They fixed only what was needed. They could have sold me "everything but the kitchen sink", because I don't know what I'm doing. It's hard to find a plumber today who doesn't try to squeeze every dime out of you. The attention to detail that this team has is superior to that of any other plumber I have worked with. They show up on time, every single time, and are so respectful. I won't ever use a different plumber.

I used these guys for a sewer scope on a property today. They were prompt, patient, thorough and professional. They paid extra attention to detail and gave me a good understanding of the system overall. I would trust them with any other drain work I need.

I was told if they were unsuccessful. UnPlugging my drain there would be no charge.. they were “unsuccessful” and zoom has another company S3 plumbing still charge me $700. I had to call another company to come in right after them and they worked until 2:30 AM in the morning and got my drain unplugged.

Zoom Drain is a great company, both to work with and their focus on attention to detail. I originally brought them out for a routine check up on my drains, but given their attention to detail they also discovered a clogged drain that I didn’t know existed. They were quick to diagnose the problem and return to solve it with their drain cleaning system. I would recommend you give them a call, if for nothing else than to make sure you don’t have a bigger problem!
