Had a leak on side of home, called ASAP Repipe Pros to schedule. After two days of no call no show, I called Rotor Rooter. Tried to go local first. First day was told 11:00am, called a different number looking for someone to come out, and I got the same company that said we have you for 2:30 - 3:30pm that day. Again no call. No show. I called end of day had the appointment moved to 9:00am the next day. No show again, no call. Called Rotor Rooter, they were out in 2 hours, coupons, polite and were able to resolve the issue promptly before damage became worse. Would not recommend ASAP Repipe Pros. Feel like they should change the name to Hurry up & Wait. Seems more accurate.

This team is awesome at what they do. They quickly found our issue, explained the options, and gave us a great price. The price was good enough that we were even able to add a water softener and whole home filtration system with our repipe.

Where do I start with ASAP Re-Pipe Pros, I knew I needed to Repipe my whole house. I got together a few different bids and thought ASAPs Re-Pipe Pros pricing was the most fair. They got here and immediately got to work. Everyone involved in this process was really easy to talk to and all my questions were answered. I definitely will refer them out to friends and family! We used ASAP Plumbing for our plumbing repipe. We had 5 different plumbers come out and review our issue and received multiple quotes. We opted to use ASAP. While John was always busy, he took time out to answer our numerous calls about scheduling, price, and the overall process.
Rudy completed the repipe and the drywall repair was completed by Manny. Chet supervised the work. Rudy was a machine! He was on time and never stopped working. He completed the demo and repipe in 2 days. We had 0 interruptions to our water usage because Rudy was efficient and professional. Manny and his team completed the drywall repairs. They were professional and the work completed in a day.
We highly recommend ASAP Plumbing! The customer service is top notch. Having a pipe burst and flood in 2 rooms and the garage 2 weeks before Christmas is stressful. ASAP eased our stress with the pipe replacement.

I had set up for a quote to Repipe on a Wednesday he calls an hour AFTER his appointment time and wanted to know if he could come @ 4PM. I could not do it and we rescheduled for Friday 9am. They call at Noon asking me what kind of plumbing job I was looking to do! I told him I would not trust someone that treats their clients that way.

Ceiling start leaking. Galvanized piping, house built in 1947 I. After calling another company, I wanted a second opinion. I called ASAP and spoke with Michael and he listened to all my concerns. He didn’t waste any time trying to take care of the problem. Also gave me a reasonable price. In these days we need all the help we can get. My home needed to be re-piped, the entire house. The price was affordable much cheaper than the other company’s. Who try to rip people off. Solomon who did the re-piping for use was very conscientious in his work. ASAP completed a repiping of my entire house. They were by far the most affordable and had it completed in a timely fashion. Solomon went above and beyond in answering questions and completing the job. In fact, after the job I had what I thought was an issue with a moving pipe. It turned out to be a faulty shower valve. Solomon fixed it anyways free of charge despite the issue not being caused by any work completed by ASAP. I highly recommend ASAP and would use them again!
