I called day and night to replace my rooftop air conditioner when my old one needed a costly repair. The quote was higher than the other 5 quotes I received. I wanted a quality job so I went with the high quote because it included new ductwork. To my surprise I received an installation that no one would be proud of. They damaged my newly replaced roof on the 3 visits they had to come out. After the 3rd visit the ac unit stopped working an hour after they left. The conduit was not level as seen from the ground, the unit was not level, the ductwork in the attic was not supported and not fully sealed and leaking after the initial install. Forget the 24 hour emergency service the 1st time we had to use it they told us someone would be out the next day. Also the 10 year labor warranty included is a scam since you have to stay on the vip plan so they can continue to milk money out of you. Communication was poor after the sakesman left after signing the paperwork. I regret ever letting this company in my home. Run far away

This company was AMAZING! The sales guy, Buzz was so helpful and talked through all of my options, making sure I understood everything. Then the technicians Pike, Sergio, and Marco completed the entire install. Pike explained every step, how the new vents would be placed, and made sure the space was spottless after work was completed! He showed us how to use the new thermostat and laughed at my Husband's jokes. Very nice guy! Sergio and Marco were in the attic working on the duct placement and then helping with the crane service for the AC once they were ready for it. Their boss Kevin also stopped by to let us know about regulations and the process and to check in with his team. Overall an excellent experience with this company!!!

Very happy with Matt K's service. He came out for an AC check up. He showed us with a video what maintenance we should consider. He helped us prioritize repairs and make a plan for future repairs within our budget. We appreciated Matt's honesty and understanding our need to stay within a budget.

On Saturday my water heater was leaking. I called Day and Night (Apple Plumbing) and Jordan Diaz came out right away. He quickly diagnosed the issue. New water heater needed. Luckily Jordan thoroughly and patiently explained our options. Not only was he was able to install the new heater right away, but he did so neatly and efficiently . Very happy with the service and will definitely use Day and Night in the future.

Andy & his apprentice, Ben did a good job. Andy showed us several options for the water heater replacement (with pictures/descriptions) at different price points and quality levels. There were also payment options. Since we had some other plumbing issues that needed to be corrected, I asked for & received recommendations on which issues were most pressing. The prices were inline with what I researched online. We decided to fix everything since the plumbers were already on site. the apprentice was able to fix some of our smaller tasks while Andy got the water tank.
The plumbers were professional and friendly. They made sure to wear shoe covers any time they entered the home and cleaned up thoroughly after completing their job. They left everything up to code and hauled off all trash.

We had multiple people out to help with a toilet and pipe problem. Everyone was wonderful and respectful. Tim, God bless him, worked hard for 6+ hours and was very nice. Jaques was our initial contact for this issue and he was great! Very very kind and helpful. He returned the next day with Troy. Again both were super kind. Very happy with the services.

Alex was amazing and super knowledgeable. He arrived promptly and was great at communicating with us and explaining each step he was going to take to diagnose the issue. He was kind and patient and very quickly was able to identify the leaking pipe in the upstairs condo unit. We will absolutely be calling you again for any future plumbing needs. And again, Alex was the best. Thank you!

On Jan. 20, 2026 I had a pleasant meeting with Vincent Vasquez to discuss the 19 year old Ac unit on my house. His professionalism was outstanding. the inspection of the unit was thorough and issues werer explained in a visual and audible way that made everthing easy to understand. I appriciated how he took his time to explain all options and did not pressure me into any decision. He was happy to answer all my questions. I appreciate having such a well mannered young man to help me with this project. I definitely give him 5 stars.

Daniel came out this Sunday to clear a clog. His attitude was great he did a good job communicating and did a great job fixing the issue. I also appreciated that you allowed me to watch him closely as to what he was doing so I had an opportunity to learn at the same time.

I had a great experience with Day & Night. They got me scheduled same day and our plumber, Julian, was awesome. He assessed the issue immediately and was able to complete the job quickly (new water heater, automatic shut off valves in both water heaters, new expansion tank, and even threw in a bathroom faucet replacement - all in less than 4 hours). I will certainly use them again and will request Julian as well. Thanks.

Day & Night was recommended to us by a friend. We made an appointment for a HVAC tune up. The scheduling process was easy and our techinician Todd arrived on time. Todd did a thorough inspection on our system, took pictures, videos and clearly explained the issues he discovered. He then presented us with different options for us to choose from. He was professional and honest. We highly appreciate his work.

