We submitted a claim with our home warranty and got scheduled for a next day visit. Joe was amazing and entertained all of my crazy theories about this mysterious leak we had with kindness and humor. The whole visit was effortless and Joe was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable and things were resolved very quickly.

Now I know who to call even outside of a home warranty claim. 😃

Joshua did very well I liked him professional. Although he wasn’t able to fix the repair because it was outside of his hands, he did informed me what was wrong and gave me a good explanation to report back to the invitational homes

Can I just say that the two technicians that came out to my house were absolutely wonderful. They had the job done in no time flat and that was amazing. Considering my toilet had overflowed and put 2 inches of sludge on my floor and half filled my bathtub and toilet so way to go, Zoom Drain’s you rock!!!

I am so impressed with these guys. They fixed my plumbing issue immediately and communicated with me every step of the way. Jake was very knowledgeable, curious, and friendly. I appreciate their work and would recommend them to anyone.

Josh Gallagher and his trainee, David, came out this morning and did an excellent job. They were on time, professional, and very respectful of my home.

Josh clearly knows his trade and took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done. Everything was handled efficiently and confidently, which was much appreciated.

David seemed extremely attentive, hardworking, and eager to learn. He’s clearly putting in the effort and, from a customer’s perspective, will likely make a great team member as he continues to grow his knowledge.

Overall, it was an extremely smooth and positive experience. The issue was resolved quickly, everything was left clean, and I would absolutely recommend Zoom Drain Phoenix.

The parts department people are very unhelpful. Don’t seem to care much about the customer. I will try another place.

Very unfriendly staff. If you are a not a contractor don't waste your time. Yuu will just want to punch someone.

The people in the warehouse are sooo rude, especially the african american guy, I will never come back to this location, if they are not happy working there, they should find another place to work
