The technician, Serena, was great. She did some dryer maintenance and updated a couple parts vacuumed the backside of the unit, gave me a price before starting work. She was efficient, straight forward in communication, and even answered a couple questions about general appliance maintenance. I'm glad I have a place for appliance maintenance and repair when needed.

I selected this company due to excellent reviews & they lived up to my expectations.
Serena arrived promptly calling ahead of time. She quickly diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator & fixed it. I was very pleased & the cost was fair.
I will use this company again when an appliance fails.

***Buyer Beware*** I Had them come diagnose my Dryer that was squeaking and my oven which was under temp. I specifically asked about pricing and what they quoted was nowhere near what they tried to charge me. They wanted $600 to do a dryer kit repair, (those are like $60/kit and take less than an hour to do, and it should not cost the same as a new dryer for the repair. Then the oven he said it was because of the hinges (it was not), and wanted to charge me $467 for a repair that consists of a $138 part and 30 minutes of work. This company rips people off, and misdiagnoses repairs, avoid at all costs!!! Don't believe me search their company name on Reddit, they have a history of this.

My experience was fabulous! My tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again and refer them to my friends and family.

I called this place for some Exhaust Hood repair, and Tiffany answered the phone. She is extremely nice and professional. She made sure to provide service details and was attentive at getting a service tech out to us ASAP. The service tech (Todd) then came out and again, very nice and extremely professional. This says a lot about this company. They resolved my issue quickly and at a fair price. We will use Mr. Appliance for everything they do. Thank You Mr. Appliance!!!

Our 17 year old washer had leaking water issues suddenly appear . We did not have a repair c company for this issue so I located this company on line and immediately I called them as reviewsqere very good. I found the staff curtious, prompt and i was assured they could fix my washer. Our experience was all positive with their thorough and professional service. I liked getting a photo of the repair person who was to arrive.
Our serviceman Todd was very knowledgeable and he got the washer working like new after he ordered and installed a new part. .. we are very pleased and would highly recommend them.

Driver in the company van almost ran me off the road/side swiped me due to not looking when changing lanes! I had my child in the car! Extremely negligent and dangerous! How embarrassing having people like that representing your company. If I wasn’t paying attention you would have a company accident on your hands! I had to literally slam on my breaks to get out of his stupid way. Dumb idiot. This happened 1/21/26 @836am exiting the Rural exit on the 60 headed north towards Southern. Your dumb driver took a left on Southern. DO BETTER!

KANOE WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. VERY PERSONABLE.
Installed new soap dispenser did not work. Turns our low voltage getting to the unit and ,as a result, another circuit board is needed and now on order. It's possible the original soap dispenser may not have been faulty. Question whether this was the source of the original problem? If so, we paid for two parts when 1 was needed.

Mr. Appliance was convenient to schedule with and communication was excellent. Rachel arrived on time- and professionally, thoroughly and efficiently diagnosed and solved my problem. I will certainly use again and recommend to others!

I have had excellent service from this company in the past (always the same technician). This time was a different technician who did not give me a lot of confidence that he knew what was going on. After being told he "thought" the issue was resolved, the ice maker still did not work.
They were quick to respond to my concerns and resolve the problem. My confidence and faith was restored.

We had a great experience with Mr. Appliance. They diagnosed the problem with our oven on the first visit, we ordered the part ourselves since it was under warranty, and they returned to install it once it arrived. The technician was friendly, on time, and made sure everything worked perfectly. Would definitely use them again!

Kevin was amazing at diagnosing and testing the three (oven, dryer and Scotsman ice maker) appliances I had serviced. We have to wait for parts on a couple, so that’s a little disappointing but NOT unexpected. I appreciate the communication between the office and myself! Would recommend Mr Appliance to anyone needing repairs.

Rachel gave us an appointment heads-up, arrived promptly, gave information about our Sub Zero freezer problem. She advised us of the fix and arrived a week later with the part and did the full repair. We like Rachel’s positive attitude and fun laugh. She has been to our house a few times and has been efficient every time. We’re relieved to have found a dependable, honest company for all our appliances.

Serena did a fantastic job replacing a component on my mini fridge. She was in and out in no time at all! I highly highly recommend them!

Kevin was a great technician. He was able to repair our ULine icemaker. He called before to tell us an arrival time. He is very customer driven. I will definitely use Mr. Appliance of Scottsdale again. The repair was covered under warranty. The charge to clean the icemaker was very reasonable.

I feel very fortunate to be able to call Mr. Appliance and have Rachel come to figure out what’s wrong—and she can always come up with a fix! Today’s challenge was our dryer—it smelled like it was burning! Rachel was able to get to the source—a huge ball of lint that was near the gas flame and smoldering! Yes, this is often the source for house fires! No more danger—a thorough clean out and I can get back to doing my laundry! Rachel’s very knowledgeable, quick to resolve issues, and very nice! I won’t go anywhere else for resolving appliance issues!

Second time having Rachel take care of my ice maker. Very knowledgeable and professional on the job. Will of course be calling them again as the need arises.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Serena. She called us to let us know what time she would arrive. She was quick to diagnose the problem with our refrigerator and luckily she had the part needed on her truck. We felt the quote she gave us was fair and reasonable. She was very knowledgeable about of model of refrigerator. We would not hesitate to recommend Mr Appliance to friends/neighbors.
