Our A/C quit cycling on properly, which lead to frosted coils, and the whole unit just not working. I called a big chain company to come look at it and they said they could get there 3 days from the time of my phone call. As it is the only unit for our house, without it working, it was too hot to stay there while we waited for technicians to come look. Our family went to stay with my parents; and while there, my mom told me that they recently had a unit replaced and, after shopping around, went with Oscar and was pleased with his work. I thought I’d ask him to come and give a second opinion. When I called he said could could be out to our house the next morning...way more quickly than the other company! And after diagnosing the problem, he was very forthright with explaining all our options. He didn’t try to up-sell us on things we didn’t want/need, and his price was reasonable. We had him do repairs and he competed them at that same visit. We were able to move back home later that day. We were very impressed.

Oscar is amazing!!! He was great when he installed our new AC unit a few years back & STILL continues to provide stellar customer service -I reached out to him again regarding our AC & he was quick to respond, fixed the problem within minutes, explained the issue to me in detail & was super professional. I would give Oscar 10 stars if I could! I called him after reading good reviews regarding his service. Turned out my AC Unit was needing alot of repairs and after going over my options I decided on a new unit. Oscar got me set up for a next day install of a new AC Unit and was here on time and ready to get the job done! He explained the process to me as he went along and made sure he answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend giving him your business.

Anytime I need anything related to my A/C done I will always call Oscar! This guy came immediately and helped me out! Saved me thousands of dollars after my warranty company sent some fraudulent company out here which tried to scam them, wind up making me believe I had a bad problem with my unit! Oscar looked it over and was completely honest about the issue! Most companies would have taken advantage just to get paid but not this guy! The one honest A/C repair man in AZ!

Oscar is so kind and does great work. He is honest and wont overcharge you. He was so nice to my 88 year old mom and was able to get her unit working when others said she needed a whole new unit. He just replaced my brothers air conditioning unit so quickly when it went out. Highly recommend him.

Here we are 8:15pm on Labor Day.. We just got home from the weekend about 45 minutes ago and came into to a 90+ temp in the house and no working AC. I found this business on google and based on their earned reputation, they were my first call and man oh man am I grateful for finding them. Oscar was very professional and polite on the phone, very easy to talk to. Even though it’s even hours on a holiday and he had already finished the days work, he booted up and got back out to see if he could help. Oscar was just as professional and polite in person as he was on the phone. Very knowledgeable, informative and expedient. Here we are 45 minutes after my initial phone call and I’m back to having working AC. I literally couldn’t be any happier with the service I got from All Area A/C & Heating and will certainly never call anyone else. Highly, highly recommend this business.

I would recommend All Area A/C to anyone and everyone having problems with your A/C. Oscar came to my home, diagnosed the issue and my A/C is back up and running within 30 minutes of his arrival. He also took the time to educate me on the issue and didn’t break the pocket book. It’s the unit that was with the house originally and everyone else that came out said I needed a new A/C unit. We were new tenants at a property and noticed our first day in the home that the AC wasn’t working. We placed a service ticket with our property manager, that very evening Oscar called us and scheduled a follow up appointment the very next day. He was thorough with his review and provided timely communication and recommendations to the property manager. Once all work orders were approved Oscar was was back at the property to replace the motor. We were impressed by his dedication and placing our needs first. He was within minutes of the parts store closing since it was nearing end of business day, but he made it happen! When he arrived to put the new motor in, he was efficient, and professional. Our home was cooled down within the hour. It is very difficult to find reputable help, working with Oscar we learned there are still good people out there that place the needs of the customer first. Oscar was awesome, first and foremost. Very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to quickly determine the faulty parts on 4 different AC components and get me a solid estimate. He followed up on his work and finished across 2 days. I've never used the service but was treated like a priority. He also taught us how to ensure our units are properly serviced moving forward. Definitely going to be a repeat customer.

I called mid-morning and spoke with Oscar and he was able to schedule an appointment in the afternoon 2-4. He was running late and he notified me via text that he was running late. I appreciated that. Oscar arrived and surveyed my ac unit that was starting to blow warm. Oscar took care of the ac repair. I appreciate a business who keeps their word and stays in contact with the customer. Oscar was professional, courteous, and he listened to the customer's need. Woke up this morning and my AC was not working. Of course it was the morning before we were leaving for a trip. I called a few places and no one could help until it was late in the day. I called Oscar at All Area A/C & Heating, he said he could make it out today as soon as he could.
Well he made it out to my house I'm 35 mins after my call. Highly professional and once he figured out the problem he went into great detail explaining it.
He had the AC unit up and working in a hour.

Oscar is a professional technician for A/C's. He is reliable, courteous and very knowledgeable. I've had two experiences with Oscar and on both occasions, he knew the problem, fixed it, didn't overcharge me and did all this without one day going by without my A/C running during the summer. This is the second time I've had Oscar out in the last couple of years. Oscar is reliable friendly professional knowledgeable and articulate in all his interactions. Totally trust this guy 1000% to work on my AC and know that it is in good hands. My wife and I are very pleased with all of his work. Called him on a Sunday with an AC unit that went out on May 21st he answered immediately which I was very surprised at and came out the next day at 10:00 a.m. less than 12 hours later. Repaired it without having to replace the unit, and explained to my wife what the problem was since I was at work, very thoroughly.

Had Oscar out on 6/24/24 because my air conditioning was blowing warm air. Like always, Oscar got it working. He took pictures of what he did and arrived to save the day. I tried to add this as a new review but had to edit my past review which was a course five stars. Five stars again for you Oscar. Thank you for always doing a Fantastic job.

We contacted Oscar last fall for an issue with our AC. He was super quick to respond, very professional, friendly and reasonably priced. We knew then that we would likely need new AC units before this summer so we contacted him again recently. He was again quick to respond, friendly and professional.
