They had a part to an old faucet original to the house is built in the 50s no one else had but the real amazing thing was a gentleman looked at it and went right to the part on the shelves first time no hesitation

Called over 5 times in the past week to place an order with them. They just tell me to keep waiting for an email that never comes to pay for the order. After the 5th call they tell me a phone sale is possible to get a part ordered (why did it take so long to get to this option, idk?), so I asked to go forward with it... Well I guess Rose has to do the phone sales, so every time I call they transfer me to Rose who doesn't answer or call back... It has now been over a week, and the order has not even been placed. Terrible service.

I am sure that when they interview to hire employees, rude is a requirement. Pathetic. Why do they spend so much on the showroom and then treat people so poorly. As if they are special. You folks who work at this place.....hope you know what people think. How do you all like it when you get bad service somewhere. I hope it happens a lot. Karma.

Horrible service and extremely rude and humiliating. Lady behind counter screamed at customer asking if he washed his hands, per the sign, which I understand. But her manner was unacceptable. I needed a replacement hose for a shower handheld unit. She got one off the wall and proceeded to tell me the “generic boxed” hose was a Hansgrohe and it was $141. That was all it took for me, I walked out. Rude and trying to rip me off! No thanks.

Cody kicks ass! He spent a lot of time with me being very patient with all of the questions I had. He is very knowledgeable! He showed me various options on water heaters that would fit into the small space I need to install one. He also gave me some tricks and tips that I would have never thought of on my own. I recommend Cody and the Central AZ Supply for your plumbing needs!

Just went to this business (drove all the way from Anthem) looking to order an exposed shower faucet, under mount sinks, wall mounted sink faucets and a freestanding tub faucet. We walked through the entire showroom looking around and discussing options. NOT ONE salesperson said as much as good afternoon to us. No one spoke a single word to us let alone offered any help with ordering or pricing. Must not be looking for my business. Since it was almost closing time, they must be more interested in going home than my cash at hand. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Upon reading these reviews I thought the staff couldn't be as bad as portrayed in the comments. I was wrong. When I explained what I wanted, I could see the salesman just turn off in his head-----being superficially helpful, yet making it quite clear I was wasting his time.
To be truthful, I could buy almost anything I wanted, but won't do it there.

Central Arizona Supply is a jewel in the Phoenix Biltmore/Camelback area. It is hands down one of the most beautiful showrooms I've ever seen! From modern, to traditional, to just plain funky and fun they have everything you could ever imagine for your fixture needs in both the bathroom and the kitchen. I spoke with Casey and she was very helpful and friendly but most importantly she was incredibly knowledgeable. If you are in the market for resigning your bathroom or kitchen or are building a home and trying to iron down what you are looking for, you are doing yourself a major disservice if you don't check out this incredible showroom!

Walked in and asked a question if they had a certain copper kitchen sink in the show room. The person that was sitting at the front desk help me briefly took me over to a sink that was gold. She had no interest or desire to help. Also I never came back to check on me to see if I was finding what I was looking for. I took a couple pictures of items. I picked up a brochure. I went to the door to leave and there was no acknowledgment of my presence.

I would give zero stars if I could. Will never go back to that location. I have been to the Mesa store and they are helpful

We have a limited budget, and were not feeling great about the process of picking kitchen/bath pieces until Casey walked us through every line item, scouring catalogs to find pieces of high quality that wouldn't break the budget. We feel so much better now and look forward to seeing our home complete!

Stopped by the showroom on 16th Street today around 2:00pm. ready to purchase a faucet and shower set-up for my bathroom remodel. The showroom is beautiful and the products and displays are high end with endless choices. The only problem was that I walked around the whole store, for almost 45 minutes and no one even acknowledged my presence. Apparently the sales men have more important things to do then assist customers or sell products. They were standing around talking near the back counter and one guy finally said "hi" as I walked by but nothing else. I lingered for about another 10 minutes, frustrated, I finally walked out and took my business to Standard Plumbing Supply @ 2302 E. Thomas Rd., where I received excellent service and purchased my parts. Central AZ Supply, you lost a $1500 sale and you get a negative review. I am not the first customer treated this way at this store.

First off don't waste your time even going here for plumbing supplies. They tried charging my husband $301 for abs fitting and pipe. He went to standard plumbing supply and they charged him $137 for the same exact items. Seems like central arizona supply likes to practice price gouging. Shameful in todays times, do better especially for plumbing contractors!

This place is so amazing that other Plumbing places even refer them.
Arthur went out of the way to call multiple places to assist me Finding the part I needed.
Waited patiently while I fumbled to get additional information he needed.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Condescending, disrespectful, rude and patronizing. Will never go there again. Plus the part I purchased did not even fit. Preferred to throw it out than return to experience more abuse.
