very respectful to my home, and he placed shoe coverings on without me having to ask him to. Scott also edified me on manyl tips to avoid major repairs in the future. This is a business I will absolutely be using in the future for services and maintenance, when needed.

We recently purchased a home that had a newer unit installed by George Brazil and we were due for the yearly maintenance. We also noticed the units becoming increasingly loud when turning on. Khaled came out and was so nice, took the time to take pics and videos and send them to me while I was at work. He found the new unit they installed in 2023 had a leak and the refrigerant was low. He stated it would be a $2700 repair but it was on them and would be covered under warranty. He went over everything with us and explained everything to us in a way we could understand. I really appreciate him, as most of the time you don’t even know if the repair men actually do anything while they are at your home. Highly recommend this company. Their customer service is top tier.
