Highly Recommended!!! 1973 property was having backup issues-Unknown cause. After waiting a week for other companies to have an opening I was Recommended Zoom Drain by Priority Plumbing. Zoom Drain came out within a few hours of my call as well as located the source of the issue and had it fixed within an hour!!!! My whole house flows just as smooth as the day she was built!!!!! The Service Tech Ryan Driscoll was extremely professional as well as gave expert knowledge on how to maintain the lines to keep the issue from happening again.

I had an amazing experience with the people from Zoom Drain and wanted to share it with a review. They came out AFTER hours when the first plumbing company wasn’t able to resolve the issue with my toilet system and did a speedy job getting everything working properly again. They’re super friendly and honest and I will most certainly be using them again in the future!! 5 stars from me!

Completely satisfied! We were having issues with both our toilets backing up. Jake came to and made sure he didn't leave until the job was done. Customer service was outstanding. Once he finished the job he went through to show us everything was fixed. Zoom Drain was definitely worth the 5 stars!

Today a technician by the name Casey came out to look at my water heater. I thought it was going to be a timely process. It was done and switched out with a new water heater. He was fast even with getting the water heater. Before I knew it he was done. There was no mess left behind either. He was very careful of my stuff around him in my garage as he went in and out. Very respectful, integrity driven, and great communication.

Greg was excellent and got the job done quick! Definitely a would recommend for zoom drain! Customer service and communication with the company was great as well!
