Vladimir was efficient and courteous. Explained everything. Came back the next day and tweaked the RO system. We had to leave while he was still checking the system out and we felt comfortable leaving him alone in our home. Will call asap again!

Techs were professional and honest

When our granite guy cut our counters to make room for the new sink they dropped the sink in and broke off the drain line at the wall. After a brief meltdown I called ASAP and Rob came within an hour. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and CLEAN! Thank you, ASAP (and Rob) for taking care of us!

Anthony was great; he was very professional, explained the process to me, showed me the material that came out of my system, and assured me that the system was functioning correctly. He explained what to expect in my area as well as what to expect in the future as the system ages.

The service call was excellent and all my questions were answered. You company will now be called for all our plumbing needs

We just moved to the area and Eric installed our water softener 3 weeks ago. He did it on a Sunday and went above and beyond adding a shut off ball valve.
SECOND)
We had a main line back up in the middle of the night and had 3 inches of water over the majority of our floors! Rob and Pablo came out and were the kindest most knowledgeable techs ever! They carefully explained what they were doing and why, and what the charges would be. They were super thorough, they cleaned up after themselves and took the time to explain the very reasonable charges, warranty and recommendations going forward. They put a smile on my face and helped me through a very stressful situation.

We will be customers for life.

I knew what the project entailed but live on a fixed income and our health is too poor to get down on the floor to fix. The job was a simple fix—Too expensive for the work done. It was a $20 fix in real life but a $230 bill. Call someone else if you get desperate like we did.
