Each time, their technicians were very knowledgeable and professional, which indicates they are well-trained in their appliance knowledge and their customer service. Serena diagnosed the problem, explained at length the necessary repairs and costs. She went "above and beyond" in answering our many questions and repairing our appliance in a timely manner. We have found Mr. Appliance, as a company, to communicated extremely well from the first phone call in scheduling the service and all the way to the service call and afterwards. They are very honest with their billing process as well. One of our parts was not necessary and therefore they were quick to notify us that they would be refunding the amount to us. Their integrity is appreciated. We will definitely call on Mr Appliance in the future to service our appliance needs and also be recommending this company to our neighbors and friends.
