Great experience with Day & Night! They responded quickly to my request and had a technician out within hours even for a non-urgent issue. Brayden was helpful, thorough, and provided a recommendation that saved us from doing unnecessary work and thousands of dollars on duct work. Follow up work was scheduled very quickly and even was able to get some plumbing work scheduled. A great one-stop shop with skilled technicians. Highly recommend!

I felt that i was getting a fair and accurate repair. The technician, Vincent was also doing his job by “selling” additional products and services. I was overall happy with the service. Vincent was very professional and by the book.

We’ve been loyal Day & Night HVAC customers since 2011 and couldn’t be happier with their service. They installed our HVAC system back then and have kept it running smoothly ever since.

Today, their technician, Nick Barnahart, came out for a maintenance check, and he was outstanding. Nick is a top-notch professional — thorough, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, even videotaping the process to show exactly how he was keeping our aging system in top shape.

It’s people like Nick who make Day & Night HVAC such a trustworthy and dependable company. After more than a decade of great service, we’re still just as confident in recommending them today as we were back in 2011.

Dave and Jeff were our plumbers today that installed two new garbage disposals. Both were so professional and friendly. Dave went to extra lengths to find exactly the faucet we needed. We use day and night quite a lot for all of our air-conditioning heating and plumbing services and have for the past 12 years. Dave has been the most professional of everyone we’ve ever worked with that day and night.

We recently reached out to Day&Night for a quote on a new AC system. Our first unit, which was as old as our home—19 years—needed replacing, while the second unit, replaced by another company, never functioned correctly. The office conveniently set up a Saturday appointment, the only day we're both available at home. Mike Tufegdzic was the expert who visited us. He thoroughly inspected our existing system, highlighted various issues, suggested improvements, and provided us with estimates. After a detailed discussion and getting all our questions satisfactorily answered by Mike, we chose the best option for our needs.

Mike managed to arrange the installation just 5 days after his visit. The day before the installation, we received a call from Sky, who outlined what to expect and detailed the installation process. On the day of the installation, we were notified via text and a follow-up call 30 minutes before the install crew's arrival.

Punctually at 7:00 AM, the install crew, comprising Andrew, Pike, Jeff, Matt, and Sergio, arrived. They were not only highly professional but also very friendly. Before starting, they took the time to explain the entire installation process and made sure to protect our floors as they worked. By 3 PM, the installation was complete. We couldn't be happier with our new systems, wifi thermostats, and are eagerly anticipating the summer. The new system comes with a 10-year parts warranty, and we also opted for Day&Night's VIP plan, which includes 10 years of free labor among other perks. The entire procedure from contacting Day&Night to completion was incredibly smooth and was wrapped up in less than a week.

You know someone is a good person when your dog likes them! Gabriel came by today for the annual inspection of the unit we purchased from Day & Night and I thought Penelope was going to jump in his truck and go home with him! Nice guy, he got everything done quickly and I had no hesitations letting him into my home. Haven’t met one of their techs I didn’t like!

Grant texted me about 25 minutes prior to arrival. Upon arrival he was polite and professional. We met and I explained what I needed done and he explained my options and costs.

Grant’s thorough explanation helped me make an informed decision. He completed the in timely manner and left my house clean and without a mess.

I felt Grant was honest and did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need.

Our technician Noah was prompt, very courteous, experienced, and explained in detail what needed repair. Noah even went above and beyond to take a video of our unit during testing to share with my husband because he has a fear of heights and will not get on our roof. Exceptional job!!!!!

I’m a regular customer with Day & Night. I have a house built in the 60’s and I’ve had to do just about everything to all the plumbing in and out of the home. Recently, I started a project with Anthony Williams to connect the home to the sewer. Every day, Anthony and his team (Kyle and Chuck) have arrived just after 6am and typically work a 10-hour day excavating and plumbing over 10 feet underground to connect to the sewer. Troy Moody estimated the project perfectly, explained the issues at hand in plain English, and he is here constantly overseeing and managing the team while Kevin Osborne leads the initiative to help me through the permitting and funding process. All-in-all, I’m so thankful to have such an incredible team of dedicated professionals loyal to their work, their employer, and to me. The difference is truly DAY and NIGHT!

On interior projects, My man is Byron Bird, someone has made it his mission to know my entire plumbing system and to always be there for me. Byron is always two steps ahead. Called him for a plugged sink drain and he knew we had a larger problem on hand. He summoned Troy with the camera snake to investigate further. With that they found a clog in the septic line running to the tank and blew out a major blockage outside the house! I don’t know what we’d do without him! His plumbing insight, experience and expertise are unmatched!

We recently had plumbing work done by Day & Night, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Our service plumber, Daniel, was absolutely outstanding. He replaced a leaking cartridge in our master bathroom shower—a much-needed repair—and he handled every step with true professionalism.

Daniel was clean, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He respected our home, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently. The pricing was fair, and the level of service was exceptional. You can tell Daniel takes pride in his work, and it really shows in the final result.

We couldn’t have asked for a better person to handle this repair. Day & Night is very lucky to have Daniel on their team, and we will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs.

I had a fantastic experience with Wellington.He didn't just come in and rush through the job; he actually took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my unit in a way I could understand. He walked me through the necessary next steps and never made me feel pressured. Jeff was by far one of the best plumber technicians (and my grandpa is the other), I have ever had the privilege to hire. From the moment he arrived, he was amiable and knowledgeable. His patience in explaining what the problem was and what he was doing to solve it was so reassuring. I felt like I was in good hands, and could trust him. The price he quoted was fair and he explained the costs clearly. He was also extremely efficient and thorough in making sure that my leak was fixed and I would have no further problems. Had my air conditioner checkup and Efrain was my service provider. He is extremely knowledgable, took photos of everything - including before working on my AC - and was able to explain to me exactly what the issues were and how and why they needed addressed.
He was also very knowledgable about the payment options - more knowledgable than the people in the office actually.
And, also importantly, he was professional, clean, on time, and thorough.

An excellent experience starting with the Comfort Advisor Brian Knoblock. He came up with a plan and a competitive bid that worked for me. He asked questions and checked things that companies didn’t. The install went smoothly, kudos to the installers Francisco Alvidrez and Luis Castilla for making it all work! On a day slated for 114 degrees, I sit on my Lazy Boy and adjust the temperature on my phone to 76 🤓 Great job by all!
