Excellent service! Oscar and his tech came the same day to repair an ailing old system and had it up and running in fairly short order. He replaced a couple of key parts that I was actually surprised he had with him. I was a contractor for many years so I've been around the industry a bit and I found his pricing to be fair and the work solid. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Oscar and team for not having to sleep in a 92 degree house another night!

Oscar was quick, efficient and very nice. He explained what needed to be done and why which was wonderful as a single mom. I have a roof AC system and he showed me video and pics of my AC needs. I will definitely call him when it's maintenance time.

Our air conditioner wasn't working and unfortunately happened during the night. I called All Area AC & Heating and luckily they came out quickly, and on the weekend! They assessed the issue and replaced the necessary part to fix the problem. I am so thankful it didn't take days as we have multiple pets in the house, soon the house cooled off. Oscar is professional and reasonable and I definitely recommend his services. Get your air conditioner checked out before it's too late, call him and set up your appointment.

Oscar will definitely be our go to guy for our ac repairs! He came in explained the issue we were having and got our ac up and running! Didn't feel like he was up selling us like we normally do with other companies was reasonably priced and got the job done quick.

Oscar arrived in the evening of the same day I called, diagnosed the problem,gave me an accurate estimate but did not have the necessary part. My heater broke down and I happened to call all area ac. Oscar diagnosed the problem the next day and had it fixed for a very fair price. He sent me pictures afterwards detailing the issue and work performed. I also noticed he also check other parts of the ac for me under details. Will be calling him for any future ac/heating needs

This is the second time using All Area A/C & Heating! As soon as I called Oscar, he answered! A lot of places will have you go to voicemail and then you’ll receive a text or phone call later in the day. We setup a time for him to come out to my tenants property and he was on time.

Oscar is very professional and transparent with his pricing. I am no expert in the terminology or exactly how AC systems work but he broke it down for me to understand the issues and what needed to be fixed.

His prices were very transparent and had no issues at all. We called around multiple places and all we got was “put a card on file to get a quote” or we have to setup an appointment a week out. Not with Oscar. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a repair or quote. Even with the AZ summer heat he was still very personable and we joked around. Loved this service!

My A/C broke done in the middle of the night. I called Oscar 1st thing in the morning and he was at the house within a couple hours. Thank goodness it was a minor issue and he fixed it quickly. I was impressed with his service and quick response. I felt his service fee was definitely reasonable.

Oscar worked with my landlord and coordinated with an independent electrician to cure a defective electric issue with our central AC at a house we're renting and our landlord recently acquired. Oscar is super responsive, pleasant, smart and has a pleasant and helpful apprentice who was conscientious and hyper respectful. I am going to use oscar going forward on some of my own rental properties.

Such a refreshing company to work with! Seth and Kyle were extremely professional and a delight to work with. They were also very informative of other things that we may want to take care of for a house that is 30+ years old.
