Lisa was wonderful in helping me choose bathroom faucets. She took the time to listen to my needs and concerns and answer all my questions. She made sure I purchased the right type of hardware. I highly recommend Lisa and Central Arizona Supply Phoenix location!!!

Hands down best plumbing supply store in Central Phoenix. While owning various older homes, it has not been uncommon to find myself needing parts not carried at other home improvement stores. Central Plumbing Supply has been my go to for these items and others needed to maintain our plumbing fixtures.

My only regret is not coming to Central Arizona Supply sooner. We started our reno using Ferguson for a few products and after terrible after terrible experience I finally threw my hands up in the air and said "no more." I landed here at Central Arizona Supply and was warmly welcomed by Sky Armstrong when I called. She was so friendly, thorough, and easy to work with - no games - just good and trustworthy customer service. Everything was clear. I wish I had ordered our pieces with them from the get-go. Sky was always responsive, kind, and my job/orders always felt like a priority. I did come to CAS with what I already wanted/needed in mind for the most part which helped take away the general headache of selections, but their showroom when I did pop in was clean, warm, and welcoming. I was promptly notified when my items were ready for pick up, and the gentlemen that work in pick-up area were always a pleasure. Thank you for your help and relieving a pain point that another business caused.

We walked into Central Arizona Supply with more questions than answers…but after working with Lisa Ross, we had answers! She was able to navigate our bathroom remodel by listening to what we needed and we couldn’t be happier. Lisa is so knowledgeable and just lovely to work with.

I don’t think I’ve felt as neglected, talked down to or as unwanted as a customer in my entire adult life.
Please know that this was for a SubZero refrigerator, Thermador gas range and a microwave oven.
Absolutely dreadful customer service.

I spent over $100,000 in the last month to some of the worst costumer service. We bought all sub-zero appliances spent $48,980 we bought all shower fixtures spent $18,000 and we bought 4 toilets TOTO brand with the wash-let $8,500 we bought all faucets for 7 sinks spent $14,600. After our purchase my wife and I could never get Tai to return any calls. We had to text or email. We would leave messages on her land line never returned NONE of them. My wife would need to keep trying to reach her for up dates on delivery. Finally we reach her and golds it be at least 4 to 6 weeks after being promised it was in stock. Once we got delivery it was partial and delayed another 2 weeks for our $15,000 stove. We don’t need any special treatment, we simply were just looking for simple customer service.

We were in need of a. black kitchen faucet to take home with us today. The receptionist was pleasant and got us back to the parts department. The two gentlemen worked with us to choose a faucet. Since this location had none in stock they found the store closest to us and found the faucet we were looking for. Excellent service and fantastic results!

There is no better place to order for your projects as a designer! Lisa is my go to for my projects and couldn’t do it without her! Not to mention the networking events they put on for their trades. Everyone is a ton of fun and super knowledgeable. Central Arizona Supply is a true partner!

We ordered a faucet. They said it was at the Mesa location and we could grab it the next day and they would let us know when it came in. No call next day. Day after we called and were told it had not arrived. Again told it would be there next day. Called back late next day, were told not here. Asked why not we have been waiting 4 days. "Comouter glitch". Finally arrives, already paid for, get there can't find it, have to wait 45 minutes to find it and miss an appointment because of their very sloppy work. If we can avoid them in the future we will.

Lots of options when it comes to repairing plumbing - home could be brand new or 50 years old… could be an easy job or a tough one - but all equally important to get right. I just needed 2 little clasps for an RV… I couldn’t find them but they found what I needed in 2 seconds and let me have them for free! Thanks!!

Art, Margarita and the team at central AZ supply (Camelback) are ALWAYS so helpful!! Even with my most dumbest question they help me navigate the vastness of plumbing supply across all fronts. From rough in to finish they know their products. Polite, nice, helpful and extremely knowledgeable sums these folks up!!

I needed a specialty part for an older toliet. Most of the plumbing supply stores i had called had a hard time understanding what I needed.And when they did figure it out, didn't have it or know where to get it. Not these guys..understood immediately..and we're knowledgeable about the application...and had the part. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANK YOU.

Tyler at Central Arizona supply on Camelback went above and beyond when I wasn’t able to find the right shower trim. He did some research and came up with the perfect trim. Do not know many sales people who would be willing to do that. Tyler was very professional, friendly and got the job done! Thank you Tyler and Central Arizona Supply. I will definitely get the word out that this is the place to go for friendly service.

Audrey is incredible, ask for her when you go, she has a wealth of knowledge. They have so much to look at, bathtubs, showers, faucets, sinks and my most favorite Bidet. At a price of $11,000. If it came with a butler to serve wine, it would be in my house.

Great place and atmosphere. Went in frustrated that my faucet was leaking, expecting to replace, but the guys at the counter, wish I could remember their names, were very helpful in identifying my faucet branch, MOEN, and had the parts on the shelf to get my leaky faucet repaired.
Will recommend Central Arizona Supply to all my contacts in the future.

It’s Saturday - someone stole the backflow preventer in the night. Five condos were out of water when they woke up this morning. ASAP came out right away and stayed until everything was fixed. The tech was exceptional! Thanks for taking care of this so quickly on a holiday weekend!!