Theo from Day and Night Air Conditioning came out to my home to service several A/C units. It was an all-day job, and I was provided with photos and videos of each unit showing the condition. It was incredibly thorough, and Theo was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The effort was far beyond a normal preventative maintenance and service call. The company also does heating and plumbing. Although this was not the scope of what I called them for, I would not hesitate to utilize them for these services considering the attention to detail I saw today. Great experience overall.

I called Day & Night for a second opinion, after the company I had contracted with for years tried twice to persuade me into buying an entirely new unit, using a fear-based approach. Gabriel Ortiz visited, methodically examined the unit, and with patience, informed me about what he considered the current state and long term health assessment for the unit. He proposed three different options I should consider, from a bare bones repair to a solution that would invest in keeping my current unit operating for several more years. No sales pressure, patience with my questions and time needed to evaluate all I’ve heard from multiple companies. I really appreciate Gabriel’s supportive approach in letting me ask questions so I could confidently decide which solution I thought was best. He spent a lot of time repairing the unit, improving the original configuration, and informing me on the work he performed. Gabriel was friendly, informative, and I felt confident that my unit was being serviced competently and thoroughly. Thank you, Gabriel!

The team was great! They replaced two 3 ton HVAC rooftop units in less than one day. The install team arrived on time, had subcontractors set up so that there was minimal down time and left the site neat and clean. They even showed us how to use the new controllers.

Ron provided exceptional service. He was prompt, professional and his work was quality. He spent a great deal of time explaining the product, his work and additional concerns for future problems were pointed out. There was no pressure but he was very knowledgeable. We will use night and day again, but we will be requesting Rob. He was great to work with.

This is a second review. After discussions Rob pointed out we needed a new water softener. There was no pressure to buy but he did point out obvious problems we were not aware of. We knew the water softener was old but it was definitely leading to additional problems. Ron was very informative and provided education that helped us make an informed decision. He schedule a second appointment and was able to install a new water softener againHe was prompt. He was professional. We are very pleased with the service!

Theo was great as usual!! He is always very thorough, clean, and communicative. I’m never in the dark about his next steps. He provides informative tips and tricks to keep our unit running smoothly. He also makes sure to advise of other services provided by the company while making sure to remind us of what’s included with our plan. He’s awesome. Hello on January 15, 2026, Aiden T. With Day And Night came over for a VIP scheduled furnace maintenance check up. When he arrived, he was very pleasant and kind. It was nice that his shirt had his name on it so I knew who he was right away. He explained thoroughly everything that he was going to do. He did the inspection on top of the roof thank goodness it was a very nice cool morning. he took a video of what he was inspecting and of what he found. He showed me the video and explained it thoroughly and then made some suggestions that I can follow up on if I choose to. He explained the pros and cons. I would like to say that Aiden had a wonderful personality, he knew exactly what he was doing. He was very thoughtful. He Put work boot coverups on his shoes when he entered the house every time. I definitely would recommend Aiden and by the way My husband and I Really like Day And Night air-conditioning heating and plumbing. What a wonderful company we will always choose Day And Night first. I also had a little problem attempting to leave this review not knowing that you have to erase your last Review in order to proceed, but the staff was very kind to me to help out. I wish there was a sentence written down on the website Where are the reviews that suggests to delete past reviews before you are allowed to proceed. Other than that, I think everything was great.

David Cole delivered exceptional service for our annual plumbing maintenance! He was timely, polite, and efficient. He took time to explain things and was trustworthy. We felt that David went above and beyond because he respected our home, our time, and us. It is rare to find honest service providers who are both skilled at the trade and skilled at the client service side!

Ken came to our house to give us an estimate on replacing our HVAC system. He was incredibly helpful. He took time to fully evaluate our current system and determine what was best for our needs. He explained complex concepts in easy to understand terms and helped us to make the best decision. He was honest, transparent, and very friendly. And, he brought cookies! If you have to replace your HVAC system, I strongly recommend Day & Night and ask for Ken.

This company has treated us well. The best part? I called Friday for AC repairs and Izzy was able to come out the next day and was professional, kind and quick to tell me what the issue was. Part was ordered and he was back out on Monday and had our air working in less than an hour. I love that I had the same technician come back to work on it as well. Very pleased with the service provided.
