We had a great experience with Night and Day Air Conditioning from start to finish. Ken was genuine, responsive, and incredibly helpful in walking us through our options and helping us determine what was truly best for our house, no pressure, just honest guidance.

When it came time for the install, Luis and his team were outstanding. The work was high-quality, professional, and efficient, and Luis’s attention to detail really stood out. Everything was done carefully and cleanly, and the final result looks and works great. They also have a great maintenance service option that we quickly added as we trust the work they do.

A big shoutout as well to the office team as well. They were responsive and quick to schedule, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Byron Byrd was prompt, very kind, worked hard to Diagnose the water leak problem, covered work area, wore boot covers, good communication, and cleaned up real well. All around a very informative and positive experience. Would definitely use his help in the future!

Julian did an incredible job for us tonight! Very knowledgeable, was able to do most of the work day of, one part needed so he ordered to arrive tomorrow and will be back to install. They installed our air conditioning, but the heater didn't work. So we called them to please come fix it. They didn't come when they said they would. My parents tried asking 3 times on 3 different days and each time they said they'd come the next day but they never did. My family got charged for a service that Pronto Air couldn't even finish and refuse to finish.

Jake Pierson was extremely helpful. He explained what was going on with my AC unit and provided several options. He was able to order my new unit and schedule the installation. He was very responsive and answered all my questions. Sebastian Ugarte and Sam completed the installation and did a fantastic and very efficient job. They took the time to explain all the details of my new unit and how it operates. These three deliver excellent customer service and for this reason I was happy to do business with Penguin. Keep up the great work gentlemen!

We had an issue with our thermostat and air conditioner not working, Garrett explain to everything was very thorough and prompt to fix the unit we also signed up for a maintenance plan for extra savings thank you!

Jason was awesome; professional, knowledgeable, intelligent , honest.
He was here to perform maintenance hot water tank flush (not listed below).
He showed me how water pressure is showing high level (80+) and agreed to discuss at a later date. I highly recommend Jason he is a true asset to Penguin. Thank you Jason have already informed my neighbors to ask for Jason; and I for sure only would like Jason as our permanent plumber.
We are on Penguin’s maintenance plan.

Garrett G. Did an amazing job. I have two units the older unit he added a soft start kit to extend the life. I’m very happy. He also helped take a heavy bucket off my roof and changed my filters. We will use Garrett again and request him Jarred right!

We've used penguin for a while now and they have always been good to us. We had a leak with our master bath tub spout and Jason Whipple came out and did a wonderful job fixing the pipe and the spout. He was extremely nice and loved our cat the kept coming up to him.

Sky was a really good sport! Our home was a chaos of projects both times he came in and he was friendly and professional about painting and costuming paraphernalia on every surface. He explained what he was doing in detail and gave us context. Definitely recommend.

Jason responded after normal business hours and repaired the leaking water line in my backyard feeding our pool. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. I got a few more items on my to do list, and I'll be calling asking for him.

Penguin Air ran a special for a water tank flush, and they didn't push extra services. Tge tech asked me politely if there was any other areas I would like him to check out. He did a nice job, I was satisfied.

Garrett was fantastic. Friendly and knowledgeable. I was surprised to see how much more an AC unit cost now than it did 12 years ago, but everything in the world is more expensive. I did get a new unit though.
